We booked this house for a back to school girls trip and had 13 moms/daughters (ages 3-16) -there was plenty of space, well stocked kitchen, and the pool was definitely the highlight- we all stayed in the pool for 2 days :-) the littles especially loved the built in hot tub, as we used it as a little “kiddie pool”. Parking was a challenge- room for 2 vehicles and then need to be conscious of neighbors if parking another vehicle or 2 on street- so suggest cutting down to 3 vehicles if possible. Great time, easy host response! .

The backyard was lovely with its beautiful pool and barbecue area. The host was quick to respond to any questions. Great area too… close to The Colony and Top Golf. Highly recommend!

Family visit - great pool for all ages. Easy to monitor little ones but also relaxing for adults. Clean house, easy communication with hosts, plenty of room to spread out. Quiet and pleasant neighborhood.

Title advertized heated pool & spa, but upon check in it was not. Manager said in the house rules it stated to heat spa was $50 A DAY and to add pool it would be $80 A DAY! That should have been promently posted not buried in the fine print. We could have stayed at a hotel cheaper. On another note, had to change dates and owner/manager was prompt and accommodating.

We loved this house and the outdoor area was amazing. The game room was used daily and the house was very clean with a lot to offer. We wish their was TVs in the bedrooms but not a dealbreaker at all. Owners were quick to respond and great to rent from. Would definitely rent this property again.

We booked this place for the seclusion, private pool/spa, and it’s pet friendly. This house was beautiful inside and out and in a nice quiet neighborhood. It’s a 4 bedroom house that accommodates more than 10 people. Besides the nice patio, grill, and beautiful pool/spa outside. It also has a nice game room with a pool table. We were close to several restaurants and stores and didn’t have to drive very far. Christina the owner was very communicative during our stay and even put out a dog bowl and dog bags for the droppings, since we were bringing our fur baby. We loved our stay it was perfect for us and we definitely would book this place again.

My family had a great time staying in this home. The only complaint I have is that we had to pay extra each day to heat the spa/pool. I assumed it was already in the cost because it says heated in the headline of the property. Other than that it was perfect. Great neighborhood and very clean.

Beautiful house with a great pool. We booked to have a little staycation and use the pool to take a break from the heat. Very clean and spacious. Has everything you need. Had an amazing game room that we wish we had time to utilize.

The House and decor was beautiful and very clean as listed! Towels and other items were easily accessible. Owner responses were timely as well. It would be nice if there was a tv in every room instead of just the main living space in area but other than that we had a blast!

It’s a beautiful property and we loved our stay! I would recommend this to everyone! Very clean and loved that they had Kleenex on hand! The only thing we didn’t notice is after the pool cleaning was done, he left a small note saying don’t swim for 24hrs. It was our last night there and didn’t see this note until after we got out of the pool. Wish the pool cleaner could have held off one day. Otherwise it was perfect!

Pros: The house was very clean. There was an updated/modern look to all the appliances and fixtures. The couches were comfy. Lots of room to dine and hang out. The pool and hot tub were nice. We paid extra to have the heating turned on and my grandmother and children really enjoyed the temperature of the hot tub. The cushioned outdoor furniture was very comfy. The area was quiet and peaceful with lots of bunnies in yards. Very close to lots of food, activities, and highways but far enough away to not have road noise. Lots of windows to let in light. The front door automatically locks periodically so. I worried about forgetting to lock it. Cons: There were some dated areas (paint on tiles in the bathroom that was scratched, and worn carpet at the master bedroom to bathroom transition that had tacks sticking up). Some of the door hinges made noise when opening or closing. The bottom freezer door wasn’t working properly and was freezing closed or throwing ice on the floor if you were able to open it. Some of the outdoor furniture was worn, brittle, or broken. Overall: We enjoyed stay and would stay here again.

Was a great stay. Bunk bed room would definitely fit 4 younger kids but a tad tight for 4 teens with separate luggage. Neighborhood was really quiet and safe and the pool was really clean and awesome. Definitely recommend staying here if you need a place around Frisco!

We stayed here to celebrate my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary and it was a great meeting spot for our family and had the perfect setup. With the bunk room, the game room, pool and spa, there was plenty to do and for everyone to sleep. Location was also great, close to amenities and easy to get around. We also brought our small Maltese and it was a great setup for pets. Great decor, clean, and they made check in/out and communication easy! Overall superior stay!

We stayed for 4 nights. The house was a great layout for the family. There were plenty of beds and everything was stocked well in the house. We spent most of the time in the home outside in the pool. Great sized pool for younger kiddos. Easy to watch them and enjoy the outdoors. It was quite warm while we were there, so spending time in the pool was necessary. Christina and Roy were great hosts. Any questions I had were promptly answered. Thanks!

House was great. Check in and out was so easy. Owners were quick too respond and very helpful. Would have liked hit tub and pool warm the whole time but owners were responsive and warmed the spa when we needed it quickly! The house is very nice but bunk beds are for children or small adults. Really sleeps 6 adults comfortably

When coming to the property me and my friends took note of everything by photographing the residence. We then made the realization that one of the lower bunk beds was broken. We took a picture and decided not to use it. After notifying the owners they still attempted to force us to pay for a bunk bed that was already broken when we stepped foot on the property. Along with charging us for moving a pool table that was too big for us to move and based upon the pictures, did not move at all. They also charged us for a lamp in a room that we did not stay in. The owners do not keep track of their property and when unsuspecting customers attempt to use it. They will dump the charges on them. Would not trust them at all

It’s a 4 bedroom house that accommodates more than 10 people. Besides the nice patio, grill, and beautiful pool/spa outside. It also has a nice game room with a pool table. We were close to several restaurants and stores and didn’t have to drive very far. Christina the owner was very communicative during our stay and even put out a dog bowl and dog bags for the droppings, since we were bringing our fur baby. We loved our stay it was perfect for us and we definitely would book this place again.

The house had all of the comforts of home and then some. It was extremely clean and lots of living space. The bonus room to play games and play pool was an added bonus. The backyard was lovely with its beautiful pool and barbecue area. The host was quick to respond to any questions. Great area too… close to The Colony and Top Golf. Highly recommend!

This Spacious Frisco home on a quiet neighborhood street has a great location, close to the Stonebriar Center, which includes an AMC theatre and a big selection of stores and restaurants. We were happy that we were also close to the Star in Frisco and got to see the Christmas Extravaganza at the Ford Center.

We choose this house for our honeymoon, and boy we were not wrong! The location is perfect! Nearby all the stores you can think of! Gorgeous house, and Christina was very responsive. We hope to come back here soon!!

We came to the area for a medical appointment and needed a dog friendly comfortable place to stay. The house is very nice and in great area with tons of restaurants but also in a very quiet neighborhood. We did not have time to use the pool or BBQ but they looked fantastic! I highly recommend this home.
