Bear Mountain Cabin

If you want a lovely, well-appointed, excellently furnished, quiet, roomy, multi-level “cabin” set in a lush valley surrounded by majestic mountains, this might be your place. We found that the reality of the place met or exceeded our expectations for a great summer family getaway. We liked being outside the bustle of Red River, but close enough when we needed supplies, food, or entertainment. We aren’t skiers; if we were, we’d love to return to take in the wintry beauty of this place. The owners’ pride in Bear Mountain Cabin shows in so many details—a well-stocked kitchen, firewood ready for use, comfortable bedrooms, and so much more! We loved it!

Very clean great property

The property exceeded our expectations and was perfect for our 2 families. Everything was so easy to find with the labeling (which I loved) and was well stocked. Kids loved the area next to the house and took advantage for sledding and multiple snow ball fights. Quick drive into town too!
