The Lake Haus

A quiet area. Enjoyed the balcony facing the lake for our morning coffee. The unit was very small, but well equipped. The downside, it was on the third floor.

The property was beautiful and perfect for 2 + a dog, the owners left gifts for our stay, it is so close to everything in Hot Springs but SO QUIET! We loved it and will be back!!

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The condo was comfortable, had a great view and access to the lake, and had everything you could ever need to make it feel like home. The hosts were easy to access and very accommodating. The location is also great as many good restaurants and other retail establishments you may need are very close by. Our first time on the lake in Hot Springs, and we now plan to make it a tradition.

We were just getting out of town for the night. We love the lake. Didnt really have enough time to stay longer, that wld of been nice. It was nice being by lake but close in town too

Well, you just can’t beat the view of Lake Hamilton. The Host was excellent and communicated right away before during and after our trip. My family had everything we needed for cooking and comfort during our stay. Having the pool available was amazing as well as the lake. The fine details of decor and supplies was appreciated. My family enjoyed our stay so much we can’t wait to return. Our pup Odin lounged on the deck all day and loved people/pup watching. I highly recommend this location for a getaway.

Hands down, this was the cleanest, easiest property to live in and most convenient to everything we wanted to do. Everything we needed was there, but not over done with fussy decor. Our little dog also felt at home there. We all had a great time!

The condo was as advertised in terrific shape and a killer location for viewing Lake Hamilton and access to restaurants and attractions. The owners, the Irwins, are excellent about communicating with you and addressing any questions/concerns. In addition, they go beyond most owners and supply the condo with kitchen/cooking needs, even Keurig cups for coffee. We even brought our small dog on this trip. We will definitely stay here again on any return trip to Hot Springs, AR.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was very nice and had everything we needed. Our only suggestion would be lighting on stairs and step onto sidewalk isn’t marked. We felt it should be marked so you didn’t miss it.

From the moment we walked in we noticed the beautiful view and the condo was just as beautiful! Exceptional cleanliness! The owner’s communication was very thorough and thoughtful. They tried to accommodate any request we had and answered all of our questions. Loved all the extra touches from the coffee maker, extra coffee to everything we needed in the bathroom. It was so peaceful and beautiful there it was hard to leave. I could have slept in the egg chair and stayed on that balcony without doing anything else that weekend if I could have! Loved every minute of our stay! Thank you so much and we will definitely try to return soon!

We rented several condos at Willow Beach. One resident at the condos continued to make complaints to all of the owners about our group playing volleyball in the grass. She also complained about things that our group was not doing (jumping the pool fence and leaving the pool door propped open). Some of the owners contacted us about it and some we never heard from. Murphy was one of the ones that contacted us. As soon as a couple of families checked in, a lady was videoing them from her balcony and the dad asked what the problem was and she told him they didn’t belong there. Murphy called at this point and was very kind and I explained that the other family went in her condo to use the restroom because theirs wasn’t available yet. She was understanding. As far as playing volleyball in the grass, Our kids and parents were just having good clean fun at an appropriate time of the day. Im not sure if this maybe should be advertised as a retirement community that does not want games played in the grass. The location was perfect for us. A couple of other hosts apologized for contacting us once they realized the complaints were coming from one person only. The one complainer ruined the vibe for everyone from day one. She sat on her balcony and took videos of us from the moment we got there. It made us feel very uncomfortable. With that being said, Murphy is a great host!

Amazingly quiet! We enjoyed just the peacefulness of it all. Centrally located to all our food needs and local sites but if we didn’t want to leave we didn’t have to and that was the most beautiful part of all!! 10/10 highly recommend this property!
