The Dawn is a beautiful place to stay. Upon entering, we were greeted with a box of donuts, treats and drinks in the refrigerator. The kitchen had the essentials, in addition to paper products, cooking spray, dish soap and more. The house was beautifully decorated, which provided a spa-like feel. Ample towels were ready to go, many more than I would have expected. We had a small issue with a blown fuse that was taken care of right away. The hot tub, along with the gorgeous view and comfy patio furniture were definitely appreciated. As shown in the pictures, there are no window coverings (except on the door), which was fine, however, because of the placement of the other VRBO home, I felt that it created a lack of privacy. If we were to return, I would choose to stay at the Luna instead, which had more privacy. The only thing subpar in the home, unfortunately, were the beds. Both beds had thin 5 inch mattresses with a large 3 inch thick piece of foam on top that you would most likely buy at a hardware store, so essentially you are sleeping on foam. It was not all that comfortable and provided zero support. In addition, at different times, the foam would not stay flat on the bed and needed to be adjusted. If you are only staying for a night, it would be fine, but after 4 nights, I was happy to leave to sleep on an actual mattress. Even so, I still rated this home as 5 stars, because everything else was above and beyond expectations.

We enjoyed the property and appreciated all of the extras....snacks, drinks, etc. It was a great experience and we will definitely be back. If the weather was better, we would've enjoyed the patio, firepit and hot tub. Next time! Thank you!

My husband and I spent the night here as an anniversary getaway. The kitchen had all the tools to make dinner and enjoy the gorgeous scenery through big windows. We also loved that the kitchen was stocked with snacks/drinks. Hot tub was wonderful, everything was clean, and the smart TV was great to use. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a perfect place for a restful retreat! Everything here invites a sense of peace - from enjoying the beautiful sunrise in the morning to soaking in the hot tub in the evening. And, shopping and restaurants aren’t far away. Thankful for our stay!

We LOVED our stay at the Dawn!! The house was very nicely decorated, super clean and had everything we needed...and more!! We make trips to the Amish country a few times a year and have absolutely found the place we'll be staying from now on!! The hot tub was also fabulous after a day of shopping!! You will not regret staying in this house!!! The owner was also very easy to work with and accommodating!! 10 STARS, if that were an option:)!

We had a wonderful visit at the cabin! We stayed at The Luna at the end of April and then we stayed at The Dawn at the end of August and both cabins were very clean and perfect for our stay. I would highly recommend either luxury cabin. In April right before we arrived, they added large blinds to the back of the house to close off the doors/large windows at night which was nice. In just four months, they added new things to make the cabins/property even more enjoyable. They added a privacy fence up by the street as well as privacy trees between the two cabins, and four new black heavy duty Polywood Adirondack chairs around the fire pit. We enjoyed sitting outside in the morning looking at the amazing views of the fog over the trees as the sun came up, drinking our coffee and hot chocolate. Thank you, Annie for sharing your beautiful homes with us. We look forward to our next visit.

We stayed at Sky Ridge for a few days and had a terrific time, mainly thanks to the accommodations. The home was very clean and contemporary with an open floor plan that worked great for hanging out, socializing, and relaxing. Everyone took advantage of the hot tub several times a day. The house opens up to the back, which overlooks a scenic countryside with lots of privacy. It's also a short drive into Millersburg, which has a Walmart which we found convenient for groceries. Overall, a great, well-appointed place to stay. The hosts were very responsive to emails and generous with delightful perks, like local coffees. Would definitely visit again.

This was a great overnight. Relaxing in the hot tub at sunset was awesome. The mattress on the lower level could be better but it definitely wouldn’t stop me from staying again. Beautiful, modern, clean stay.

My husband and I enjoyed a relaxing retreat together, celebrating our 19th wedding anniversary. We didn't have wifi the first evening, due to an accident in the area, but the hostess quickly replied to my message, giving me updates on when it would likely be restored. I enjoyed the simple and sophisticated decor. The amenities (makeup removing cloths, q-tips, snacks, drinks, toothbrushes, etc.) were a wonderful and thoughtful surprise. It alleviated any, "I wish I would've packed _________." The beds were very comfortable. I would definitely recommend to family and friends. We hope to be back again soon!

The house was beautiful. I’d say it is not conducive to elderly people. The couch is very low to the ground. It lacked end tables on the inside and outside. The home is located just off Route 83 and the traffic noise was continuous even during the night. I probably would have skipped this property had I realized that.

The Dawn is a beautiful place to stay. Upon entering, we were greeted with a box of donuts, treats and drinks in the refrigerator. The kitchen had the essentials, in addition to paper products, cooking spray, dish soap and more. The house was beautifully decorated, which provided a spa-like feel. Ample towels were ready to go, many more than I would have expected. We had a small issue with a blown fuse that was taken care of right away. The hot tub, along with the gorgeous view and comfy patio furniture were definitely appreciated. As shown in the pictures, there are no window coverings (except on the door), which was fine, however, because of the placement of the other VRBO home, I felt that it created a lack of privacy. If we were to return, I would choose to stay at the Luna instead, which had more privacy. The only thing subpar in the home, unfortunately, were the beds. Both beds had thin 5 inch mattresses with a large 3 inch thick piece of foam on top that you would most likely buy at a hardware store, so essentially you are sleeping on foam. It was not all that comfortable and provided zero support. In addition, at different times, the foam would not stay flat on the bed and needed to be adjusted. If you are only staying for a night, it would be fine, but after 4 nights, I was happy to leave to sleep on an actual mattress. Even so, I still rated this home as 5 stars, because everything else was above and beyond expectations.

We stayed at Sky Ridge for a few days and had a terrific time, mainly thanks to the accommodations. The home was very clean and contemporary with an open floor plan that worked great for hanging out, socializing, and relaxing. Everyone took advantage of the hot tub several times a day. The Dawn is exactly like you see in the photos. Very welcoming from the decor to the drinks and snacks that are provided for you. The hot tub was very clean and so relaxing while star gazing. It was the little touches like drinks, snacks, cookbook, bathroom supplies, extra towels that helped make this weekend trip a success. Annie responds very quickly. I would highly recommend to anyone to stay here. Witnessing the sunrise is an absolute must!!!!

My husband and I enjoyed a relaxing retreat together, celebrating our 19th wedding anniversary. We didn't have wifi the first evening, due to an accident in the area, but the hostess quickly replied to my message, giving me updates on when it would likely be restored. I enjoyed the simple and sophisticated decor. The amenities (makeup removing cloths, q-tips, snacks, drinks, toothbrushes, etc.) were a wonderful and thoughtful surprise. It alleviated any, "I wish I would've packed _________." The beds were very comfortable. I would definitely recommend to family and friends. We hope to be back again soon!

We had a wonderful visit at the cabin! We stayed at The Luna at the end of April and then we stayed at The Dawn at the end of August and both cabins were very clean and perfect for our stay. I would highly recommend either luxury cabin. In April right before we arrived, they added large blinds to the back of the house to close off the doors/large windows at night which was nice. In just four months, they added new things to make the cabins/property even more enjoyable. They added a privacy fence up by the street as well as privacy trees between the two cabins, and four new black heavy duty Polywood Adirondack chairs around the fire pit. We enjoyed sitting outside in the morning looking at the amazing views of the fog over the trees as the sun came up, drinking our coffee and hot chocolate. Thank you, Annie for sharing your beautiful homes with us. We look forward to our next visit.

The place was extremely warm and inviting, clean and beautifully decorated. The view is absolutely stunning... make sure you get up early enough to watch the gorgeous sunrise. The hot tub was definitely nice on the patio. Unfortunately couldn't get the fire pit to work, but everything was great otherwise. Beds are a deep memory foam. The snacks and drinks as well as the coffee bar were a wonderful addition! The only suggestion I would have at all, is that the toilet is very rocky as well as the refrigerator. You can hear the car traffic inside, but the location is just far enough away from town, yet super close and convenient. Thank you so much for an amazing trip. We will definitely be booking again!

The house was beautiful. I’d say it is not conducive to elderly people. The couch is very low to the ground. It lacked end tables on the inside and outside. The home is located just off Route 83 and the traffic noise was continuous even during the night. I probably would have skipped this property had I realized that.

I booked this rental with intention of proposing to my girlfriend June 6, 2026 after seeing the photos/reviews of the place. I did just that and now have a fiancé!There’s a lot of thought put into the design of this rental. We loved that. It felt intentional and not just thrown together to make money back from it that makes sense. Very homey and personal. I love cooking in general, but being in this kitchen made the task even more enjoyable with all the detail. Very clean. Quiet. A perfect nervous-system reset. Only thing I would say is this wouldn’t probably be a good spot for elderly or children. As someone else noted, the couch sits very low. The staircase leading to the loft also feels very uneven in some spots depending on your footing. We would've liked to spend more time up there but the steps made us leery.

What a wonderful stay! The hot tub had broken the weekend before however Annie communicated that to me prior to the date even offered the option to cancel however the other amenities made me stay and I was not disappointed. The cleanest rental I have seen. The view was absolutely gorgeous! Will definitely return in the future.

This was by far the nicest vacation rental I have found. The cabin is perfectly situated to give you beautiful views, the space is thoughtfully stocked and has everything you need to nest for days, the hot tub is pristine. The place is spotless, high quality bedding, ample blankets and pillows, spa-like products. If you like to cook the kitchen has everything you need.
