We had a great time staying at this property. Everything stated about the property was accurate. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything we needed and the location to the pool and playground were great. We also liked being close to the Branson activities yet far enough away to relax and enjoy family time. The host was very easy to reach if we had a question. Would definitely consider staying here again

Loved being close to the pool and pickleball courts. Nice big table where our family of 10 could eat together. The condo is dated, though. Definitely needs fresh paint and decor updates. There were no sheets out for the sofa sleeper, which we needed. (Had to message the host late at night--glad he responded with the storage closet code, but there still were no fitted sheets.) The mattress deflated after about 5 hours, too. Not enough towels set out for our group; only 3 Kcups set out.

We loved the beautiful view of the golf course. Very quiet. Loved the tub, worked great. My teens enjoyed the basket ball, pickle ball and the trail, was beautiful. Wonderful weekend away from home. The house had everything we needed.

A group of friends and I stayed here for a weekend at Table Rock. The complex has many amenities like a indoor/outdoor pool, community grill, tiki bar, and more. The check in/out process was easy. The condo felt spacious and the patio was great to watch golfers each morning. There were plenty of towels, an adequately stocked kitchen and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. David was a great host and we’re very appreciative of our stay and we would love to stay here again. Some notes: This is a second floor condo, so if you’re carrying in suitcases and coolers just keep that in mind. Similarly, the stairs inside are a little narrow when trying to carry suitcases up, but nothing that is unmanageable.

We celebrated Christmas with our sons and grandson. The cousins came and visited one day. This property has plenty of space for everyone and a TV in every bedroom. Kitchen was well stocked to cook and entertain. Great location close to the lake and to the pool. David was always prompt in answering any questions!

We stayed here with our adult children and their spouses as well as our teen daughter. Everything was clean, kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed to cook with and the bathrooms had plenty of towels and supplies. The only small issue was finding a remote for one of the upstairs televisions, but we all had very little time to watch tv anyway. Lovely view of the golf course and it was a nice quiet stay. Would definitely book here again.

12 of us (7 adults, 5 kids) stayed for a week and loved the location of this condo, the walk to the pool was perfect, or to the playground, hiking trail, or to the little river. The condo was a great layout and perfect use of the space, with the balcony overlooking the first fairway, we sat out and watched a lot of golf. David was extremely helpful and very responsive to the few and minor issues that arose throughout the week. The kids loved the spiral staircase to the loft, and while I can’t say for certain no one heard our crew during the week, we never heard any of the neighboring units even though they were occupied. Would love to come back here!

The condo was in a great location, easy to manage and easy to get to the main attractions and things around downtown Branson.The property itself the exterior was beautiful nicely, decorated condominium area, and association area the condo was very comfortable and spacious. We did have some cleaning issues, but nothing that can’t be managed by the managers. Overall would recommend and would love to stay again in the future.

The condo was great and the views were wonderful. There were 10 of us and all of the sleeping accommodations were comfortable. It was furnished nicely and the kitchen was well stocked with the exception of a cutting board. It was to celebrate my 80th birthday and built memories in this beautiful place.

We had nine adults and one toddler and all stayed very comfortably. We loved your assortment of board games. Our only complaint was that the upstairs rooms got very warm, but it was above ninety degrees the whole weekend, I’d imagine it wouldn’t be as bad with more mild weather. Over all a very nice place to stay.

Was 85 degrees in condo when we arrived, air not working, they got it fixed same day. Had workers come second day to work on water heater. Jet tub in master bathroom wouldn’t hold water. Still a nice rooms with lots of space. Enjoyed our stay.
Was 85 degrees in condo when we arrived, air not working, they got it fixed same day. Had workers come second day to work on water heater. Jet tub in master bathroom wouldn’t hold water. Still a nice rooms with lots of space. Enjoyed our stay.

12 of us (7 adults, 5 kids) stayed for a week and loved the location of this condo, the walk to the pool was perfect, or to the playground, hiking trail, or to the little river. The condo was a great layout and perfect use of the space, with the balcony overlooking the first fairway, we sat out and watched a lot of golf. David was extremely helpful and very responsive to the few and minor issues that arose throughout the week. The kids loved the spiral staircase to the loft, and while I can’t say for certain no one heard our crew during the week, we never heard any of the neighboring units even though they were occupied. Would love to come back here!

We loved this condo! Very clean and such a great neighborhood. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking. Plenty of room for our family of 10 to sleep comfortably. We enjoyed the outdoor pool, walking to the lake and playground/picnic area and also enjoyed hiking on the trail in the woods. Such beautiful scenery and so well taken care of.

Very well maintained and clean...very spacious... kitchen had everything needed for cooking... laundry area had everything already stocked...we were very impressed...the community was very well kept...love the pool area...the check in process was flawless... great location for all the attractions....this is very highly recommend

We loved the condo. It was perfect for the nine of us. We enjoyed cooking most of our meals there. Attractions were only 15 minutes or less from this location. Enjoyed playing games with the kids after dinner after a long day.

The condo was in a great location, easy to manage and easy to get to the main attractions and things around downtown Branson.The property itself the exterior was beautiful nicely, decorated condominium area, and association area the condo was very comfortable and spacious. We did have some cleaning issues, but nothing that can’t be managed by the managers. Overall would recommend and would love to stay again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay at this spacious, clean rental. It was fun to have a full cupboard of games to play. Consider bringing your own toys if you have young kids. The highchair was helpful for wrangling our toddler during meal times. Thankful for a well-stocked kitchen. The kids loved swimming in the pool and playing down by the river on the golf course property. There's a nice little hiking trail along the river, too. It took us between 10 and 20 minutes to get to our various destinations in the city. The twisty stairs with irregular shaped steps (wider on one end) were a little difficult for our older guests and toddler to negotiate and we had a couple slips. Overall, this was an excellent place to stay.
