This was my first VRBO experience & it was great! The home is bright & airy; well equipped; centrally located; it met all of our needs! Jonathan & Patty were very responsive to any questions I had. The fun part was that other family members also rented from Johnathan & we were all close by to each other. We made use of the golf cart to get to the Oyster Park.

We really enjoyed our stay at the house, which was very well appointed. We very much appreciated having the golf cart to get around town, coffee pods provided and wonderful bedding. YouTubeTV and Netflix were great to have - like being at home. The house is convenient to Old Town Bluffton and the many attractions around the area.

My family and I had an amazing stay on this beautiful property- the town is charming and the house is so close to many restaurants and we loved driving around with the golf cart and watch the river. We highly recommend this beautiful property- the beds were so comfortable and loved to cook on the Traeger grill ! Go for it - you won’t regret it ! The property manager made sure nothing was missing !!!

We were in town for a family wedding in Bluffton. This was the perfect location for family and friends. Restaurants were walkable including a great coffee shop, pizza, BBQ, Italian, seafood and more. Our trip was better than expected. The location, was perfect to get around Old Town’s shops and restaurants. We even saw the 51st Christmas Parade! The house we stayed in was perfect in every way. Clean, stocked with items we may have forgotten and the beds were extremely comfortable. The added bonus was the friendliness and helpfulness of our neighbors. Highly recommend this property!

Clean, spacious, big bathrooms, well equipped kitchen, lovely outdoor dining, sitting (rockers on front porch) all within walking distance of Calhoun Street and the Old Bluffton attractions. Alljoy Donut Company was a short walk away - fun, different donuts, coffee and wonderful staff. Agave too was a short walk and had excellent Mexican food and margaritas. Highly recommend Bluffton Charm. We were in town for a wedding at Berkeley Hall.

This is our 2nd Christmas staying at one of Jonathan’s homes. If you are looking for a great home to stay anytime you are visiting Bluffton, do your best to stay here. The home is in an excellent location, walk to Old Town shopping and restaurants. If you choose to eat in, the kitchen is furnished with just about anything you would need. The bedrooms are nicely decorated and the family room has plenty of seating for everyone. We plan to return again in 2025!

We were in town for a family wedding in Bluffton. This was the perfect location for family and friends. Restaurants were walkable including a great coffee shop, pizza, BBQ, Italian, seafood and more. The house was bright, clean, well appointed and communication prior to and during our stay.was almost immediate.Great choice!!

clean with everything we could need. Location was perfect Just a few issues- we couldn’t get the golf cart to work and the fan and the light didn’t work. I think there may be a short because they flickeredOverall we live it and hope to come back!

This house was comfortable and quiet. We were a party of four and had plenty of room. It was also very clean. You are close to downtown with restaurants and shopping. Easy day trips to Savannah, Hilton Head, and Beaufort. Also close to the outlets and golfing. We loved driving around town in the golf cart. We would stay here again without hesitation.

The property is close in proximity to Old Town Bluffton, just off a main throughfare yet quiet in location. On first entry and surveillance inside I was more than pleased. Updated with many personal touch welcome amenities and pristine clean. Spacious and roomy for all 6 adults. We melded into it with comfort of home...from the lovely open welcoming kitchen, the comfortable beds with luxurious bedding and roomy bath and showers, outdoor deck table and seating for morning coffee surrounded by the flora of South Carolina, early bird songs and rising sun is a memory of ahhh was full relaxation to start the day. The posting of this property cannot fully reflect its beauty and overall capturing the low country ambiance at its best.

This home was amazingly comfortable and so close to downtown! The air was cold, the kitchen was well equipped, and we couldn't have been more comfortable. We loved it so much that we are going back in a month with our children. You won't be let down staying in this home...

This is the second time we have stayed at Jonathan & Patricia’s property in Old Town Bluffton! Everything was perfect, again! It is such a great place to stay if you like to do a morning walks down to the May River and stop and get great cups of coffee along the way at several shops. There are so many cute shops & restaurants within super short walks. You can get to a beach on Hilton Head Island or play a round of golf with just a short drive . We drove to the island in 8 minutes and on a beach in 20 minutes. It is also easy to get to historic Savannah in 30-40 minutes or Charleston in under 2 hours. We came ready for a vacation and left ready face real life again. A wonderful place to relax and recharge.

Bluffton Charm, is exceptional. Clean, spacious, big bathrooms, well equipped kitchen, lovely outdoor dining, sitting (rockers on front porch) all within walking distance of Calhoun Street and the Old Bluffton attractions. Alljoy Donut Company was a short walk away - fun, different donuts, coffee and wonderful staff. Agave too was a short walk and had excellent Mexican food and margaritas. Highly recommend Bluffton Charm. We were in town for a wedding at Berkeley Hall.

Those thoughtful extras set this stay apart and made it the best of our many Vrbo stays to date. The golf cart was such a great touch (our kids LOVED it!). The house was perfectly described in photos. It is new, clean, and has anything you would need. The property owners are so nice and responsive. The golf cart was key! We really enjoyed our stay. The neighbor closest to the main road is a great neighbor! She looked after us for anything we might have needed as well. Would definitely stay here again!
