This house and location worked out perfectly for us. The house is lovely, well furnished, we'll equipped and super-clean. Lots of wonderful, white cotton bath towels. Pleasant little fenced backyard for our dog. Good kitchen with good appliances. We really enjoyed our stay. Would absolutely book this house again!

We were visiting relatives in the Houston Heights area and this property offered the perfect location. We were close to relatives, events, restaurants, and a large grocery store. The home was very comfortable and well supplied. The streets are narrow in this part of Houston and there is quite a bit of on-street parking. The off-street parking at this home was very nice to have!

This was our second time staying at this property and it doesn't disappoint. The location is perfect for our needs in that it's close to relatives that we're visiting as well as near a nice grocery store. Freeway access is close by and the house has off street parking which is important in this part of Houston.

The house was perfect for our stay. We attended the International Quilt Show in downtown Houston. We enjoyed the HEB grocery store a few blocks away. Several quick food locations close by. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. Only watched TV one night but had all the available channels. Quiet neighborhood.

It’s like home only nicer! thoughtfully renovated and decorated. The space accommodates six people easily with two full bathrooms. (One step in shower the other a full size bathtub. )The under -appreciated features include the tub with the spa jets,the two dedicated parking spaces right in front of the home, the refrigerated air conditioning. The neighborhood is lovely with many similar homes like this -some townhomes mixed in -possibly some condos. Hubby and I enjoyed taking Sunset strolls and meeting many in the neighborhood out walking their pets Easy access within minutes to local shopping and eateries made it really pleasant to be able to shop and dine in unique places.

My husband and I travelled to Houston for appointments at MD Anderson Cancer Center and I wanted somewhere that provided a “home” atmosphere during a very stressful trip. This was definitely a place that provided such comfort. The home has all the extra touches, clean, well maintained, in a nice and convenient neighborhood and a fun little “coffee bar” adding that special touch. The extra icing, our hometown had forecast of inclement weather coming in a day before we were scheduled to arrive and we were able to arrive a day early without any issues!Highly recommend and will be back during our next trips to MD Anderson!

This house is lovely! Very well decorated and well stocked. The location was perfect for us. And it was spotless! I have never rented a house that has been so clean. The only issue we had was communication with the owner - both for check in as well as trying to adjust the temperature in the house during our stay. We assumed the owner may have been unusually busy while we were there as we had not seen anyone else have that issue in the past. We understand that sometimes things happen and are hopeful that when we rent this same house in the future, that will not be an issue.

We spent the weekend here for the Houston Marathon. It was immaculate, comfortable and in a spectacular location. We a unique situation and the owner was accommodating and flexible to work with. Highly recommend!

We were in town for an Astros game and this house was exactly what we needed. Close to morning coffee and breakfast shops. Close to 610, close to anything you’d need and the best part was Minute Maid was 12 minutes away. The neighborhood was quiet and neighbors were nice. The house was in great condition and very comfortable. We will absolutely want to stay here again if it’s possible.

Overall the place was as described. The communication from the owners is why I’m rating this property low. I had booked this property for my in-laws. I didn’t know how long they were visiting for so I booked more days at first. When I knew exactly how long they were staying, I messaged the host to update the dates. I never received a response and I had tried for over a month to get a response. I ultimately had to cancel the original booking and rebook with the correct dates. When I went to rebook the same day I cancelled, I noticed the price went up. It was about $200 more overall than the original booking. On the date of check in, we received no instructions or communication from the host. We had to reach out to get the information. We messaged the host 2 hours after the check-in time. We did get a quick response, but I was just surprised that we had to be the ones to reach out.

We had an excellent stay. The home was clean comfortable and had everything we needed. In walking distance of many restaurants. Grocery store is also close. Owners were always responsive to questions.

The house was perfect for our stay. We attended the International Quilt Show in downtown Houston. We enjoyed the HEB grocery store a few blocks away. Several quick food locations close by. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. Only watched TV one night but had all the available channels. Quiet neighborhood.

We were in town for an Astros game and this house was exactly what we needed. Close to morning coffee and breakfast shops. Close to 610, close to anything you’d need and the best part was Minute Maid was 12 minutes away. The neighborhood was quiet and neighbors were nice. The house was in great condition and very comfortable. We will absolutely want to stay here again if it’s possible.

A group of us came to town for the Rodeo and stayed here. It's in a fantastic location and very well maintained. Host was also quick to respond. Highly recommend!
