Loved the pool area (water fountain was not working though)The check in and responses regarding maintenance issues were very timely and appreciatedThe supplies in the kitchen were wonderfulLoved having a washer and dryer on site tooGas fireplace was warm and comfortable, we loved it, and the fully lit and decorated Christmas tree was the best surprise ever
