The hotel was very clean. Most of the employees were nice. Some seemed to think we didn't belong. The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are beautiful. The bathrooms are not as private as I would've liked. The sliding door has many gaps and there was no fan to help with any odor. So the whole room just stank. There was a complete lack of ice. I'm old fashioned and would've liked an ice machine or access to ice at least. Would've liked ice at breakfast too. The breakfast was wonderful aside from the missing ice. I highly recommend this hotel for your vacation. It's only feet away from Times Square too.

The beds were comfortable. Room was clean. They have a Grab and Go. Food was good. Very walkable to Rockefeller Center, Grand Central Station, shopping and restaurants. I am 82 years old. I was able to walk too many attractions. Taxis were expensive. Found Uber better way to go.

No coffee makers in the room. Breakfast was amazing, but lining up every morning to get it was time consuming. there was no ice machine- we had to go to the bar and ask for it. There was a reasonably priced happy hours. It was a great location, easy access to subway/transit.

Rooms and lobby were great. Gym was nice also. Only thing is you need need a Manitoba turn on the lights lol. Also, the way the tv works to stream is not good. Yo need to use your phone to stream to a tv, not a smart tv app. This is cumbersome and doesn’t work for me

At peak times, especially breakfast, the elevator is a nightmare! Took as 25mins to get down to the lobby one morning. The staff was great, nothing they could do to fix it, but just plan accordingly.

This property is located in the heart of the Manhatten Theatre district. We were able to walk to Times Square in minutes and there was a lot to see and do in the area. The price was good and the robotic parking next door was perfect for us. High marks all around.

Amazing hotel right on the edge of Times Square, walkable to most attractions & if not, the metro is nearby. Rooms were spotless & views were amazing. There was a happy hour every day in the bar in the lobby & the food was great & reasonably priced compared to eating out in New York. We stayed with a group of friends & had an amazing time in NYC 🇺🇸 🗽

Overall this hotel was excellent. The room was clean and well sized for two people. View was good with access to public transportation. Centrally located. Only complaint was a musty odor in the shower. But that is also New York drains issue.

The check-in process was easy. The location can’t be beat. The room was immaculate, clean, modern and well appointed - even including complimentary bottled water which is rare these days but SO appreciated!! The front desk picked up immediately and answered a question I had when I called down. Great view from my window. Super impressed with this hotel!!

Lovely hotel just off Times Square. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Staff all very friendly. Breakfast set us up for the day 😊. My only frustration was with the lifts in the morning to get to breakfast and back to the room took quite a while at busy times. Just be patient you will get there eventually. I would stay again 😊

Room was very clean and had no carpet, which is a plus. The service was incredible. Everyone was patient and efficient. The breakfast was good. They had a wide selection of fruits, meats, cheeses, and breads, and everything was fresh. Also the hotel was right within the broadway district, so it was really easy to find the shows we wanted to see. Overall 10/10 experience

The hotel was very nice and the staff were very professional. It felt luxurious and was clean. We also had a nice view of the city from our room. The only thing that was not that great is that the bathroom door was a frosted glass sliding door and would not stay shut on its own.

We loved almost everything about this property. It is clear that they pride themselves on cleanliness, which is incredibly important to me! The location is right in the heart of Time Square, however, it was quiet in our room - which had an amazing view! The one and only complaint is that there isn't a coffee option in the room. When we arrived, I called to see if I could have a coffee machine brought to the room and was told they "don't do that." For me, a mom traveling with children who loves her coffee, this made mornings much more challenging. I had to hop out of bed and immediately get dressed to take a elevator downstairs (which takes a while because it's a tall building with three elevators) run across the street to Dunkin Donuts, because the in house coffee shop doesn't open until 7, then make my way back up the elevators. This was about a 20 minute ordeal each morning. Sounds silly, but because this is how I had to start each day, I wouldn't stay at this hotel again.

I loved the view from my room. The room was a decent size. It was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Truly there simply wasn't anything to complain about. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I really enjoyed my stay. It was a great pick for my birthday treat.

Great experience from check in to check out. I observed the frontdesk representatives kept an eye on 2 little child while their parents stepped away. He and the security kept a close eyes on the kids to ensure they didn't leave the lobby by themselves and contacted their parents to return asap to pick up their child. Thank you for ensuring safety of the little ones. Very polite services from everyone in the hotel, especially the breakfast arrangement is awesome! Great processes involved to ensure efficiency during the busy morning. Of course the breakfast is 100% , great food, good quality with lots of options. Last but not least, thanks for the champaign, what a great surprise for the family and celebrations.

This is not a 4 star hotel. It has simply no service at all. No ice for guests, no room service of any kind. Nothing is nothing. Services is very rude in the front desk. It would appear that as they can and do not provide any services they are defensive of any ask. While they are not able to bring ice to your room, they are willing to sell you champagne bottle service to your room. The rooms are very small, bathroom nonetheless is average and modern.

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly which made checking in a breeze. The location was perfect and we would stay here again. The elevators did take some waiting in the mornings, but that's to be expected with a big place.

One block from Times Square busy yet so centrally located to all we wanted to see! We enjoyed the hotel and we could walk or use the subway system just on the corner. Many nearby restaurants and stores. Great service and clean rooms! Wifi is an additional charge.

The elevator nightmare every morning waiting 30 min for the elevator because everyone has to come to the first floor to pay for breakfast and then they shuttle you up the elevator to the 5th flooor for breakfast which is a terrible continental style buffet for $25. Managemt needs to step up here big time. There’s no room service in the hotel and no restaurant either. Will not be coming back to this nightmare of a hotel.

The free breakfast setup was a nightmare. Trying to get an elevator to the lobby took 30 minutes. We walked 14 flights down the stairs to pay for tea and coffee.

Great location, hotel was very nice, staff were all polite and helpful, our room was lovely, bed was very comfortable and black out curtains were great. Only 2 down sides, 1) Breakfast buffet was very manic when it was busy (which was most of the time), it was difficult to get everything you wanted in one go, so you either sacrificed your hot drinks getting cold whilst you queued to get your breakfast or vice versa. There was everything you could want on offer though, just didn't make breakfast time relaxing and ultimately not overly enjoyable. 2) The only other downside was there was no kettle and drink station in the room or mini bar, which was very inconvenient, first hotel we've ever stayed in that didn't offer tea or coffee in your room, instead you had to keep going downstairs to buy teas/coffees and carrying them back up to your room in busy lifts. When you've been out all day and you just want to get into comfortable clothes and chill out but you can't because you have to go downstairs to get drinks. We personally think it should be included in your room. Overall a fantastic stay and was almost perfect!

The staff, location and cleanliness are top notch. However, breakfast can be a time consuming affair. Plan accordingly, you would need to wait 15-20 mins for the elevator going down to the lobby, join the line waiting for breakfast (another ~15mins), once you reach the 5th floor, another 10min wait to get to the table.

While the decor is nice, there are not enough elevators to service such a big hotel. The breakfast service is a disaster, with poor organization and with long lines. The rooms are not as large as advised. Overall, book another hotel!!!!!!
