I would have given more stars if I could. This home has it all. Beach is very close. Home is beautiful and well maintained. They even have beach chairs and umbrellas available. One of my favorite perks was the Tiki room, which is garage converted in a place to hang out and enjoy the wonderful weather. I cant tell you how many positive amenities there are here.And I could not have asked for better hosts. They were helpful and very responsive starting when I contacted them to ask about the property, when I was there, and a few questions when I left. The only drawback is… hmmm.. gonna have to think about that one.Incredible home. Outstanding hosts. I will be back!

The location of the house was good. The appliances were not in good condition. The seal was broken on the refrigerator and the ice maker was not working. The house needs painting which makes it look dirty. Need to replace the appliances and paint the inside of the house. We still had a really good time. The pool was great.

Great location close to beach and very short ride into town. Plenty of room for the adult family. The 4 BR and bathrooms were perfect and the beds were comfortable. We didn’t spend much time at the house, but when we did the pool was great.

Had a great time on our beach trip. House was good size and layout for our family. The kids really enjoyed the pool. The back deck needed a little more attention. The beach was very easy to reach, just minutes away.

The house has a lot of potential but needs better TLC. Doors won't stay closed unless locked, dishwasher not attached well and when door opens shelves roll out, other minor issues. Biggest issues were signs all over the house warning of fines for a whole list of issues. I expect to be welcomed not threatened
