Never have to leave the property. Between the shops, restaurants, and water park it’s a lovely getaway. Hearing live musical performances from the different venues is a pleasant oasis. Wonderful spot for viewing fireworks that are performed on the property or watching from afar the fireworks performed at the beachfront 6 miles away during the holidays. Kid friendly too.

The wharf is a very family friendly place to stay. We enjoyed the view from the condo, very comfortable place to stay clean with a large kitchen and plenty of room to relax. There are lots of shops and places to eat which you can walk to from the condo. We enjoyed the waterpark daily and there is tram that takes you to and from the condo to the water park. Easy check in process great communication from the host we highly recommend it for a vacation rental.

Family spent a few nights here for a cheer camp. Great location, lots to do. The Oasis pool was just for guests of the Wharf Condos so not over crowded at all. The condo itself was perfect; made me want to buy one in the future!

We loved staying here. The water park was amazing and had very little people in it each time we went. Every night the Wharf had light shoes, fireworks, music, and children’s booths and events. We will definitely be back!

The dryer has a very loud squealing as the clothes are drying. The patio door is very difficult to open, needs adjustment. The TV is difficult to watch, continues to switch to Fox News automatically while watching other stations. There were two concerts going on during our stay, so loud that you had to raise the TV volume just to hear it. Traffic leaving the concerts were very loud too. Not enough quality restaurants to walk to from the condo. Door code that was provided did not work, we needed to contact the property manager. Very long distance to walk from the parking garage to the condo.

This was the best place to stay for the week! Literally overlooked the Wharf on one side and marina on the other. The Oasis was amazing and so easy to shuttle. There was so much to do and so many places to eat. Our kids thanked us over and over! Condo was clean, comfortable and modern. Hosts communicated well and thought of everything. Our daughter played softball during this vacation, so the built in ice maker was worth its weight in gold!!

My daughter and I took a girls trip to Orange Beach. We had the best time. The condo was perfect. We felt very safe with the security features the complex offered. It was so clean and beautifully decorated. James was a dream to speak to and work with. Definitely would recommend staying here!!

This is a nice, safe condo and location. There are plenty of shops and restaurants just a few minutes walk away. Parking was a little tricky bc we had to find the correct parking garage and space with the unit number, but once we did, it was easy. We did not get a chance to do the pool bc weather was too chilly. Condo was clean, but could use a fresh coat of paint and new couch covers. We also found numerous long hairs in the bedding. Beds were comfortable though. Kitchen was easy to navigate with nice dishes, microwave, and keurig. Overall, it was a nice rental space for our family of 3.

My husband and I came down for part of our vacation and the holiday weekend to see Kenny Chesney play at The Wharf and this condo and location did not disappoint!! It was great to be able to walk to the show and not have to deal with all of the traffic and we really enjoyed the other days we spent going to The Oasis and wondering around the shops and restaurants. We also made a trip to Gulf Shores and to the Flora-Bama and had a great time at both. This was the perfect location for everything we wanted to do!

The check-in and check out processes are super easy. The condo was cozy and very clean! The bed was very comfortable. We had family stay as well and the couch was not as comfortable as the beds but it all worked. The tvs are large and the coffee bar was our star! The ice machine helped keep ice in our cooler. The owner is extremely responsive and helpful. I will be renting this condo again!

We really liked the condo! The view from the balcony was great, it was clean and spacious, and very relaxing. It was peaceful and quiet while inside, but a lot to do at The Wharf outside which was wonderful! The owners were responsive and friendly. The instructions they left were easy to understand. Hoping to go back next year!

Property is nice, but the floor could use a good scrubbing. It looked like we had grocery store feet after walking around barefoot on the floor shortly after showering. The location is perfect if you are going to a concert at The Wharf. Just know that your bedroom is on the front side of the condo, so be prepared for a noisy few hours after a concert. We were ok with that, but I would definitely check the concert schedule before booking my next stay. The amenities are great. We spent a lot of time at the Oasis pool and walked to breakfast down mainstreet each morning. We also enjoyed watching the boats coming in and out of the marina. One suggestion for the owner...lighten up on the throw pillows. 😆 Between the couch and bed, I think we counted 32 throw pillows!! It was a bit annoying as you couldnt even sit on the couch without throwing half of the pillows in the floor. Not a huge deal, they just arent necessary to make the place nice.

The host was welcoming but didn't send the door code until 30 minutes after check in instead of the 48-72 hours as stated on the VRBO email.The condo is fine but needs a deep clean. The carpet in the bedroom was especially stained and dirty.

The condo itself was nice. Oven mitts were missing along with the fact that it needs a good mopping. Everything else was great! Kids loved the oasis and the bunk beds. Ice machine was a plus! Note to bring a sound machine to drown out the noise from outside. We joked the first night that everyone was in competition. Band at amphitheater, band at one of the restaurants and a dj all playing at the same time. Couldn’t stand sitting on the patio at times with the mixture. Then the bars must bring a crowd. Loud shouting, cars reeving their engines late at night, people walking the condo. However, We would stay again, just come better prepared for the night time.

My friends and I enjoyed our stay. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the boats go by and listening to the live music at night. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. My friend that slept on the pull out sofa said it was very firm. There are no kitchen appliances other than a toaster, so keep that in mind if you need anything other than that for your stay. The owners were very nice and very easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again!

Always love a stay at the Wharf. Very nicely decorated! We had a tiny issue getting the door unlocked but the owners were SUPER responsive and got us fixed up in no time. Only minor complaint was that the ice machine is super loud, but I had kids with me so my mom ears are always listening for strange noises. Beds were very comfortable!

Beautifully decorated and well stocked. A definite perk to be able to remain on property and enjoy great restaurants, shopping and entertainment! Enjoyed watching the large boats come in and out of the docking area and the condo is amazingly soundproofed from the outside happenings. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay at The Wharf. We couldn’t figure out the thermostat when we got there so I emailed owner who actually called me within 2 minutes to walk me through it. Everything else was perfect. One of our favorite things about staying here is getting to hear the concerts from our balcony at the amphitheater or whoever is performing right below at the bar. Overall, we loved it here and we will be staying here again for our next girls trip to orange beach

The dryer has a very loud squealing as the clothes are drying. The patio door is very difficult to open, needs adjustment. The TV is difficult to watch, continues to switch to Fox News automatically while watching other stations. There were two concerts going on during our stay, so loud that you had to raise the TV volume just to hear it. Traffic leaving the concerts were very loud too. Not enough quality restaurants to walk to from the condo. Door code that was provided did not work, we needed to contact the property manager. Very long distance to walk from the parking garage to the condo.

Always love a stay at the Wharf. Very nicely decorated! We had a tiny issue getting the door unlocked but the owners were SUPER responsive and got us fixed up in no time. Only minor complaint was that the ice machine is super loud, but I had kids with me so my mom ears are always listening for strange noises. Beds were very comfortable!

The host was welcoming but didn't send the door code until 30 minutes after check in instead of the 48-72 hours as stated on the VRBO email.The condo is fine but needs a deep clean. The carpet in the bedroom was especially stained and dirty.

Never have to leave the property. Between the shops, restaurants, and water park it’s a lovely getaway. Hearing live musical performances from the different venues is a pleasant oasis. Wonderful spot for viewing fireworks that are performed on the property or watching from afar the fireworks performed at the beachfront 6 miles away during the holidays. Kid friendly too.

We had a great time at our stay. We were in town for a cheer competition so we wanted to stay close. This was perfect for us to walk each day. The room was nice and the hosts are quick to respond to questions. I definitely recommend staying here.

This was the best place to stay for the week! Literally overlooked the Wharf on one side and marina on the other. The Oasis was amazing and so easy to shuttle. There was so much to do and so many places to eat. Our kids thanked us over and over! Condo was clean, comfortable and modern. Hosts communicated well and thought of everything. Our daughter played softball during this vacation, so the built in ice maker was worth its weight in gold!!

Property is nice, but the floor could use a good scrubbing. It looked like we had grocery store feet after walking around barefoot on the floor shortly after showering. The location is perfect if you are going to a concert at The Wharf. Just know that your bedroom is on the front side of the condo, so be prepared for a noisy few hours after a concert. We were ok with that, but I would definitely check the concert schedule before booking my next stay. The amenities are great. We spent a lot of time at the Oasis pool and walked to breakfast down mainstreet each morning. We also enjoyed watching the boats coming in and out of the marina. One suggestion for the owner...lighten up on the throw pillows. 😆 Between the couch and bed, I think we counted 32 throw pillows!! It was a bit annoying as you couldnt even sit on the couch without throwing half of the pillows in the floor. Not a huge deal, they just arent necessary to make the place nice.

This is a nice, safe condo and location. There are plenty of shops and restaurants just a few minutes walk away. Parking was a little tricky bc we had to find the correct parking garage and space with the unit number, but once we did, it was easy. We did not get a chance to do the pool bc weather was too chilly. Condo was clean, but could use a fresh coat of paint and new couch covers. We also found numerous long hairs in the bedding. Beds were comfortable though. Kitchen was easy to navigate with nice dishes, microwave, and keurig. Overall, it was a nice rental space for our family of 3.

My husband and I came down for part of our vacation and the holiday weekend to see Kenny Chesney play at The Wharf and this condo and location did not disappoint!! It was great to be able to walk to the show and not have to deal with all of the traffic and we really enjoyed the other days we spent going to The Oasis and wondering around the shops and restaurants. We also made a trip to Gulf Shores and to the Flora-Bama and had a great time at both. This was the perfect location for everything we wanted to do!

The wharf is a very family friendly place to stay. We enjoyed the view from the condo, very comfortable place to stay clean with a large kitchen and plenty of room to relax. There are lots of shops and places to eat which you can walk to from the condo. We enjoyed the waterpark daily and there is tram that takes you to and from the condo to the water park. Easy check in process great communication from the host we highly recommend it for a vacation rental.

Beautifully decorated and well stocked. A definite perk to be able to remain on property and enjoy great restaurants, shopping and entertainment! Enjoyed watching the large boats come in and out of the docking area and the condo is amazingly soundproofed from the outside happenings. Highly recommend.
