Entrances to West area is through main hotel lobby. Interaction with Crockfords staff was limited. Probably stick to Conrad. Advantage was Crockford pool area. Awesome staff there. This pool area was overrun with kids at times. The pool and area are not big so you are in the splash zone. Many good parents but some had their kids run wild. Lifeguards were whistling regularly.

Wonderful staff, great pool area for Crockfords guests- loved smaller pool with attentive lifeguards, food/beverage service. Rooms very comfortable, housekeeping responsive to requests. Will return!

I enjoyed the ease of living and the beautiful view of the city from my room. The exercise facility was updated with modern equipment. The pool area was definitely amazing and the convenience restaurants made dining a pleasure. I loved the ease and comfort of this hotel. I will stay again!!!

Not sure I felt there was much added value for the increase in rom rate. Pool is shared across the resort and impossible to find chairs or shade if you want that. Confusing check in requires mere mortals to go to a different lobby. On the other hand, compared to the strip the overall resort was less crowded. Forget about rideshare here.

This is wonderful tower. The Crockfords is the only tower I could stay at. The bed is very comfortable. There is a nice therapeutic gun. And you get exclusive access to a nice pool area that is only available for Crockford guests.

Loved: Room view Suite was epic and gorgeous! Baths (1 1/2) master bath huge and marble, beautiful Concierge staff are uber professional and accommodating - world class. From desk also top pros. Pool and pool bar/reataurant very, very good in all aspics. Had a massage in a pool cabana, excellent acupressure Thai massage, and was not too pricy.

One of the best hotels I have ever been to! The room was so specious, clean and the view was awesome. We received 75$ credit per day to use it on food and drinks within the hotel - thats awesome! Also, parking was free and we had option to get free valet as well! I think this was one of my best Vegas trips and I am amazed by the hotel and everything that has to offer. I traveled with my husband and my toddler , and we had so much fun. Pools are also nice, you have variety of pools to choose from . Overall 10 + experience and I highly recommend when traveling to Vegas ! We will definitely be back to Crockfords and Resort World !!!

poor service. poor housekeeping. both days we did not get room cleaned until late afternoon despite multiple requests. clearly short staffed. front desk was trying to be accommodating. the hotel itself is nice and newer than others in the vegas area.

Room was amazing and resort was excellent. Housekeeping brilliant and free coffee and morning pastry in the Crockfords a welcome touch in the beautiful lobby. My only critic about the resort & casino was the lack of drink service whilst playing the slots in comparison to any other hotel we visited.

Horrible first experience. We won’t be staying here again. I booked a suite for my wife’s birthday and upon arrival found 20-30 moths flying around. When notified the front desk they quickly moved us into another unit not realizing it was a downgrade until we arrived at the room. It was much smaller than I paid for. The time was now 130am and after attempting to shower we now were meet with another problem. The shower was not draining and causing a mini flood in the bathroom.

Absolutely not worth the money! The most simple requests take forever, staff doesn’t care, they just keep apologizing but don’t take any responsibility or actions. Room was nice and in good condition and housekeeping did a great job, but that’s it with the positive things. Several lights in my suite were not working and Minibar was warm, addressed that matter several times to the front desk but nothing happened. Ordered ice to my room several times (because they didn’t provide an ice machine on the floor), and it took every time between 1 hour and 3 hours, absolutely disgraceful! Addressed all the problems during check out again and guess what; they said sorry again. During my 4 night stay I heard more apologies than in the entire las year. But apologies loses their meaning if no actions are followed! I will never stay here again and certainly don’t recommend this hotel, it was far from a luxurious experience and all they care about is your money! A mid scale suite for over 500$ a night with terrible service, completely overpriced and not even close to worth the money!

Love the Crockfords. It smells so good when u walk in. The rooms are super clean and housekeeping comes twice a day. They actually take the time to clean your room not just replacing towels. The hotel is beautiful. The pools are plentiful and not too crowded. The whole hotel and resorts world never felt crowded or Smokey and we were there on a weekend. My only complaint is the sports book. It’s in a restaurant and the restaurant food is hit or miss. The fries tasted like they were fried with fish. The whole restaurant smelled like fish at times. We gamble on sports so we were in and out of there regularly. The grilled cheese was great though.

This was my 5th time in Vegas and first time at resorts world. Overall, we really enjoyed the stay but, in some ways, we feel there is a bit of false advertising with our room/crockfords. We stayed in the West Tower and the stark difference between the hallways, let alone the comparable rooms in the other tower, was really unfortunate. Especially since we had booked this place, given it was my husband’s 40th birthday. It also wouldn’t have been so bad if you didn’t have to walk to the nicer side to get ice and can immediately notice the difference in the hallway carpet. The other issue was the size of bed - I don’t know if it was just compared to our king bed at home, but this felt smaller than what we have at home and at other properties on the strip. However, the staff at the crockfords were amazing and the special touches in the room are really nice. The property itself is quiet, safe, and quicker to the middle part of the strip than I expected.

Room was amazing. Just not what I booked. I booked a King for me and my son and his wife. 2 rooms. BOTH of us got double queens, not Kings. Super frustrating, when I could have chosen any other hotel, but chose Crockfords for the newness, service and location. When brought to their attention, they didn't do anything other than say, "Sorry, we are all booked out." Not sure how to reason with that. I booked a room - and they don't have my room I booked. So strange.

The Hilton is definitely nice and The Conrad is a big step up from that, but The Crockfords steps it up to another level from the private, elegant, and quiet lobby to the beautiful decor, lighting, and amenities. The strip view suite with the high ceilings is definitely one of the nicest rooms I have ever stayed in and would HIGHLY recommend it!

Our trip was only two nights but we maximized our time. The hotel room was amazing! Everything was clean and looked very new. The hallways at night were quiet and the private entrance was a nice touch. The multiple pools allowed for plenty of exploration. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I give this place a 10 and would stay there again.

The hotel is very new so it was clean and pleasant to stay at. I booked a suite that was to accommodate 4 people. There was a king size bed and a sofa bed which was not very comfortable to sleep on. The pool area was nice and they have a nice gym to work out in. They serve pastries and coffee in the lobby every morning which was nice for a quick breakfast. The main complaint I have was the checking out process. I went to check out around 10:40 am but the front desk person was not very accommodating. I told him I am going to get my luggage from the room after I settle my bill but he was very rude and said checkout means you have everything out of the room already. I appolagized and said ok give me fifteen extra minutes but he was very strict and saiid checkout is at 11 I ran to the self parking and drove to the front entrance to go get my family and our luggage but the valet person said if I leave my car unattended he will need to charge me $35. I had to stay with my carb and call my wife to bring down all our stuff as there was no time to call a bell man Very inconvenient

The property is great. It's beautiful with and has a nice gym. We enjoyed the convenience of staying here and attending the Carrie Underwood concert. I rated service 3 stars because upon checking in I was told that they didn't have a room for me. I booked the room months in advance! They ended up putting us in one of the other hotels in the building but I have never checked into a hotel and been told that they didn't have a room for me. This is outrageous to me. I was given a $200 credit for my inconvenience.

This property is not very good and not worth the money. They double charged me during my stay and didn’t even offer to make it right by providing anything despite me wasting 30+ mins dealing with a charge on my card that was inaccurate. They eventually reversed it, but the service left a lot to be desired. There’s a reason this property isn’t highly regarded and resorts world isn’t worth it.

From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty. The hotel is the only gated hotel on the strip, so you won’t see random people walking around. Your room key allows you to access the pool and guest rooms. The room is extremely clean. The bathroom and showers were immaculate. The service is undeniably the best I’ve ever experienced. The staff were all very helpful and they went above and beyond to support and assist. Kobe at the front desk answered all of my questions and he was very kind. The adult pool had great bartenders, food, music, and drinks. The hotel food overall was tasty. We loved Randy’s donuts! I will be staying here again in the spring. I’m planning to tell all of my family and friends about this hidden gem.

The hotel was very nice, but I stayed in an entertainment suite on the 63rd floor and was told I had to call down for ice. I had guests over multiple nights, but no matter how many times I called I couldn't get ice delivered. It was extremely frustrating as we were trying to have cocktails in the room, but could not get ice. I had called 2 hours before we needed ice both nights, but still did get any ice. It really ruined what could've been a great stay. On top of that the phone did not work, I tried to press the button for "luxury services" but it never worked, so I had to call from my phone. Also, the Nespresso machine didn't work properly. It was very difficult to make a cup, eventually I got it to work after a lot of effort by holding the button down for the whole time, which is obviously not how it's supposed to work. Not a terrible hotel overall, but needs a lot of work on the service end.

I will arrived a little after 5 PM in my room was not ready so I was given $100 in food and beverage credit. I received a text message at 7:30 telling me my room was ready but it was not. My room was ready at midnight, and when I finally got in the room after waiting 45 minutes of the counter, they did not have the king superior room I paid for and put me in a double bedroom that looks like it had just been set up for occupancy today. Not a superior room not even the lowest level room at the Conrad. Super disappointing. Nothing was done for me except I was given a free meal and that still doesn’t make up the amount of money I paid for the room and had a terrible experience overall .

I stay at the crockfords twice a year, every year for business at the convention center. This time, I called AND emailed them right after I booked, requesting for a high ceiling room which I got confirmation on. However, when I checked in, they gave me a completely different room. Frustrated, I called them and had to speak with the manager which took forever because they kept putting me on hold. They even lied and said they didn't have any rooms available. But when I showed them the email proof, they suddenly told me they had a room for me. Such gross behavior from such a "luxury" hotel. I'll make sure to take my business to Fontaine Bleu on my next visit.

Crockfords is a great place to stay...5 star room and service. The staff are customer service oriented and experienced. The Valet parking is a bonus...fast and efficient. I can understand how there might be some peak times that could result in a delay. Resorts world is large and self contained. During our stay (late January) the resort was far from capacity...some restaurants had shortened hours or were closed. The RW location is at the North end of the strip but is still walkable to Fremont street or the other Strip properties.

There are many shops and restaurants very close, nearby, in an area called, "The District." A great selection and variety, from steak to sushi to Italian restaurants, and the Japanese restaurant (Kusa Nori) has Japanese chefs... real deal. Been to Japan over 25 times and this restaurant is excellent. The steakhouse (Carversteak) I didn't dine at but has USDA Prime steaks per the manager, some dry aged, some wet aged, and a beautiful wine list.

The rooms are incredible, we really enjoyed our stay here! Check in was a little disappointing, we arrived a little earlier and they told us they couldn’t give us our room which is understandable, and the receptionist was very dull, when we came back later the other receptionist was also very unbothered with us and even asked us if we weren’t confused and maybe we were staying at the Hilton, I was bothered by it. So front desk very disappointing, they didn’t explained anything about the hotel and some other guests were also bothered by their attitude. Other than that we didn’t have to interact with other hotel staff. The rooms are super confortables and we recommend it. They clean your room more than once a day which is very cool. One day we decided to eat at the pool and the food it’s okay but overpriced, I recommend finding something else for better quality. The casino it’s fine! And the food area they have it’s very convenient and good. Everything seemed very clean and after all I would recommend staying here!

This facility is new and clean but overall the experience was Bleh. It’s probably best geared if you want to be out of the Vegas action…the restaurants are really sparse during the day unless you want to eat the mediocre casino food. The best restaurants are closed for lunch and/or select week days. I couldn’t even find a good breakfast venue.

This property is really nice, however so many of the restaurants were closed for private events or just randomly closed in general even when the hours were listed as open. We were not told of any of this upon check in. Half the restaurants in the Famous Food Street Eats were in darkness as well. Also, housekeeping knocked on our door one night at 9:30pm, woke us up, to offer water. Nice gesture, but turndown service was already done and we were already sleeping and had to get up and answer the door; she rang the bell 3 times. The fire alarm also went off for a good while one day too. There was too many little things and inconsistencies to give this property a strong rating.

We love Resorts World and chose to stay at Crockfords on our most recent trip. Dining options are fabulous and the staff is amazing. We love the Dawg House, especially Mikey, Brandon and Adam. It feels like a home away from home. I really like the Crockfords pool option, guaranteed shade on hot days with a smaller private pool area. Having a 24 hour dedicated room service was a big plus as well.
