This home is lovely! We only stayed one night as we were traveling, but would have loved to stay longer. We had a truck loaded with stuff for the beach so the carport parking was just perfect. The home was so comfortable - beds were great! Neighborhood is so cute - hubs and I enjoyed a morning walk around the block admiring all the houses before we hit the road again. Also loved the coffee bar - great touch! Highly recommended!

This house does not disappoint! It is perfect for a family or a girl trip in our case :) We had a fabulous time and love Laurel! Monique is so easy to work with and we will definitely refer our friends to her. The neighborhood is beautiful and very safe and really good to get out and walk in. Parking at the house is more than adequate. You won't be disappointed if you stay here.

We loved our stay! This property was perfect for a family and very walkable. The homeowner clearly cares about the experience of those who stay in her home - it was beautifully decorated, smelled lovely, was very clean, and equipped with puzzles, games, and reading material. There is even a sturdy, new swing set out back!

We had an incredible stay—this property truly felt like a home away from home! The house was beautifully maintained and thoughtfully stocked with all the amenities we could have hoped for. From the fully equipped kitchen to the cozy bedrooms, everything was perfect. The kids especially loved having a basketball to shoot hoops during downtime, which was such a thoughtful touch. The host was fantastic with communication, always responsive and helpful, making the entire experience seamless. To top it all off, we even had a fun and unexpected moment when we caught a glimpse of Erin walking down the street! This was hands down one of the best VRBO experiences we’ve ever had, and we can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend this property for families or anyone looking for a comfortable, stress-free getaway

Loved the information and books about the Napiers and Home Town and the guest book. Pearl's Diner and the art museum are musts! Also try the red golf cart tour of the town and visit Peddler's Junktion.

This cute house was the perfect stay to attend a family wedding, allowing for close proximity to see extended family, yet space to allow us to enjoy our usual bedtime and morning routines. Son especially loved the board games and playing basketball nightly (too old for the play structure but it looked great!). I am picky, and the beds were very comfortable!

The cottage was immaculate, cozy, and in the perfect location. We thoroughly enjoyed our three night stay. The beds were very comfortable and we slept well. The only negative (and it’s not a deal breaker) was the water in the shower went from hot to cold and back again several times. We think it’s due to the age of the plumbing, but we would definitely stay there again.

We can’t say enough good about the property. Very clean and comfortable. The beds were so nice. The only negative I would say is that the room in front with the trundle bed could be really bright if you were sleeping in it and the front bedroom shower is pretty piercing. The host was very responsive which is always nice. The neighborhood was very quiet and relaxing. The street it is on has several of the houses shown on “Home Town”.

I came with my 3 sisters to celebrate our oldest 70th birthday. She wanted a relaxing weekend. We came in on Friday, she came from South AL and we came from North AL &TN. We arrived a little early and the host was gracious in allowing an early check in. We enjoyed an early dinner and an evening of cards. Saturday we took the Bolton Golf cart tour and highly recommend that as well. Then we shopped all day and another early dinner. Checked out on Sunday and left with wonderful memories. This was a perfect weekend! The weather was great, accommodations perfect and the time with family was memorable. Can’t say enough good things about our weekend. Thank You!!

Monique is there for anytime you might need and very responsive to emails and texts. A park right across the street and less than a mile to downtown. You can't go wrong. Communication with the owner was excellent! She was quick with responses and gave suggestions as to what was available dining and shopping so we could support local businesses. Plenty of the little things that made it special…k-cups and snacks. The beds were VERY comfortable. Photos did not do it justice. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood and felt safe.

This home is lovely! We only stayed one night as we were traveling, but would have loved to stay longer. We had a truck loaded with stuff for the beach so the carport parking was just perfect. We felt right at home…such a sweet and welcoming bungalow. Little details such as tea, coffee, snacks, hot chocolate and books were at our fingertips. Comfy beds, pillows and linens were delightful. Walking in the neighborhood was such fun. This made our time in friendly Laurel even more special.

This house is located in the old historic district and is a perfect place to visit everything downtown. The house is clean and comfortable. We also really enjoyed the coffee bar. We will be back!

My daughter, my mother in law and myself take a trip every summer. This year we chose Laurel to visit the Hometown options and see all that Ben and Erin have created in the area. Our host, Monique, was excellent with communication before and during our stay. We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed the adorable home very much. It’s in a nice neighborhood just a few minutes drive to all the attractions we wanted to see. She has put together a great welcome notebook and a wonderful list of some of the homes that have been on the show. We did a local golf cart tour, but could have done it on our own with the info from Monique’s list in the book. The beds are comfy, the house is cozy, the showers take a little bit to warm up but work well otherwise and she has a wonderful coffee/tea bar area with snacks…. Just needs spoons or coffee stirrers in that area. Monique has decorated this cozy house very nice and offers free streaming with Netflix and Hulu and we used the Alexa daily to check the weather. We would stay here again.

Communication with the owner was excellent! She was quick with responses and gave suggestions as to what was available dining and shopping so we could support local businesses. Plenty of the little things that made it special…k-cups and snacks. The beds were VERY comfortable. Photos did not do it justice. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood and felt safe.

The house was the perfect size for our group. Beautiful location! We were provided with all the comforts from home. We were provided plenty of coffee for the Keurig! Even snacks were provided. That was a great touch. 10 out of 10. Would stay here again and would recommend.

What a wonderful house!!! We took morning walks through historic Laurel every morning and walked into downtown easily from this house! The beds were super comfortable and everything was so comfortable. And it was soooo clean! We had an amazing stay.

The house was indeed charming. The location was great, near downtown. The house was clean and well-equipped. There were plenty of towels and dishes for our family of 5. Everyone could have their own bed, and the two sitting areas allowed us to spread out. The host was very prompt in replying to any questions we had. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!
