The room is cute and the kitchen in the room is updated. However, there was street racing in the middle of the night. This is supposed to be a non-smoking facility but two nights I smelled smoke. My room was above the fire pit and there were people down there being loud late at night. This is not the place to go if you need to rest.

Nice stay; great staff. The only problem was the door didn’t shut fully when we left. So, it was inadvertently left open. When I told the front desk the door didn’t close all the way, he said that was supposed to happen. That’s fine - I understood the reasoning but people need to be told ahead of time that the doors must be pulled tightly to close. (I’ve never had to be so deliberate in any other hotel.)

It’s not fancy, but it is clean, convenient and comfortable. Breakfast is all the basics. And, there are nice amenities; outdoor grills, outdoor fire pit and a swimming pool. If you’re looking to save a few bucks but don’t want to give up the hotel comforts you’re use to, then this is your place.

I wanted to love this hotel as it’s very near a site I work at frequently. I was bummed that after the first day, the elevator (going down) was out of commission. I was on the 4th floor which means I had to go down 8 flights of stairs every time I left my room. The room was well equipped and clean. No complaints there. Only 8 quarters were available to exchange for cash to do laundry. I ended up walking to a gas station to get the rest. Staff was kind. They told me multiple days that the elevator repair guy would be on site “today” but that never happened. It’s unclear if that failure falls on the hotel or on the repair tech. I work on electrical systems for a living and offered to look at the button that was having issues but that was turned down (understandable). Overall the elevator issue was a bummer but the hotel was nice enough.

This hotel is nice and new. Staff is helpful. Weekday Breakfast lady Branda is very nice to us and always try her best to provide us more variety. Just we lives in first floor, the floor is always sticky, probably because of Houston humidity. Kitchen is great. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

En general, la atención personal fue muy deficiente. En algún momento sentí que estaba siendo atendido en un hotel de algún país socialista. No es posible que los empleados peleen entre sí frente a los huéspedes. Pensé que iba a un hotel que ofrecía la limpieza diaria de la habitación. Estuve doce días y solamente un día se llevó a cabo. El mueble donde se colocan algunos accesorios como el tostador de pan, estaban bastante sucios, así como los tapetes de los elevadores. Durante toda la vida iba a hoteles de Marriott, porque me parecía que tenían mucha calidad. Sin embargo, mis dos ultimas experiencias (en diciembre y ahora), me han decepcionado mucho. Independientemente a lo anterior, me parece que su sistema de cobro por “posibles incidencias “ es muy molesto. Creo que si el hotel pide un depósito de entrada o deja abierto el voucher para cerrarlo el último día, sería mucho mejor que estar haciendo cargos preventivos todos los días por este concepto. Lamento profundamente cómo ha caído la calidad de un hotel que me gustaba mucho. Todo lo anterior, es una crítica constructiva. Aunque creo que no van a hacer caso, la envío con el deseo de que corrijan varias cosas, como las que mencioné.

Comfortable stay. Everything was clean, easy check in and check out. The morning of check out, the whole family said how they would all love to just stay one more night there and relax the rainy day away in our hotel room! Would definitely stay again. Enjoyed that check out is not until 12.

Great place to stay with kids. We were remodeling our home and we needed somewhere to stay for a few days. The kitchen is great, had kitchen utensils and silverware and mugs and cups. Didn’t have to move my kitchen pans to the location which was great. Staff was amazing.

However, it took about 10 minutes of running the water for it to get hot, which was quite wasteful. The breakfast included a small selection of hot items, but they varied daily. The motorcycle meetup that apparently meets every Tues evening was an unpleasant surprise. I’m sure the hotel is fine on any other day than Tues. so friggin loud - nonstop noise - no insulation to cut the noise.

Great for families! I didn’t realize the room came with a full kitchen! Fridge, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and mini stove! This location was clean, staff was friendly and the free breakfast was also pretty good. My husband thought I was a genius for finding a place like this at such a good price. We will definitely be staying again next time we travel.

Great staff, but this particular TownePlace Suites is a tired property. Double queen old pillows, one side chair in the wrong part of the room. A small dining room table with 4 small chairs. No desk or desk chair. Not set up for work at all. Do not get a room that faces the busy road, it's very noisy all through the night.

The hotel seems to be fairly new, but very poor in construction. Floors were coming apart, door frames move when you walk through bedroom of suit, no dishes in kitchen, very hot in hallway, etc. Seems like hotel was a meeting place for drugs and prostitution. Room layout was great and spacious. Breakfast was horrible. Clerk at front desk ask for my credit card without giving me the amount. When I ask he said it was yo match what’s on file. He swipes it and charged the card a different amount with no explanation, nor receipt. I will never stay there again.

Staff needs work asked for housekeeping 3 times saw them twice. Asked for clean towels was told they either didn’t have enough for the 3 of us or to get them ourselves. Or they just didn’t come. Stayed for 5 days and room wasn’t cleaned once. At one point all I asked for was trash to be pulled and towels switched and that wasn’t even done.

Excellent & Awesome staff, I forgot and left my makeup bag in the room’s bathroom, I called the front desk and spoke with Josh, he said that he would call me back once he speaks with cleaning staff. Josh called back to let me know that they found it & a family member could come and pick it up & reassured he would be there once my family member arrives. Truly grateful!☺️

Reporte 3 veces que mi baño estaba tapado, desde que llegué al hotel y jamás enviaron a alguien para arreglarlo. La última noche me rompieron la lámina y manija del auto y me robaron!! Lo reporte en el lobby pero no ví ningun interés por parte del Gerente en turno y sentí tanto coraje e impotencia que mejor llame a la Policía de Houston. Tengan mucho cuidado con esa zona, existen hoteles que te cobran estacionamiento y uno piensa: Voy a gastar más!!! Pagalo!!!! Mejor no te arriesgues!!!!
