We had a great stay at this condo. Due to unfortunate weather the dock was destroyed but John made sure we still had a place to keep our boat. He was very friendly and tentative. Helped us get the boat unloaded and everything. The pool is a crossed the road but there is guest parking and easy to get over there for pool time. Had everything we needed plus some in the kitchen. Would definitely stay here again.

Condo was clean and comfortable and worked great for 2 couples or a family. Convenient location with a nice view of the lake. Good Communication and John even went over to the Condo the following day to search for a sentimental item I had lost. My only suggestion would be to add a couple of mixing bowls and a 9x13 baking dish. We would definitely stay here again!

We took a family vacation to Arkansas and this place was terrific. It was super convenient to everything in Hot Springs, but also secluded enough that we did not feel like we were in the city. The inside was just as described. The tennis court also had a pickleball net and a basketball goal. The beds, pillows, and couches were all comfortable. The hosts were easy to communicate with.

We had a great stay at this condo. Due to unfortunate weather the dock was destroyed but John made sure we still had a place to keep our boat. He was very friendly and tentative. We never got the chance to stay at John's Lake Hamilton Hideaway because a tornado tore the roof off the building 3 days before our arrival. That being said, John went out of his way to find us alternative accommodations. So I can't review the condo John owns but his effort to find us a place to stay on short notice deserves a five star rating. In the end, everything work out fine.
