Motel 6 Branson, Mo

This place was very dog friendly. The room was extra clean & the staff were extremely nice. It was also quiet. The facility was right off the main highway, so it was easy to get to even with Branson traffic.

I liked that this motel was on Highway 76 and that they accept pets. Next time I might bring my dog but then it wouldn't really be a vacation. I liked that my room was in the back half of the motel and that the street noise was minimal. I was a single traveler, and I was concerned about my safety but there was no problem. What didn't I like? Well, there was only 1 ice machine and that was in the first building, but it wasn't that far to walk. The mattress was flat on the outward side of the bed, but I could move into the middle as it was a King size bed. I would have liked the pool to be filled but since it rained every day but one it didn't matter this trip.

Nicer than I expected for a Motel 6. Looked like the rooms had been upgraded in the last year. Beds were comfortable, foam type mattress. We would definitely stay again. One negative was the parking lot size. Very small and hard to maneuver my large SUV.

Rooms were clean and beds comfy, one of our rooms smelled musty maybe hadnt been used in awhile. Pool was shut down they said noone to maintenance it, and had some sketchy people around the property. Probably would not stay here again, it was ok for one night but disappointing there was no pool and you couldnt really be outside.

Parking was the only issue. spots are way too small. If there was a car in every spot, you could not get in and out of your car or back out and turn to leave.

They advertise the pool on Expedia, the pool was not available. And the lady at the front desk argued with me about that. She said it wasn’t listed on Expedia, if it wasn’t listed how would I know there was a pool? We were traveling with our granddaughters. We asked for non-smoking rooms, if you were a smoker you were not allowed to stay in a non-smoking room! The towels were thinner than the toilet paper. We had two rooms, neither of the rooms would allow you to close the bathroom door. Housekeeping brought us fresh towels the next morning, I suspect that was to get an eyeball on the room. They didn’t remove the dirty towels nor did they dump the trash. The TV nor the phone worked. The guy came and fix the TV, we still have no phone so we had to walk a mile to the front desk. We checked out at 2 PM on the last day, I did not want to stay there anymore. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude when we checked out. I had to leave, told her have a good day, I had to avoid a shouting match. With their attitude there, you would think you were staying at the four seasons not a friggin Motel 6. Never again.

Our main complaint was maneuvering in the parking lot. It was very narrow and difficult to get in/our of the spots

The room was great. Parking is an issue at this Motel 6. If you drive anything larger than a compact car, good luck!

It was clean and safe. Close to the landing. Great place to take a pet. No pet fees was what I really liked .

They had roaches!

The room was clean, desk clerk was friendly, check in and out was easy. Rooms were clean and basic. For the money it was worth it. Location was close to the landing and easy to get to back roads and routes to get around congested traffic. The floors could’ve used a good mopping and the bed and pillows could’ve used a major update. Other than that it was do able.

BED BUGS June 2023 You dont notice the bites the first night. We were taking a nap & maid services walked in on us. We are traveling with dogs too.

everything was clean but the floor, we were there for 5 nights, on the second night I felt grit on my bare feet during the night when I went to the bathroom so I told the desk clerk that the floor needed sweeping. On the morning we were leaving (Sunday 10/06/2024) I got up to go take a shower, I was barefoot from the bed to the bathroom, I turned on the water and got it to the right temp and stepped into the shower at the back, then move up under the water and looked back to where I got in and there was 2 dirty (black) foot prints. I finished the shower, got out; walked to the bed with a wash cloth in my hand, wiped the bottoms of my feet and I was amazed at the dirt that was on the wash cloth. There is no reason or excuse for a motel floor to be this dirty. I told the same desk clerk what had transpired and she apologized and said "it will be taken care of". I had told their only desk clerk that I was expecting an important package on Thursday when we checked in, the shipment was there on Thursday but the clerk had closed the office and went home to feed her animals, so I had to wait until Friday afternoon to get my meds, again, there is no excuse for this either.

The property was acceptable and at a good price. The office area smelled like cigarette smoke, which should be unacceptable. An air freshener would have helped eliminate the smell. There were air freshener plug ins in the outlets but they were empty.

Room was clean. Air conditioner works, and we had fresh towels brought to our room daily. Cheap and convenient.

Convenient location and staff accommodating. Only complaint was the floors could have been mopped, I realize the place is pet friendly but the bottom of my son’s feet were black from the tile floors. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

Great value for families or single people needing a hotel room on the strip in Branson. Rooms have been renovated, and the facility is in decent shape. Area around the property needs to be improved. Bonding on the ingress and egress areas leading to the stairs to access the second floor hotel rooms in the rear building.

Wife and I stay here every time we go to Branson, which is about 8 to 10 times a year they have Memory foam beds in all the rooms. All the rooms have the wooden floors. They also have walk in showers in every room. Needs a little updating on the outside property. But other than that parking lot a little small but a very good place to stay. Staff always very friendly and helpful.

Room was clean, comfy and service was great. Amazing priced. Great stay for price and shorter time. I was there for 5 nights and my Only complaints are WiFi was terrible. Had to leave the room to do any work. Dogs next door barking and I had to go drive or walk to office to borrow blow dryer and then again to return it

I have to admit I didn’t expect much for the price point that we were paying. The reviews that I read here convinced me to book a 2 night stay. The room was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The only negative thing I can say is that the walls are thin. You can hear your upstairs neighbor if they are having a “good time”, but in our case traveling with a box fan drowned out that noise. Otherwise it was an excellent stay and for the money saved in hotel fees we would stay again!

The room was clean and well-maintained, equipped with all the essentials I needed. It had a comfortable bed, good water pressure in the shower, and a quiet atmosphere for a restful night’s sleep. The Wi-Fi was fast, and the location was convenient. I recommend this place for anyone looking for a reliable, budget-friendly accommodation!

Clean room, had microwave and fridge, but no table in room to eat at. Had to eat on the bed. No bedbugs was found.

We've stayed here many times very nice rooms. Memory foam mattresses on the beds. All rooms have walkin showers.lvp flooring

Bed was very comfortable, and i loved the no carpet in the room. The water pressure in the shower was awful, but other than that I would stay there again.

From beginning the manager was rude and stated she doesn’t rent to locals after talking to her the day before and indicating that my boyfriend and I both had work so it would be right after work. When my boyfriend arrived to check in she was rude and not nice, they apparently only have her there that runs the place so the office closed down at 1130 pm. After laying down in bed we felt something crawling on us(bedbugs) after us trying to contact her and the first rep trying to as well we could not get her to answer the phone, finally she answered for the second rep and agreed to give us a refund full since she didn’t want us there to begin with. Katie needs to be looked into she also made my boyfriend explain to her why we needed a room to begin with and then told us don’t be bringing that drama to her property.

The only issue we had was check in. Check in was at 3pm, we showed up around 2:50 and no one was there. We realized we were early so no big deal, we waited in the car. 3pm comes around and no one is there or answering the phone. After a bit we ended up calling the main office just to get through to someone but they were also unable to get in touch with the property. Spending 40 additional minutes sitting in the car after a 4 hour car ride with an angry toddler while not being able to get in touch with any staff was frustrating. I will say though, the room was affordable and one of the cleanest and more comfortable motel rooms I have ever stayed in. If not for the check in issues this easily would be a 4/5 star stay especially for the price.

You always get what you pay for. If you just want a bed, you’ll get not much more. And we know that w/Motel 6. The bed was a bit hard for our liking, but I guess most people like firm ones. Maybe a soft one could be an offered option We were about stuck ‘out in the cold’ when we were shuttling bags to the car, the room door accidentally was closed/locked & the key was inside. We went to the office but there was no one in at 6:00 in the morning. We resigned to wait in the car till someone showed up at the office, but to our relief found the other room key we’d left in the car! Is there no way, for a motel that’s totally full, for anyone to get ahold of management at the office after hrs in case of an emergency!?! My phone was in the room, too. Not sure if It’d have done any good anyway. Our careless mistake.

Katie the property manager was such a delight and so helpful in our short notice of needing a place when the storm hit. The place was very well clean and well kept up. Very pleased with our stay.

Staff was rude

I don't know what was bigger, the check in ladies fake eye lashes, or her attitude, and her eye lashes were easily visible from 100 yards away. It was going to be our new go to hotel, but she's just so damn rude we'll never be back. Every time I dealt with her I was blown away how much of an attitude she has. I've stayed at many, many hotels, never have I had such a bad experience worth the front desk woman. Normally I'd say lady, but there's nothing ladylike about this one. I think her attitude was bigger than the hotel itself.

Needed a place to stay for one night while traveling. I got into Branson a little after 10 and Katie the desk agent stayed up to wait for my arrival. Room was clean and the shower was hot. Minimal amenities but good place to stay for the price.

Great lady at the front desk and comfy beds!

Check-in and check out was easy. As we checked in, owner asked if the smell of smoke bothered us as our booked room was near smoking area and switched our room at no cost when we mentioned it did. Very considerate of her! Our housekeeper was Jenn and she kept our room very clean and offered us clean towels as we were still in our room when she came by. Did not have cash to leave her a tip, but very satisfied with the cleanliness and her service! Would recommend to anyone wanting a clean no frills stay at a low cost!

Turned out to be the perfect location for town, strip, and church.

Priced right and located close to the landing. Very convenient.

Hotel was nice. Rooms were clean. Kind of out of the way for shows but right next to beginning of Blue rt. I will stay there again.

The extremely loud people above our room were ridiculously disrespectful but it was addressed immediately and it was crickets after that! Good parking. Can be tough to get out of hotel onto Main Street due to traffic. No coffee machine in room and no breakfast; only basic coffee, powder creamer/sugar in a makeshift breakfast area. It was all worth it however since we were able to keep our dog with us.

The area was quiet and easy to get to. Our room was very clean and looked to be remodeled. Everyone I talked to was very pleasant and helpful. We had trouble with the lock on the door. We weren't in the room a lot so we had all we needed except a hair dryer and shampoo. I had morning coffee but it would have been nice to have a continental breakfast. It worked out fine.

The room was good. The morning not so much. No water pressure for shower. Zero breakfast. The coffee was clear water not even hot. Very weird. Only thing in kitchen working was coffee pot and it was look warm water. No coffee. Nothing else offered to eat in spite of all the equipment to offer a continental breakfast.

No tissues! Only 1 chair. No table. Cold floors. No coffee in room. Had to walk across property for a cup of coffee.

It is what it is - a lower-cost hotel in Branson. Not coffee maker in the room, and no chair for the "desk" but meh, it was clean and quiet. That's enough.

We have stayed here multiple times because it is good for the price. Nothing fancy but its clean and close to everything. Beds are comfortable. Don't expect a hairdryer or free breakfast but you get what you pay for. All things considered, we have been satisfied and will be back again.

It was ok for the price. Fresh towels every day. Ice maker was turned off. Worked when we turned it on. No coffee in the room.

Don’t stay here if you need a bath mat or more than three towels. Stayed three nights and three times had to ask for math mat and towels. I reserved the room for 4 people and you would think by the last night they would leave 4 towels but the front desk says they put 3 towels in each room standard, then why ask how many is in the party. Said we didn’t get bath mats because they weren’t done washing… By the way they have a coffee room not a breakfast room, I guess they just started this because there are two signs outside saying breakfast room. Be prepared to show all adults id’s. Good thing I found my lost id before we left for Branson. I wouldn’t say the front desk lady was rude to me, but questioned me as to do I look and make sure the bath rug wasn’t in the shower, and one day kept doing paperwork. Like for 3-4 minutes instead of stopping and getting the customer(me) my towels and one day instead of letting me go back to my room she went to different rooms finding me 4 towels and a bath rug. Don’t expect to get your full trash can taken out until you leave, even if you fill it up on day one. To their credit the room was comfortable and clean.
