Great little cottage in a great neighborhood. The cottage was clean and well appointed. Small, but perfect for my needs as a solo traveler in town for work. The window AC unit was able to keep the place at a comfortable temp despite me being there for the heat spell in late May. There is a second bedroom that seemed to be uninsulated and was way hotter than the main living space so I would discuss an additional ac unit with the host if the weather will be warm and you’ll have the need for that room. I did not, so I just kept the door closed. The kitchen worked perfectly for me. These folks clearly love coffee and there were multiple options for preparing your morning joe. There was every pot or pan I needed to be able to cook for myself and feel at home vs eating out every night. There is a very nice quiet and private back yard space that I didn’t use due to the heat but it looked perfect for cocktails and BBQ after a day on the trails or on the job. There are folks in the main house but you wouldn’t know as they are very respectful and quiet. Communication with the host was excellent. I didn’t need anything but got the feeling that if I did, they’d be right on it. It’s close to Vista Blvd, Albertsons, and Panda Garden (my favorite Chinese place in town).

Everything here was fantastic, will defiantly try to stay again next time we swing through Boise. Hosts were great, the place was impeccable, and it was overall a great experience.

Great central location to explore the Boise area. Close to the downtown and within 10 minutes of the highway. Comfortable XL king bed and bedding in the primary bedroom. Very clean and cozy with cute mid-century furniture and decor. Mgt co was prompt in replying to questions. Note though that the listing pics are lighter/brighter than actual.

Built in the 1930's, this cottage appears old from the outside, but don't let that fool you. Inside, it is super clean and very nicely decorated in a mid-century modern way. We loved our stay here, and you will too. Perfect for a couple with a child, and it's also pet friendly.
