Jewel Green Mountain Hotel

I'm thoroughly impressed with this property's prime location! Despite the language barrier, I had no trouble directing local taxis. The nearby bus stations made traveling to other parts of the country a breeze. Plus, having the Bank of Egypt right across the road was super convenient for withdrawing cash or exchanging currency. The staff's kindness and helpfulness made our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were spotless and perfect for families, we loved it so much that we ended up extending our stay from 3 nights to 8! Highly recommended.

It was an amazing stay thanks to their incredible staff. The front office manager Fatma Samy was pivital in my stay at the hotel. Helping me find the accomendations to my liking. She went above and beyond to ensure my safety and comfort. She was able to suggest places to go and things to do as well after my trade fair. The breakfast staff Hamdy was kind and already knew what I needed to order before asking. I honestly really enjoyed the staff as I did not speak any arabic they make it help for me to understand and spoke English to me. I would definetly stay at this hotel again.
