We had a wonderful stay at the Blue Birds Perch. It was perfect for the seven woman that came. Tim and Cheri went above and beyond in providing what we needed. We enjoyed meeting them. There is a fantastic view from every window in the house. Our favorite was sitting on the porch in the morning with coffee and watching the sun rise. Thank you again to the Borg's for providing your beautiful home to us. The Illinois Girls and the Ohio Girls. :-)

This home is beautiful inside and out. Very spacious. We were 3 senior couples who had plenty of room. The house was immaculate and we really enjoyed the wrap around porch for resting after walking ain town or at the flea market. Very close to town,less than 5 min. We met the owner Tim and he showed us and let us feed his horses. The house has all the amenities you might need but do remember to bring a bar of soap for bathing or whatever type of soap you use..We would definitely stay here again next time we visit Shipshewana.

Absolutely wonderful property and hosts in a location that offers lots of things to do locally and regionally. A beautiful, spacious home with multiple gathering areas indoors and out, huge custom kitchen with everything you might ever need, and windows in every room that provide great light all day and cozy comfort at night. Totally private, at the end of a lovely winding driveway. Ample parking for a group. The on-site owners, Tim and Cherie, are gracious hosts and clearly enjoy making guests comfortable and well cared for. My aunts and I had the best time and all 7 of us had space to be together or alone when we chose. I highly recommend Tim and Cherie and Bluebird's Perch. Best place ever!

We absolutely loved the space and the location. The views from the front porch are a amazing and the sunrise is unbelievable from the house! The owners are on site but they are so welcoming and hospitable. We will for sure be returning again when we come to the area. Highly recommend for groups or family trips!

We had so much fun together staying in this beautiful home! Amazing views and multiple places in the home to enjoy the countryside. Private and quiet, but yet close to town. Spacious. Great beds. Large dining room. Table seats 10. Great kitchen. Great outdoor space. Coffee, teas, snacks, lots of extra perks! Great hosts on property…. they are delightful people! Great experience all the way around and would highly recommend!

The property is just as it appears, a really nice place for multiple people to stay and interact with each other. The owners are super nice and attentive. They offered and let some of us be a part of feeding their horses. The views are spectacular for a country setting, the property is quiet and secluded. I highly recommend it. I would suggest you use the central air and air conditioning provided as neighboring farms use manure on their fields. If you want a cool breeze sit on the porch. Their is plenty to do about 2 miles down the road so it’s close by. Charming area.

I use VRBO often when traveling with groups of people of all ages. I would guess I have stayed in at least 50 different homes over the years and this was the best one I have been in. The owners are wonderful, very friendly and very helpful. We had several conversations with them and enjoyed them all. They love the area they live in (so do we) and gave us all kinds of insights into the area which we were able to use in determining where and whom we wanted to visit. The house is beautiful inside and out and sits high on a hill so there are great views in almost all directions. The front porch l invites one to come and sit and stay. The house was the cleanest I have ever stayed in. They have a huge set of windows in the dining room and allow people to look some amazing sun rises in the morning. It is not hard to want to get up in the morning. Great place! We expect to return often.

We travel to Shipshewana every spring to meet family from Indiana and have stayed in many different hotels and rentals. This one was a favorite for everyone the location was perfect the house was beautiful, clean and cozy! We all decided we would be returning! First, we were greeted with fresh donuts...um yes please! A basket withgranola bars and popcorn too.The house was warm, cozy, and had 3 decorated Christmas trees...the fire place was perfect to sit by.The host came and introduced himself.Each bathroom had cute soaps, the bedrooms were ama ing...we loved the enture atmosphere...we will definitely be back!

The bluebirds perch was wonderful! The hosts were so gracious and kind. The house is so spacious and decorated so tastefully. The property is so beautiful. The children loved feeding the horses hay and seeing the kitties. It exceeded our expectations!

Our stay was very special because of the location and the lovely home. Our hosts were friendly and provided every thing we needed for a 4 night stay including fresh breakfast rolls left on the kitchen island. We did a lot of sightseeing and the house is very convenient to surrounding towns.

We Are returning for year two and we couldn't be more pleased. We feel like this place is home away from home now. The owners always check on us and stay involved in our horse show. Everyone agrees this is the perfect way to experience a slice of Shipshe heaven. Can't wait to come back!!

First, we were greeted with fresh donuts...um yes please! A basket withgranola bars and popcorn too.The house was warm, cozy, and had 3 decorated Christmas trees...the fire place was perfect to sit by.The host came and introduced himself.Each bathroom had cute soaps, the bedrooms were ama ing...we loved the enture atmosphere...we will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved the space and the location. The views from the front porch are a amazing and the sunrise is unbelievable from the house! The owners are on site but they are so welcoming and hospitable. We will for sure be returning again when we come to the area. Highly recommend for groups or family trips!

I use VRBO often when traveling with groups of people of all ages. I would guess I have stayed in at least 50 different homes over the years and this was the best one I have been in. The owners are wonderful, very friendly and very helpful. We had several conversations with them and enjoyed them all. They love the area they live in (so do we) and gave us all kinds of insights into the area which we were able to use in determining where and whom we wanted to visit. The house is beautiful inside and out and sits high on a hill so there are great views in almost all directions. The front porch l invites one to come and sit and stay. The house was the cleanest I have ever stayed in. They have a huge set of windows in the dining room and allow people to look some amazing sun rises in the morning. It is not hard to want to get up in the morning. Great place! We expect to return often.

This property sits in a beautiful country setting but still just a few minutes from the shops in town. The hosts were wonderful and the house was very clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. I would definitely recommend this place especially if you have a group of 6-10 people.

This home is beautiful inside and out. Very spacious. We were 3 senior couples who had plenty of room. The house was immaculate and we really enjoyed the wrap around porch for resting after walking ain town or at the flea market. Very close to town,less than 5 min. We met the owner Tim and he showed us and let us feed his horses. The house has all the amenities you might need but do remember to bring a bar of soap for bathing or whatever type of soap you use..We would definitely stay here again next time we visit Shipshewana.

This is a fantastic place to gather for any type of intimate family gathering. Ours was four siblings & spouses--all senior citizens. The location is private, spacious, with beautiful views, and yet, it is close to local attractions. We would definitelly stay here again.

Absolutely wonderful property and hosts in a location that offers lots of things to do locally and regionally. A beautiful, spacious home with multiple gathering areas indoors and out, huge custom kitchen with everything you might ever need, and windows in every room that provide great light all day and cozy comfort at night. Totally private, at the end of a lovely winding driveway. Ample parking for a group. The on-site owners, Tim and Cherie, are gracious hosts and clearly enjoy making guests comfortable and well cared for. My aunts and I had the best time and all 7 of us had space to be together or alone when we chose. I highly recommend Tim and Cherie and Bluebird's Perch. Best place ever!

The property is just as it appears, a really nice place for multiple people to stay and interact with each other. The owners are super nice and attentive. They offered and let some of us be a part of feeding their horses. The views are spectacular for a country setting, the property is quiet and secluded. I highly recommend it. I would suggest you use the central air and air conditioning provided as neighboring farms use manure on their fields. If you want a cool breeze sit on the porch. Their is plenty to do about 2 miles down the road so it’s close by. Charming area.

We had so much fun together staying in this beautiful home! Amazing views and multiple places in the home to enjoy the countryside. Private and quiet, but yet close to town. Spacious. Great beds. The house is beautiful inside and out. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. There were 8 of us and the space was very comfortable for us all. There is only one tv and it is in a small sitting area in one of the bedrooms. Other than that everything else was good. The property is clean and beautiful outside. It’s surrounded by pasture fields. The horses are friendly. Overall we had a good time and will book again the next time we go there.
