My mother and I spent a week here and thoroughly enjoyed the property and its location. Reached out to Masumi multiple times who responded quickly to questions and any help we needed. The open layout of the living/kitchen area was perfect for us to prepare meals, eat, or watch TV. The kitchen had all the appliances, etc. we needed. The small table worked great to set up a laptop where mom could check her email. The rooms were comfortable with the convenience of attached bathrooms. Really liked the property but even better was the support of Masumi. Highly recommend this place and will likely stay here again.

The house was so clean and has every amenity you can think of! All the kitchen cabinets are labeled so you don’t have to search everywhere when you are preparing food. The western themed decor is absolutely adorable. We had a great stay in Clovis, a super cute town with fun places to visit. The house was well equipped, super cozy, and Masumi was super helpful. It was a great middle place to stay for Sequioa/Kings Canyon and Yosemite National Parks.

We had a wonderful stay at this house. It was so clean with excellent amenities. Clean, well appointed, convenient to downtown Clovis made it perfect. The hosts were responsive and available. They checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed which was really nice. It was great.

The photos and descriptions of the home were 100% accurate. It is spacious, light and very well stocked for those who like to use a kitchen rather than eat out for every meal. The dishes and wine glasses were actually so nice, I ordered a set for my own home. There were plenty of towel sets and a large washer/dryer set to do our own laundry. Walking distance from Old Towne Clovis, which had tons of shops, exercise studios and very good restaurants. Plenty of room in the driveway for two cars to park. The hosts checked in on us several times and could not have been more accommodating when our plans changed last minute and we checked out a day early. No questions asked they refunded that night's stay.

we stayed in town for a graduation and found this house to stay in rather than a hotel. it was very clean, organized, family friendly, and updated. the rooms were all good sizes and the beds were comfortable. entry and access into the home was easy and communication with the property management was open, if i had any questions they were quick to respond. the house was not too far from downtown clovis and shopping areas. if you’re looking for a place to stay, i would recommend giving this home a chance.

The house is newly, and beautifully, remodelled and decorated. The open floorplan is great for a family or group. The house was fully equiped with lots of extras. Enjoyed the local (Clovis, CA) decor and books, it definately had a vacation home feel. Congratulations to the owners for doing a wonderful job creating and maintaining this house, which resulted in a wonderful experience. We will be returning!

The home on Fifth was the perfect location for us during our stay in Clovis. The decorations are evocative of the history of both the city and California. It was spacious and the kitchen was well stocked for our cooking needs.It is very close to Old Town Clovis and we were able to take long walks to all areas of the town and the surrounding neighborhoods.The owners were very gracious and checked with us as needed to see that all was to our liking.Any future trips we make to the area will involve this location as our home base.Many thanks to our hosts!

What a wonderful place! So open and inviting, beautiful decor and attention to detail. There was not one thing lacking. 3 of us girlfriends who met in the dorms came back to visit our Alma Mater 45 years later. The home is close to Old Town Clovis with charming shops and eateries. Communication with our Host was top notch and VERY accommodating. We’ll be back! THANK you again!

What a wonderful place! So open and inviting, beautiful decor and attention to detail. There was not one thing lacking. 3 of us girlfriends who met in the dorms came back to visit our Alma Mater 45 years later. The home is close to Old Town Clovis with charming shops and eateries. Loved this house - everything is brand new! It was immaculate, has an open floor plan and is very spacious in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Amenities and supplies galore which makes short trips so much easier. Rental company was superb in communication and making our trip perfect. Restaurants and shopping close by, hiking and Sequoia/Kings Canyon national parks a little ways away and definitely worth the drive. Really enjoyed the front porch and sun, since we are going home to snow…If you are looking for a rental in Clovis/Frenso, this house is fantastic!

Loved this property! My family and I travel a couple of times a year and being a family of 6 we typically rent a home. This place has a great location close to downtown old Clovis, shopping centers and grocery stores. The decor was absolutely adorable and felt like home. The layout and finishes were great, nothing quirky or odd going on and everything in the house worked as it should. My only suggestion is the back yard could’ve used a touch up. It was not maintained and pretty much unusable for the kids. Thankfully the games provided kept them entertained enough indoors and there are a few nice local parks around.

we stayed in town for a graduation and found this house to stay in rather than a hotel. it was very clean, organized, family friendly, and updated. the rooms were all good sizes and the beds were comfortable. entry and access into the home was easy and communication with the property management was open, if i had any questions they were quick to respond. the house was not too far from downtown clovis and shopping areas. if you’re looking for a place to stay, i would recommend giving this home a chance.

We had a great stay in Clovis, a super cute town with fun places to visit. The house was well equipped, super cozy, and Masumi was super helpful. It was a great middle place to stay for Sequioa/Kings Canyon and Yosemite National Parks.

We loved staying here. The hosts were so very nice and thoughtful. The location to King’s Canyon was very convenient. We enjoyed walking around Old Town Clovis. On our last evening, we stumbled on the statue of Ken Curtis “Festus” from Gunsmoke in Old Town. My husband is a Gunsmoke junkie so it kinda made the trip for us. I would highly recommend this home to anyone. It was wonderful. Thanks.

The home on Fifth was the perfect location for us during our stay in Clovis. The decorations are evocative of the history of both the city and California. It was spacious and the kitchen was well stocked for our cooking needs.It is very close to Old Town Clovis and we were able to take long walks to all areas of the town and the surrounding neighborhoods.The owners were very gracious and checked with us as needed to see that all was to our liking.Any future trips we make to the area will involve this location as our home base.Many thanks to our hosts!

We had a wonderful stay at this house. It was so clean with excellent amenities. Clean, well appointed, convenient to downtown Clovis made it perfect. The hosts were responsive and available. They checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed which was really nice. It was great.

The house was so clean and has every amenity you can think of! All the kitchen cabinets are labeled so you don’t have to search everywhere when you are preparing food. The western themed decor is absolutely adorable. Giving a little TLC to the front and backyards would be my only recommendation so it is more user friendly and also to look as fabulous as the inside of the home but it wasn’t a big deal for us because we were visiting with family a few miles away most of the time.
