This house isn’t too bad but there are things that would make it better. The backyard with the pool is nice. The pool is clean & enjoyable. The kitchen was decent, had good dishes and silverware and cleaning supplies but the pans are lacking. The bedrooms felt a bit dated with pretty old shag carpet & the furniture feels old. With a few updates this house could be really nice. Communication during check-in was lacking which made the experience below average.

The property was one of the best we've stayed in (out of ~10 homes). Immaculate, well-stocked and maintained in A-1 condition. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac with the back patio area facing the mountains, it was a great location. Also in close proximity to restaurants, shopping, hiking trails and Lake Havasu. We will definitely put this one on our rotation schedule next time we visit the Southwest. Thanks to both the property managers and the Owner for being so responsive and attentive to our simple requests. Quiet neighborhood suitable for a great family getaway...enjoy the sparkling pool, hot tub and outdoor kitchen.

Kitchen was well stocked with every appliance and spices.Hoise well set up, loves outdoor kitchen and hot tub. Each room had its own tv which was also a bonus. Host responsive and friendly. Would stay again.

We had no issues with check in, everything was pretty much as shown online. The view was amazing, kitchen was well stocked.
