This property is within walking distance to either the ocean or the intercostal waterway. They offer free chairs, wagons and boogie boards to use. Breakfast is fantastic offering more than just your basic continental breakfast. The owner is very involved and always making contact with guests. The room was very spacious with a balcony. The bed was very comfortable. Staff were all amazing.

They must have just done some renovations because there are a lot of things out of order. Signs everywhere apologizing for something. Even with all that the staff was incredibly friendly. The breakfast had great options. The room was clean. The balcony was huge. Walking distance to Publix and the beach. I would stay here again.

We loved this place! It was so CLEAN! Staff was nice, helpful and informative. Farid is amazing - he helped me and my girls take care of our sunburns. He made us feel at home like we were family! We will be back here during our next visit to the St Augustine area! The area was beautiful - just a few short steps to the beach, Publix, and shopping.

The staff was very friendly and courteous. We got free cooked breakfast every morning. The breakfast was very delicious and we had so many items to choose from. Every morning the owner of the hotel was there to greet us with a friendly smile and offered us more fresh, sweet fruits to eat. The room and bathroom was spacious and very clean. We also had a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and a Big screen TV with many free channels to choose from. Also, there was a big patio with chairs and a table. The hotel is across the street from Publix, restaurants and the Pier. I would recommend this hotel, it is very nice, 😍

The room looked clean it was a Modern design hotel that had all the appearances of been everything that I expected and paid for but in the end inevitably there was something in the room some particle of some kind not cleaned up or something it made me the sickest I have been in a few years my allergies 4 days later are still stuffed up on blowing green infection out and it wasn't just me my assistant and 2 employees that work for me that had a business meeting in my room I spent an hour in there with me they got sick too

The Breakfast was excellent. The staff made sure you were taken care of, and even went around with fresh fruit cups at each table. was very nice. So good was the breakfast. I did not like the hallways, Way to bright, Like a hospital!!! I went to my car early, and was so sorry I did when I opened the door all the light spilled into the room and woke every one up. The couch pull out ,very uncomfortable!!!! you can feel every wire and spring, They should put a foam mattress cover in the closet for those that may have to use the pull out. We only used it because we were with my mom and brother, They did not want to sleep in the same bed. We had the suite with the balcony. Such a waste of space. Big room yes indeed, but no table or chairs, to eat at. or play cards. just empty space. and the TV really bad. put on guide and there is none! LOL.But the place is clean and the staff very friendly. Breakfast great. The beds are ok.

We stayed 5 nights when we visited St. Augustine in May 2024. The room was huge, and the ceiling fan allowed us to stay comfortable without running the AC so much. The balcony was large, had a couple of chairs, and had a nice ocean breeze. Our room had a dresser with 3 drawers and a good sized wardrobe. The only negative with the room was the water pressure in the shower. It was adequate, but the water barely hits your legs. One plus is that the TV has regular cable, which means that you can get the local forecast on the Weather Channel. The hotel provided complementary beach chairs and a wagon to haul things to the beach, which was a nice benefit. Every staff member was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We only ate the free hot breakfast on our last day, and even though it was near the end of breakfast time the food was still fresh.

Nicely kept up and convenient access just two blocks from the beach! Friendly staff and nice amenities. Only downside is no ocean view, we were overlooking a grocery store parking lot.

Really great hotel, the staff os fantastic. My only complaint os that our room, #318, smelled strongly of mildew. I didn't take it up with the staff, which I could have, but decided just to live with it. I'd still stay here again were I return to St. Augustine.

Amazing Experience! As soon as we entered the facility, we were met by a lady who never stopped smiling and was so informative. Then the breakfast experience?! We were approached by a male employee who saw we had a toddler. He helped with the toddler while we took the time to make our plates. This kepy our toddler happy and involved. Then once back at the table he helped us with a highchair. Then he offered to make our sons plate! He brought pancakes, banana smoothie, and fruit. He then continued to interact with our son all breakfast which gave us parents a good happy start to our morning. This employee even made SUCH and impact on our toddler, he refused to leave until he got to tell his new friend "bye bye." We could not have been happier with our experience at this hotel!

This place was amazing from start to finish the owner is a wonderful person he was available at the breakfast each morning greeting everyone and assisting and providing service. The staff here is very friendly and professional I'm only going to stay at this place when we return again if you don't believe any of this go stay for one night, and make sure you get breakfast before you leave. The area is one worth living in forever ( The Vibe) is amazing.

The property is fairly new and well maintained. The hotel is a short walk to the beach and the view from the room was amazing. Kory called to confirm the morning of my check in with the hotel and ask about room preferences. Upon arrival at the hotel I was greeted by Kory and received amazing customer service. My wife and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary and mentioned to kory when we talked earlier in the day. When we went into the room there was a card signed by the the hotel team and a small gift for our anniversary. The great customer service extended throughout our stay, every team member we encountered was pleasant and engaged with us. I will be visiting this hotel again and will be recommending to friends and family. Thank you for the experience.

Hotel is very clean and everything looks new. Short drive to old town St Augustine or $10 uber ride. Publix is next door with a couple good restaurants. Short walk to the beach in one direction and to the fishing pier on the river in the other direction.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location couldn’t have been better — just a short walk to the beach, which made it super easy to catch sunrise walks without needing to drive anywhere. There was also a Publix right around the corner, which was really convenient for picking up snacks, drinks, and a few essentials. What really stood out, though, was how close we were to so many restaurants! Whether we wanted a quick bite, fresh seafood, or a cozy dinner, everything was within walking distance. It made our trip feel really relaxed and stress-free. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-kept. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The property is fairly new and well maintained. The hotel is a short walk to the beach and the view from the room was amazing.
