2 Mi to Seagull Beach: Charming Family Home

Our stay was wonderful. Susan, the owner was very responsive to my calls, almost immediately. Loved the property. Very pretty on the inside, beds were very comfortable, nicely decorated too. Back yard was amazing. Neighborhood was very quiet. I highly recommend this charming rental!

Everything about the house and communication with the owner of the house couldn’t have been better. The description and pictures of the house shown are just what you get. The house was clean and very well taken care of. You can tell they want to please their guests. The neighborhood was quiet and cute. Susan checked in the day of arrival and the house was ready to check in prior to the 3pm check in time. Also, we were given additional time to stay before needing to check out which was greatly appreciated. There is a binder that has a lot of recommendations for restaurants, beaches and things to do which is helpful for those who are not familiar of the area. I have a 2yr old and loved that the back yard was completely fenced in! The fire pit and landscaping was beautiful! The beds were comfortable. Lots of room for those with bigger families. For those who need a washer and dryer, you are in luck! The location of the house was great! Close to the beach shops and restaurants. If you have the opportunity to stay at this home, take it! You won’t be disappointed! Thanks again Susan. It was a great stay!

Everything about this rental was perfect for our family getaway. It's recently renovated, stylish and comfortable. The owner, Susan, thoughtfully stocked the house with useful amenities including extra blankets, pillows and towels, family board games, kids toys, beach items and cooking utensils. Our family of 6 had everything we needed and more! Our absolute favorite aspect of the home was the backyard. A great space for kids to play and for the family to gather, grill and relax around the fire pit. The home is also conveniently located. We were close to dining, shopping, beaches and attractions. Susan compiled a binder of some of her favorite places and invites guest to add to the list as well. We enjoyed many of the recommendations in her guest book. Overall, this a lovely vacation rental. We will be back!

This home was great. Beautiful Very Private Back Yard. Very beautiful back yard with gas Fire pit and out door shower. With large gas Grill and xtra Freezer in shed for your extra ice for your cooler. Beautiful indoor shower. All the channels you could want. A walk to the Music Room where you can have a drink and watch live music. Close to everything. Less than 10 minutes drive ti the beach. Very quiet neighborhood. Beds where comfortable and pillow were comfortable. Plus Bonus sheets and towels were included. No extra fee. Which awesome for a cape house. They have portable ac you can take out if needed. Fans if needed. The porch is set up with TV has a comfortable pull out coach. It makes great 4th bedroom. Or if you have someone in your group that and early riser or stays with late. They use the porch to watch TV.
