I really enjoyed the property. It was clean and quiet. The two story apartment style was fun and I really liked the balcony. The check in process with the key kiosk is funky, but the host gave clear instructions, so it was fine, just different. The host was great to deal with and I would totally stay here again. The location was perfect for my needs, and within easy walking distance to the convention center and the Gas Lamp district is always fun.

The host support was lacking. Had to pick up key at a 7-11 and the key box did not work. Had to go to a second location and the key did not work. It took about an hour for support to get on sight., so we spend about an hour in the hall locked out waiting and ultimately checked about 2 hours late. Host was slow to respond to email questions during stay. We were not offered any compensation for the troubles we experienced.

Two couples from the same family were in town for a conference. We enjoyed the chance to cook food, hang out, and enjoy the balcony, while being close to everything. It was so much nicer than a hotel! Having the bedrooms on the lower level worked well for us. The parking was a terrific bonus. We had one minor issue, and the management was very responsive and fixed the problem right away. I would stay here again for sure.
