This small apartment was over a garage and was perfect for myself and two teens who were out all day for a CMU camp. It was cool and quiet and super close the the university. The kitchen had the basics for cooking in. Thanks so much!

Great location for moving a kid into college. Close enough to help out but far enough to let them figure some stuff out! There are steps up to the apartment so if you don't want to do steps, then not the place for you. Off street parking, AC worked well, coffee was great and all the essentials that you need!

I’ve become weary staying at VRBOs based on our own experiences; however, this little charmer was just perfect. It was SO CLEAN! All drains and appliances worked well and I had the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. It is bigger than than I thought it would be - a first time pleasant surprise for me! The location is ideal and so close to all the places you will want to check out. Checkout requests were a breeze and we were on our way without spending more than 5 minutes doing what they had asked. I will definitely be recommending this place and hope to stay here again. Thank you for a great experience!

It was a wonderful stay! We were so close to everything we wanted to see! The best part is being walking distance to the park with an awesome playground! My kids loved it so much that we went everyday before dinner to play and burn off more steam. The place was cozy and welcoming, my only comments would be the addition of blackout curtains instead of light filtering in the bedrooms and the dishwasher itself is a bit wobbly. Highly recommend and can’t wait to visit again! Thank you!

Hosts were very accommodating, let us change our dates with no issues. They also let us have an early check in early with problem. They had just used a new cleaner so there was some issues with some things being missed in-between cleaning and out of stock items (garbage bags, laundry soap, missing remote) but hosts were on top of it all. Would stay there again.

Really couldn't have asked for a better stay. We were in town for a campus visit at Colorado Mesa University, and the location was literally a couple blocks away from the school. Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. The place was extremely clean and in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, plates, pots, pans, tools, etc. Could have easily stayed in for several days and cooked for myself. Rooms were comfortable, and the check-in process was easy as can be. Didn't have to communicate with the owners at all while I was there as everything went smoothly, but they were quick to communicate when I booked and responded quickly when I messaged them to let them know I checked out. Extremely uncomfortable couch. I was not impressed with the cleanliness either, there was an obvious poop stain on the matress cover once we removed the bedding on the king matress. Top of the fridge is very dusty & the toilet was not clean. I was grateful to have a place to stay & visit my family but for what I was charged I expected the house to be spotless.

This is a fabulous location for a stay in Grand Junction and vicinity. Very private and quiet 2 bedroom apartment that is close to the University and downtown. Also close to orchards and wineries. We had a very nice time and can highly recommend it.

We were in town for a high school track meet, and the stadium was right across the street. We also had a nice walk into town (a little over a mile) for dinner as well as being super close to Lunch Loops trails for a bike ride the next morning. We’d definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable and the place was nice and clean. The only thing I would suggest is if you didn't mention the place was up a steep flight of stairs in the advertisement, then you should do so in case the people are not able to climb stairs. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay.

Super cute and clean! The BEST location. Hosts were extremely helpful. No problems at all and the most comfy bed!!! Extremely safe neighborhood. Extra bedroom was great even though we didn’t try the bed!

Good location and AC worked great! Very appreciative that host allowed us to check out at noon, if we needed the extra time for my husband. Couch wasn't very comfortable (cushion springs, as mentioned in other reviews). Could use blinds for kitchen window - sun was really bright in kitchen and made it hard to fix breakfast and eat at the table - we ended up putting a towel to make it better. Might have a filter issue - lots of dust particles in the air.
