The condo was in a good location with easy access to all the sites. It’s clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed having sinks that were accessible while others were showering or sleeping. It was a nice setup. Parking was good too, with close parking right outside the condo.

Apartment was ready in a timely manner! Loved that it was equipped with everything. We did laundry in order to avoid taking home dirty clothes, they had tidepods for us to use. Everything was very clean and smelled amazing. Definitely a good stay!

First of all. This is my first foray into renting private property and this seemed like a bait and switch with all the added pricing AFTER making the reservation. I realize we had time to cancel but that it would have been the same. I just don't care for the pricing structure. The listing said there would be 2 parking spots for the rental. We were able to park relatively close most of the time but not in the closest space for our unit. The parking lot was full every night. One night we came back and had to park up the hill from our unit, closer to other units. The unit itself was comfortable enough after we freshened the air. We could smell that someone at some time had smoked there. The air freshener made it worse. We had a natural air freshener that we sprayed around, opened the doors for a while and were able to freshen it up. We left the commercial air freshener outside as we were both sensitive to it. We did spend a whole day in the unit just because we didn't feel like going anywhere and that was a very nice day. We took a nice walk down to the marina. Even though there are lots of units in the resort, it was quiet. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The thing is, now I know what questions to ask before doing this again.

We traveled 6 hours for a long weekend. The condo was a good for our party of 3. Location was convenient for the strip, the lake and Top of the Rock. Having laundry in the kitchen was nice. Let me make a couple clarifications that were misleading to us. The double vanity for the main floor bedroom bathroom does not have a door, so you are open to the living room area. The second floor bedroom is a loft that overlooks the common living area/kitchen. It is not private. Also, there is not a mountain view as is depicted in the listing. With that said, this is a nice place and we would stay here again.

We really enjoyed the condo! Nice little two story with balcony. Great location to activities. We were disappointed as we were. It close to the water as we thought we would be. It was a good little drive. Still happy with our stay. Our host was very quick to communicate with any questions we had.

The condo is situated in a nice area that is away from the strip, but not too far. Our 6 year old daughter claimed the loft bedroom before we arrived and loved it. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

I would have to say this is a nice cozy place to just relax and enjoy Branson and table rock it has quite a home feel the place was definitely worth the price it was clean and well stocked it was an easy process the owner was really friendly I would definitely stay here again

The rental was clean and neatly presented. We give it 5 starts for sure. We have small, noisy children so we will need to reconsider this factor when choosing shared living spaces. A condo is not a good for our family because we want our children to enjoy every minute of vacation with us m not constantly having to convey our desire for them to be quiet in respect to the neighbors.

The owner of this property was easily the best we’ve ever rented from. The accessibility and communication were great. This property is fairly close to the strip, but far enough away that it’s quiet. The neighborhood is a mixture of condos, apartments and double-wides. We found our place to be very clean. Only two heads-up I’d give would be that the property seemed smaller in person than the photos and the upstairs shower is about the size of an RV shower so if big people would use it, it would be snug. Overall, though this place fit our needs very well and was reasonably priced.

Overall the experience was good. The description reads lake access to Taneycomo but the lake is not visible or within walking distance of the condo. The condo was in a safe area within driving distance to all of our fields. The space was very clean and we had all the necessities provided. Our host always responded within a timely manner and was very helpful. I would stay here again if I was planning on visiting Branson. The safety planning was the best I have seen so far and the WiFi worked great.

The condo was very nice. The shower in the upstairs loft needs to be fixed where the hot side is hot and the cold side is cold, not vice versa. It was difficult for it to be regulated to a pleasant temperature for a shower. The beds were very, very comfortable. Comfy, cozy place to relax after our days of shopping.

Booked from 05/30 - 06/01. 4 AdultsDidn’t get to condo until 930 at night, after being there for 30 minutes started hearing banging on the floor coming from tenant below. Then tenant below started blasting music that started at 1015pm. Condo rules stated quiet time between 10pm and 8am. 2nd day sitting out on the patio, tenant from below come outside and told us that we were being too loud. Honestly we were not, just taking and laughing but nothing more than that. She then stated that she would just blast her music to drown us out. 3rd day at 5am tenant below was beating on her ceiling in every room and then preceded to blast music until we left at 955am Sunday morning. Owner was notified of problem which unfortunately she had no control over. We were not at the condo much at all when we were in town, and unfortunately it was not relaxing when we were due to the tenant below.

It was clean, comfortable, and roomy with the upstairs bed and bath. Very safe and convenient location. The cleaning was set up for the wrong day, so we had to wait a few hours to get checked in. The manager was very polite and also compensated up for the late check in.

The owner of this property was easily the best we’ve ever rented from. The accessibility and communication were great. This property is fairly close to the strip, but far enough away that it’s quiet. The neighborhood is a mixture of condos, apartments and double-wides. We found our place to be very clean. Only two heads-up I’d give would be that the property seemed smaller in person than the photos and the upstairs shower is about the size of an RV shower so if big people would use it, it would be snug. Overall, though this place fit our needs very well and was reasonably priced.

Overall the experience was good. The description reads lake access to Taneycomo but the lake is not visible or within walking distance of the condo. The condo was in a safe area within driving distance to all of our fields. The space was very clean and we had all the necessities provided. Our host always responded within a timely manner and was very helpful. I would stay here again if I was planning on visiting Branson. The safety planning was the best I have seen so far and the WiFi worked great.

The condo was in a good location with easy access to all the sites. It’s clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed having sinks that were accessible while others were showering or sleeping. It was a nice setup. Parking was good too, with close parking right outside the condo.

The condo was great but the location was a bit off of description. We thought we could see the lake and that the marina was in close proximity but they weren’t unless we just didn’t find it.

We really enjoyed the condo! Nice little two story with balcony. Great location to activities. We were disappointed as we were. It close to the water as we thought we would be. It was a good little drive. Still happy with our stay. Our host was very quick to communicate with any questions we had.

The condo is situated in a nice area that is away from the strip, but not too far. Our 6 year old daughter claimed the loft bedroom before we arrived and loved it. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay.
