Cozy Home!!! CA Parks Pass…. Included

Beautiful clean house. Great little toys and games to keep our kids occupied during downtime. The weather was a little rainy or we would have spent much more time in the beautifully furnished backyard. Took advantage of free Monterey Bay Aquarium passes which was a full day of family fun just a shirt drive away. Also visited the Martinelli's factory store and a cute apple farm with the most amazing pies. Easy checkin and checkout procedures. Would definitely stay again.

Nothing but great things to say about this property! All our needs were met including our fur baby. The biggest plus was the backyard. The yard was large and totally fenced in and had lots of seating to enjoy the outdoors. Bedrooms were accommodating and beds were comfy. We would definitely stay here again!!

This house was at the perfect central location for our family vacation. Having a CA State Park Pass to use was great too because there are lots of state parks in the vicinity. The beds were very comfy and we had everything we needed for our 10 day stay. Jennifer checked in to see if there was anything we needed even when they were going to be away themselves and I love when rental houses use your cell number as the code for the door so you can be sure it's being changed between guests. Fruition brewery was very close by too. If you like sour beers, they have some great beers. Thanks for sharing your wonderful home Jennifer!!

We had a great vacation at this beautiful house. The owners were super responsive and the rental process was very easy. The home really had everything- a state park pass that we used a lot, beach towels and equipment, a fun outdoor space for family movie night after a long day of hiking, and very comfortable beds, and the list goes on. We would definitely stay again!

From the comfortable furniture, the beautiful kitchen, the coffee bar to the backyard with it's TV, patio furniture and cafe lights strung across the yard we felt like we were in a luxury home. The owners didn't miss any details in this house. When we needed help getting the keypad reset to enter the home Jennifer took care of the situation within 5 minutes of our request. We cannot say enough good things about this home or the owners. Definitely giving them a 5 star review and plan to stay here again in the future. Cozy yet spacious. Loved the decor and all the different spaces to hang out. Especially enjoyed the mornings in the backyard with coffee from the homes cute coffee bar.

This property was amazing for a family with kids. The outdoor area was my 2-year-old grandson's favorite place to play. They had lots of toys for kids to play with. Beach accessories included toys, towels & chairs.The kitchen was well stocked & the adults enjoyed the outdoor TV screen. I grew up in Watsonville but had not spent much time on this side of town. The location was great. It was a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to a nice park for the kids, grocery store & brewery.We would definitely stay here again

This is 3 BR 2 ba home with a nice backyard. We brought our dog. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are comfortable and the neighborhood is pretty quiet. It is right behind an Ace Hardware so there is some noise in the morning. There was bath gel and shampoo, laundry detergent and dish soap and a vacuum. There is parking on the driveway and some street parking across the street. The bathrooms are updated and there are lots of towels. There is a large TV in the backyard but we didn't use it. It was very convenient to the fairgrounds where we were competing in a horse show. A Park Pass was available but we didn't use it. We will book again!

The property is well kept and clean. The check in and check out process was simple. We were in town for my sisters wedding in Aptos. Unfortunately we were not able to take full advantage of the parks pass but would consider it for the future. Walking distance to a super cute brewery and coffee shop as well as a local grocery.

This place was conveniently located behind a grocery store and brewery. We were able to walk there for last minute supplies and bbq in the backyard. Also all the provided beach items made our beach trip more fun.

This home is exactly as described and even better in person. Check-in was very smooth. The keyless entry was a dream! No problems unlocking or locking the door. The home is clean and not cluttered with a bunch of unnecessary things you sometimes find in a vacation rental. Being from Hawaii we remove our shoes at the door. That is one way you can tell how clean a place is - my feet didn’t get dirty walking around inside the home barefoot. All the little details are there like the bedside phone and watch chargers, night lights, exterior lights come on automatically before dark and plenty nice fluffy towels. We only used the master bedroom and that bed was super comfortable!! Made it hard to want to get out of bed every morning. It was a little chilly during our stay and the heat was just perfect and worked wonderfully to take the chill off and very comfortable at night. Washer and dryer came in handy and worked very well. Driveway parking was a nice clean open space. Kitchen has lots of countertop space and the fridge was nice and clean too. We really liked the long countertop next to the dining room table. We used it to lay out the gifts and souvenirs we bought every day. Jen is a great hostess and truly cares about your comfort and enjoyment of your stay. I would definitely love to stay in this wonderful home again if we came back to the area. Thank you Jen!!!

The state was fine. We were in the area for a family reunion. We stayed in the home with family and enjoyed the private backyard with morning coffee and watching the Olympics. The home was very nice and well kept. We really only used it for sleeping. We had one issue with the primary shower drain, but it was fixed same day and everything else was fine. Would stay there again in the future. The owner, Jennifer was great and communicated with me quickly.

Nice area, beautiful home. Very clean inside...back deck areas could use some TLC. Great communication from the owner through the stay.

Decorations for the holidays were such a nice touch. So clean and well organized and items for the kids.

This house was a great location for exploring near Monterey for a long weekend! The Monterey Bay Aquarium, redwoods at Big Sur and Pfeiffer State Park, and the CA-1 coastal drive were all within easy access. We kayaked on Elkhorn Slough (just 15 minutes away) and saw lots of sea otters, harbor seals, and pelicans. Convenient grocery store and shops were nearby and some really good restaurants. The house was exactly as described - very clean, nicely decorated, and really comfortable! The backyard space was beautiful and a wonderful spot to enjoy the amazing weather of the area. We had a little trouble with the front door lock when we arrived, but the owner was very responsive and helped get it resolved right away. I definitely plan to stay here again. We had 4 adults on this trip, but it would be great for families, too. In short, it was wonderful!

We loved staying in this large, clean, comfortable 3-bedroom home! The house was well equipped with everything we needed and the host could not have been more helpful and attentive. The fenced back yard wzs fantastic for our little dog. We would absolutely stay here again!

Love, love, love the house! It was the perfect size for our family to celebrate Christmas. The host put up a Christmas tree and Christmas decorations! I almost cried when I saw the thoughtful touch! Loved the coffee, spices, and amenities. The master bedroom bed was a dream. Loved all the games offered . The backyard is beautiful with great lighting and comfy seating. We will definitely return next year! Thank you!!!

Very lovely home. Host was very courteous and replied immediately to our questions. We were in need of an iron and she had one delivered within 45 minutes. Would definitely stay here again if in the area. Great weekend

Wonderful rental with all amenities provided even a bottle of wine in the fridge and a bottle of cider for our teenager. The hostess, Jennifer, was extremely helpful & made an exception about the use of the garage. We had band equipment on one of our trucks & it needed to be in a protected space. Great experience.

House was perfect. Jennifer was so helpful and always available to answer any questions I had. The bonus was that I was able to bring my dog along and she really felt at home there. Will definitely book again.

Thank you for a great visit to Watsonville and surrounding areas. The Staff of Life grocery store out the back gate is amazing. We also enjoyed walks around the surrounding neighborhood, school and parks.
