We had a nice stay at this 12th floor corner unit in Orange Beach. The condo is nicely updated and the beds comfortable; we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The condo pools are nice and the beach is beautiful and a short/easy walk down the boardwalk. There is a company that rents chairs and umbrellas right at the end of the boardwalk.

We had a fantastic visit! Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo. We loved sitting on the balcony enjoying the sights of the gulf and Old River. The $60 parking pass was the only unpleasant surprise we encountered.

The property was great. The slider going out to the balcony did stick when opening. We did have some young people playing around with a drone. That didn't last long. We enjoy coming down yearly! We do try to stay away during spring break.

Great corner condo unit with beautiful views of the ocean and the bay! It almost feels like staying in a lighthouse! The only thing I wish was more clear is the parking! In the listing it said there is a 60 fee for each additional car, but in actuality it was 60 for each car, including the first and only car we brought.I am sure Phoenix X has implemented this parking pass “fee” specifically for people who rent through an outside service like VRBO, but one parking pass should be included in the rental of the unit for at least the first car.Everything else was great, and we would stay in this unit again!

We had a wonderful stay in Phoenix X! This unit was very comfortable for 6 adults and being a corner unit with multiple balconies was a fun plus for great views. Beds were nice and the kitchen was stocked with all we needed for cooking dinners in. Beach access was great and the pool was nice. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Orange Beach area.

Overall we were very pleased with our stay over Spring Break. The unit was as advertised and was perfect for our group of three adults and one teenager. We loved the wrap-around balcony, and loved having balconies in all bedrooms. The unit was very nicely remodeled, was clean, and well stocked. We loved having the option between brewing a pot of coffee or being able to use a Keurig pod instead if desired. As for the property itself, it is a little dated. That being said, we never had to wait long at all for an elevator, parking was ample and easy, there were plenty of carts available to use, and access to the beach was SUPER easy and quick. If you are looking to work out while on vacation, this is not the place, as the fitness center is very lacking. However, you can still get a good arm workout scrubbing the pans if you like to cook eggs for breakfast like we do. My only criticism of the unit would be the need to upgrade the frying pans to something not from the dollar store. You should also plan to bring your own paper towels and toilet tissue, as the stuff provided is not quality. I was a little nervous that being located directly adjacent to FloraBama would be noisy, as they have bands playing every night, but that was not a problem at all. Granted, our unit was on the far west side of the building, but we could not hear any music at all from our unit, even on the balcony. The waves drowned it out very well!!And FloraBama has a beach bar!

We enjoyed our Mother's Day weekend here with family ranging in age from 2-65. Everyone was comfortable - plenty of room WITH a pull out sofa which is always a huge bonus. Enough closet space in the master to fit a pack and play for the baby as well. Plenty of parking and carts to unload stuff. Starter set of all the basics - dish soap, toilet paper and paper towels, so don't forget extra. We only had a couple of very minor complaints, but worth noting if you stay in rentals often and like to know these things. If you have kids, bring your own paper or plastic bowls/plates as everything there was glass. No cards or games in the condo, so we brought our own (which we usually do anyway). Also, the potholders are those little silicone ones that only go on your fingers, so if you're not fond of almost burning yourself every time you open the oven, bring you own. There were plenty of extra blankets and pillows, beds were comfy, front desk staff was very nice and helpful and it's a great location - you can walk to a few different restaurants. The pool is graduated, which is great for littles and the Beach Staff (Ike's) was SO helpful!! Make sure you pay attention to the parking price - I didn't notice that and was surprised I had to pay for parking (most places include at least one free parking pass per unit) but totally didn't mind paying since it is in the description (I just totally missed it). Overall great and would stay here again!!

Perfect beach vacation! The views were amazing!! The condo was very clean and spacious and close proximity to lots of shops and restaurants. We had a minor issue with the fridge when we first arrived, but the owners were able to send someone out to check/fix it within hours of contacting them!! We would definitely love to stay here again if we visit Orange Beach for future vacations!

Overall our stay was perfect!! I do think the housekeeper could have been a little more thorough but it was nothing that we couldn’t clean ourselves quickly before unpacking. I would recommend this place to others and also consider it for future trips!

The place was dirty and the furniture was flimsy. The bed almost flipped over when you sit on the end and the drawers to the dressers did not fit right. There were none of the extra make you feel at home things that I’ve experienced at other VRBO’s.

We had a great stay at this unit. It had plenty of space for our needs, it’s decorated nicely, and had everything we needed. However, I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the floors. I have a 2 year old and 1 year old. After 5 minutes of walking barefoot, they both had black feet from the floors. Anytime they walked barefoot, we would have to wipe down their feet with a wet wipe. Also, the bench at table was wobbly along with the table itself. Otherwise, it was a nice stay!

The location was great if you like to frequent Flora-Bama. The unit is located right beside the parking garage elevators. The only downsides would be the elevator noise during the night but I was able to use earplugs. Also the bunk bed room beds are very noisy and didn't have a nightstand. Other than that the unit was well stocked and the view was great from the wrap around balcony.

Loved sitting on the balcony at night and listening to the music from the Flora Bama. The unit is exactly as it appears. The owners were very communicative. This would be a great condo for a large family.

We needed this little getaway. My best friend and I took our kids to the beach for Mardi Gras break and it was just what we needed. This condo was perfect for us and so convenient for our kids. The condo was clean and well equipped for all our needs. The communication with Judy and Jeff was so easy and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again!

My husband and I and my best friend and her husband come to the beach every year for NYE. We spend lots of time listening to music at Florabama and this is the perfect location to walk right next door. The condo is very spacious and has 3 bedrooms with 2 king beds. Judy was great to work with. We had a great time!

Our first time to the area. Loved the unit, the beach, and the pool! Great wraparound views and a really comfortable space. Nice to be away from the busier part of Orange Beach and great to have Flora-Bama next door. We’d definitely come back!! Wish some of the supplies (garbage bags, dishwasher soap) were provided for more than a day supply or available at the desk for a small cost, if needed. Thank you!

Perfect beach vacation! The views were amazing!! The condo was very clean and spacious and close proximity to lots of shops and restaurants. We had a minor issue with the fridge when we first arrived, but the owners were able to send someone out to check/fix it within hours of contacting them!! We would definitely love to stay here again if we visit Orange Beach for future vacations!

We had an amazing time. The balcony and view were great. The beach was awesome. It was very convenient to several restaurants and the Flora-Bama. This is our second time in that room and we would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay.

We loved everything about this property. There were five of us in a three bedroom two baths. We loved the wrap around deck so we had a view of the ocean and the marina! The food was awesome every where we went and it was so easy to get around. We were right next to Flora-Bama. Location was great for everything we needed to do and uber was there for us when we needed to get somewhere that was not in walking distance! We would definitely stay at Julie’s place again!!!

This property was absolutely stunning! A week there was not long enough. Judy was an amazing host and any questions I had she would get back to me immediately :) The wrap around porch hangs were pretty nice and you could hear live music from the Flora-Bama bar! Orange beach and Gulf Shores had some of the most amazing hang outs for kids and families! We will be back again!!! I never wanted to leave ;)

Our family loved the room for everyone to spread out, fantastic views with comfortable patio furniture from the large corner balcony, and walking distance to Flora-Bama’s several restaurants/marina. The condo was very clean and right off the elevator from the parking garage making it easy to get your stuff in and out. The host was easy to get ahold of and quickly responded to any questions. Will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay in Phoenix X! This unit was very comfortable for 6 adults and being a corner unit with multiple balconies was a fun plus for great views. Beds were nice and the kitchen was stocked with all we needed for cooking dinners in. Beach access was great and the pool was nice. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Orange Beach area.

Overall we were very pleased with our stay over Spring Break. The unit was as advertised and was perfect for our group of three adults and one teenager. We loved the wrap-around balcony, and loved having balconies in all bedrooms. The unit was very nicely remodeled, was clean, and well stocked. We loved having the option between brewing a pot of coffee or being able to use a Keurig pod instead if desired. As for the property itself, it is a little dated. That being said, we never had to wait long at all for an elevator, parking was ample and easy, there were plenty of carts available to use, and access to the beach was SUPER easy and quick. If you are looking to work out while on vacation, this is not the place, as the fitness center is very lacking. However, you can still get a good arm workout scrubbing the pans if you like to cook eggs for breakfast like we do. My only criticism of the unit would be the need to upgrade the frying pans to something not from the dollar store. You should also plan to bring your own paper towels and toilet tissue, as the stuff provided is not quality. I was a little nervous that being located directly adjacent to FloraBama would be noisy, as they have bands playing every night, but that was not a problem at all. Granted, our unit was on the far west side of the building, but we could not hear any music at all from our unit, even on the balcony. The waves drowned it out very well!!And FloraBama has a beach bar!

Excellent condo! Super clean, perfect space for 7 of us. Condo provided everything you would need for the week. Amenities were perfect for our group. Beach is super nice, pool area was nice. Close enough to walk to Florabama and their 2 restaurants across the street. Walmart, Publix, liquor store and plenty of restaurants not far away. Communication with management was very good and prompt! Only negatives: this unit is at the far end of the building from parking garage, so might be quite a haul if you can’t walk far. Would be nice to have hangers in the closets to hang clothes on (these are very cheap at Walmart)And a full length mirror in every room would be nice to have for when you are getting ready.
