Stayed 2 nights

To start there is only a kiosk for check in. After a very annoying check in I asked the lady on the screen if there was ever anyone at the desk. She said yes and that she was only filling in while the front desk was “out”. Apparently they were out for 2 days as I never saw one employee at the desk the 2 days I was there. I walked into the room and immediately noticed there was no tv remote. Upon further inspection there were also no cables hooked up to it. I went back to the kiosk and the lady said she would send someone to look at it. No one came to fix it. I left my room the next morning and when I returned my key would not work. Went back to the kiosk where I received 3 keys to try. None worked. Back to the kiosk and received 6 keys. None worked. Back to the kiosk where the kiosk lady had to call someone. I sat and waited. A lady in regular clothes appeared, went behind the desk, handed me a key and said nothing to me. From reading other reviews it sounds like this was the owner who lives on the 2nd floor. I would definitely not stay here again as I feel this is absolutely a safety concern with no employees in the building. You definitely get what you pay for.

This place is a joke. No amenities, and only one person in the entire hotel working there. You check in at a kiosk with individuals halfway across the continent. I stayed 7 days and never got trash picked up outside my door, no clean towels or wash rags, no room service cleaning the entire stay. Every day when I left and came back my key didn't work having to get a nea key every time I left and came back. I had to pay half of my rate when I made another reservation to extend my stay because the kiosk wasn't working and the lady yhere didn't believe me even when I showed her my reservation and confirmation number. I would not recommend anyone staying in this hotel. It is horrible.

Terrible Experience With the room service which was nonexistent and the pull out bed had blood and used handkerchief in it. No hotel staff used virtual kiosk staff not on-site unable to assist domestic violence occurring on first floor had to call the police. The amenities were terrible. Checking out was sad and checking in was a hassle with the virtual kiosk service. My overall experience was horrible never got to talk to a single human that worked there.

Stayed 2 nights

The hotel was largely vacant, with several areas boarded up. The entrance had dirty floor-to-ceiling glass windows, and there was no attendant at the front desk; instead, a kiosk was available for assistance. Inside our room, we noticed a few hairballs on the floor, and the mirrors were dirty. When my daughter accidentally spilled her water bottle, I used a towel to dry the floor, but the towel turned black after wiping up the spill. It was clear that the room hadn’t been swept or mopped in months.
