This resort cost too much to be out of date first thing needs addressing is the hot water. I could not enjoy a decent shower to save my life the water at best is luke warm. They only gave 2 wash clothes, 2 towels, 2 hand towels no extra. The fridge was a joke it was 2 waters, 2 coors light beers, 1 coke and 1 sprite it does not get cold. They have no room service and I never saw anyone in the swim up that they said takes orders. The best thing about this resort is the ocean view but it lacks many things no usb ports at all.,we experienced at 2 restaurants the Italian and seafood don’t like to provide entrees unless u ask. The drinks for alcohol is mainly wine and beer with no alcohol better bring your own. They have no elevators on the property and children are all around with families. I came for my 40th birthday from the US and honestly I should’ve just stayed in the US and booked somewhere here :(

The hotel is spectacular, all the areas are very clean, the beds very comfortable. The food at the buffet and in all the restaurants was delicious. The staff has the best attention, very professional and friendly. I have to recognize DIANDRA, thank you for your attention in everything.
