This was a wonderful place to stay. Very clean, nice location, not a crowded beach, and did I say clean!! Loved the beach equipment and cooler. Beautiful view from balcony overlooking the pool and ocean. Pool area is very well taken care of. The Whisk and Grind next door is an excellent restaurant and coffee shop. The barista, Steven, is so personable and fun to talk to. I would definitely stay here again!!

Close to the beach! Second story walk up with a balcony that overlooks the pool and the ocean. Comfortable space for our family of 4. Door dash and grocery delivery. Food and grocery stores close by. Couches and recliner were comfy. Laundry was useful. Walk to the beach was easy. Lovely views! Enjoyed our stay!

Everything was as described or better. Good communication, great view, close to pool, close to ocean, perfect location, clean, large, plenty of sand and beach play things. Highly recommend. Just a heads up. Late December stay, pool was not heated or heated very little.

Had an excellent stay! This was perfect for a family of 4! Loved having a view of beach and the pool was very clean! Master bed was very comfortable, couch and chair with recliners was super comfy ! Really appreciated the closet of beach gear, chairs, cooler etc. Thanks!!

Lovely property. Condo was nicely furnished and well stocked. We met friends there and had a very nice time on the beach, enjoyed the pool, ate at the pier. We also door dashed a few meals with no issues and very timely.

Very nice 5 night stay! Loved the 2nd floor balcony view. Definitely enjoyed the nice pool. Had a bit of a snafu with the washing machine but Stephanie responded quickly with any issues we had. Would stay there again.

The condo was quite suitable for us. My husband and I stayed in the master bedroom, while my mother in law and brother in law shared the 2nd bedroom (which had twin beds). It worked out well for us. The view was lovely overlooking the pool and it was a short walk to the beach. Everything was very clean, the condo was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, etc. Only the weather wasn't the greatest (cool and wet), but that was of no fault of the accommodations!

We stayed for a long weekend and had an amazing time. It is centrally located along Cocoa Beach, so you have tremendous opportunities to explore local shops, parks and restaurants. The condo was amazing and in excellent shape. Extremely clean and having both a pool and ocean was amazing. We highly recommend this location and communication with a host was excellent.

I was a but skeptical about trying VRBO...but was immediately put at ease by Stephanie and her amazingly quick and helpful communication. The condo had everything we could ever need or want and was super clean. The complex is in the perfect location close to restaurants and stores yet right on the beach. It is great to have only a few steps to the beach and the pool. We will be back again!

This is our 3rd year stating at the Spanish main in cocoa beach. While the usual condo we book there was not available, this particular condo was just as great! You can’t beat the location. The beach is amazing. The condo itself was clean and nicely decorated. Its close to everything…. A one hour drive to any Disney park. It truly is the perfect vacation spot. We even were lucky enough to see 2 space x rocket launches. The hosts were great and the condo was amazing. I would highly recommend this location!

This was our second stay at this condo. It’s perfect for us! It’s comfortable, warm and inviting. There’s a great view of the beach from the balcony - perfect for those who like to watch the sunrise while enjoying a morning cup of tea/coffee. Also, the location is very convenient as it is close to many shops and restaurants. We will be back!

The condo was exactly as advertised. Kitchen well stocked and great bed. My wife left a necklace our granddaughter gave her and the owner was kind enough to mail it to us. Forever grateful.

If you are looking for nice accommodation 50 feet from the beach - it's a great place to relax and unwind. Very nice furniture and design. Clean place with a wow factor built into first 5 min. Thank you. Communication is also great.

This was our first visit to Cocoa Beach and we were so impressed with this condo! Location was great with quick access to the beach. Easy check in process and excellent amenities. We loved the ease of having chairs and an umbrella in the room. Great communication with the host as well. No complaints!

I needed a quick place to stay for 1 night after Hurricane Helene disrupted my stay in Bradenton. The property manager was amazing at answering my questions & getting us all set up. The condo is gorgeous & clean! We learned the hard way that there are actually elevators to the upper floors; their just a little hidden - haha!

We enjoyed the property. There were a few minor issues that Stephanie worked to correct. The balcony sliding door didn’t properly lock so there was a rod to keep in the bottom of the door in place and the TV remote didn’t work upon arriving. However, Stephanie promptly corrected this issue and sent a maintenance person immediately. We enjoyed the two days we stayed at the beach and there comfortable beds, furniture and all the necessities.

This is a really nice apartment located right in the heart of cocoa beach. Everything worth seeing is within a short distance and there’s a great breakfast place next door

Great location, just a few steps to the beach from the condo. Very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. I would stay here again if I’m ever back in the area.

Location is good. Beach is clean and quiet. Pool is packed with vacationers, but who needs a pool when the Atlantic ocean is steps away. Close to restaurants, groceries, and liquor store. Would stay again.

Great beach condo, excellent location. Well equipped with anything you need. Found lots of turtle tracks! Floor was dirty but otherwise it was clean & very nice.

Our overall experience was awesome! The condo was just as described and the view was nice. Parking was easy and accessible. Right down the road from so many nice shops and restaurants. We had a wonderful vacation and will definitely be booking again in the future.

We had a fantastic time! The condo was the perfect location to walk to local restaurants and shops. The access to the beach was fantastic. The pool was clean-which we used a lot. We will definitely be back!
