Ibis Wien Messe

We just stay for one night. Firstly, the lift did not work from the ground level to the reception. Although there are just about 15 steps of the stair, it is still very in convenient for people with large luggage. The most terrible thing is there was no cold water in our room. It was hard to get cold drinking water and for short.

IT was good value for money. Online internet can be better.

No internet as promised, no available food, not handicapped friendly and really bad smell in all hallways. Definitely not returning here.

Considering the cost, good hotel to use. Please mind that there is no refrigerator in the room. But air conditioner is installed. Bar in the first floor is open until 23:30. You can eat a pizza and drink beer. It was useful.

Bra hotell nära Donau, lite i utkanten av Wien centrum men bara ca 10 min promenad till närmaste U-ban och därifrån når man de flesta sevärdheter på ca 15 min. Dyr men säker parkering i p-hus i samma hus som hotellet. Flera 1/2-våningar i p-huset så vi hade lite jobbigt att hitta bilen. Bra och rymliga rum. Dyr frukost. Inget kylskåp eller vattenkokare på rummet.

Reasonably happy with my stay. The hotel is in need of renovations though. Close to train station. Good wifi.

Simple hotel, close to public transport & a short ride to the main attractions. Good place to sleep & provides the basics without a lot of frills. The breakfast buffet is a bit overpriced for what you get. Note this is not close to many food options so plan ahead as the bar snacks are not great quality. The staff is super accommodating and friendly & the hotel is located in a safe area. TLDR: great value for price

印象最深刻的是早餐有鬆餅機與切好的水果；首先，check in櫃台位於一段台階上，但是有電梯，所以若行李真的重，可以往上坐一層，接待人員英文OK。然後房間門是插卡式，但電燈不是，入口、床區域與衛浴各一，衛浴的通常在浴巾後面。插座偏少，尤其床邊沒有插座，但網路很好。整體來說就是一間商務旅館的感覺，離地鐵站近，附近有BILLA，但早上7,8點開，晚上5,6點就關了，算是可接受的住宿點。最後電梯有兩台，但只有一台到台階下，而且不能選擇哪一台，所以就看運氣吧

Checked online but still have to fill in paper on arrival. Why then online check in? Room cleaning noisy in the morning. Cleaning only on request. Bit mold in bathroom.

Comfortable and affordable hotel conveniently located near the Messe Wien conference center and a number of restaurants and attractions. The buffet-style breakfast had all the essentials, plus a selection of very good breads and pastries. Cleanliness in the room itself could be improved in a few small ways - for instance, there was some staining on the tile grout in the shower - but nothing major.

One room smelled very bad

Its in a good location close to train stations however, when we arrived there were pubes all over the shower ans they didnt get cleaned until we did it ourselves.

Expected a lot more modern hotel by ibis standards. It is right next to the ibis budget hotel and I do wonder if this is considered the standard ibis hotel, just how budget the budget hotel must be. I can’t complain at the service or the cleanliness of the hotel and it is in a good location. Bed was comfortable. If you can get the hotel for a cheap rate then fantastic but it is in dire need of a refresh. They would benefit massively if they spent the money to redecorate the rooms and the hallways.

This hotel is near a grocery store and a few restaurants and as well as a metro station, which was convenient. The rooms and bathroom are a bit on the smaller side but it was fine for two people.Breakfaat was good.

Edificio muy envejecido y colchón y almohadas muy viejos. He dormido fatal. Lo demás correcto.

The hotel room was comfortable, however they could have had better curtains, and there was no kettle provided in the room to make tea and coffee. Small comfortable room. With a TV and the bathroom. The breakfast was also expensive.

DO NOT STAY HERE! We checked in and the door lock immediately did not work well. The door was very loose and shaky and from the inside it felt that it was not securely closed. Then, once we exited the room the lock would not open! We were locked outside of the room even though the door blinked green. The hotel desk clerk had to assist us and experienced the same problem, although the door would sporadically open. The desk clerk refused to put us in a different room for the night saying the only possible solution was to ask a "technician" to look at the door - which was not sufficient as we wanted it fixed, not looked at. The hotel itself felt cold and unwelcoming. The rooms and hallways are extremely bare giving the hotel the feeling of a dorm or hostel. There is no warm ambiance and it felt a little creepy. We did not feel safe in this hotel. I have stayed in ibis before in another city and it was nowhere at all like this terrible experience. We checked out only 1 hour after checking in and went elsewhere to a different hotel locally. The desk clerk refused to offer us a refund.

Had to change rooms twice because windows/AC etc malfunctional. Place has a bad atmosphere.

Très bon établissement situé sur la ligne 1 du métro comme le parc relais pour garer sa voiture d’un côté de la ligne et accès direct au centre ville de l’autre. Personnel très à l’écoute qui a du aussi garder nos bagages le dernier jour C’était parfait et prix plus que raisonnable pour Vienne

Ich weiß, welche Hotelkategorie ich gebucht hatte. Das mit voller Absicht. Die Lage ist verkehrstechnisch recht gut. Die U-Bahn Haltestelle heißt Vorgartenstrasse (!), stadtauswärts hinten einsteigen, in die Stadt die Mitte des Zuges nehmen, dann ists z.B. am Karlsplatz unkomplizierter… Und: ich will mich bedanken. Das Team dort gibt ALLES um dem Gast den Aufenthalt gut zu gestalten. Wirklich schön zu erleben ! Danke !

U1ラインの駅から近く便利。周りにスーパーマーケットが多く、食品・日用品の調達がしやすいです。

Très bon établissement situé sur la ligne 1 du métro comme le parc relais pour garer sa voiture d’un côté de la ligne et accès direct au centre ville de l’autre. Personnel très à l’écoute qui a du aussi garder nos bagages le dernier jour C’était parfait et prix plus que raisonnable pour Vienne

Das Zimmer war sauber und funktionell, gut klimatisiert. Lage perfekt 5 min von Ubahn Praterstern oder Vorgarten entfernt. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es mehrere Möglichkeiten zu frühstücken. Prater wäre auch fussläufig erreichbar.

Great location to handle activities at VIC and Vienna. Staff sincerely nice and with the spirit to help the traveler. Great stay.

Nahe der U-Bahn,

We found this accommodation to be comfortable and clean. The staff were lovely - always pleasant and helpful. The surroundings are not great but it is a reasonable and convenient location. The subway and train station are very close .

Posizione strategica per girare Vienna, a 5 minuti dal prater, e a 10 minuti a piedi dalla metro, in tre fermate arrivi nel centro di Vienna. Noi ci siamo trovati benissimo, camera calda pulita e accogliente, se non si hanno grandi pretese l’ibis è l’hotel perfetto. Hanno la colazione disponibile a pagamento a 18 euro a persona, noi non ne abbiamo usufruito perché la mattina partivamo subito per girare la città e in centro trovi qualsiasi bar per poter fare colazione a meno. Personale gentile, con deposito bagagli gratuito sia se arrivi prima del check in sia se parti tanto più tardi rispetto al check out previsto per le 12.00. Nel complesso ottima soluzione, con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Gutes Hotel, Zimmer könnten mal ein Upgrade bekommen aber alles wichtige vorhanden. Klimaanlage war super für die heißen Tage, personal an der Rezeption und beim Frühstück sehr freundlich. Frühstück war gut,alles vorhanden was man brauchte. Die Lage des Hotels ist super, U-Bahn und Bahnhof in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, auch Prater fußläufig erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Umgebung. Kleiner Tipp - bei guten Wetter eine Station auf die Donauinsel fahren und einen Cocktail oder leckeres Essen in einem der kleinen Restaurants genießen

Let’s get things into perspective. If you’re looking for a plush hotel to spend a week or more in then this one might not be for you. For me however, this was ideal. I came for a 2 night stop in Vienna so I could do the parkrun and a little touristy stuff! The train from the airport to praterstern cost €4.30 (£3.20) and was around 25 minutes. The hotel is just a 5-10 minute walk from the station. For those here for the parkrun, it approx 3km away. Easy walking/jogging distance across the Danube. For tourists to the city centre, it is 4km to the Hofburg palace, a little shorter for St stephens cathedral but a nice straightforward easy walk. As for the amenities, it’s a budget hotel! I read some strange reviews on here but I found my room clean and tidy. I traveled alone so had one duvet on the bed. It’s not big enough for 2 but if you look carefully there is a second one available in the wardrobe along with pillows. If I had to be really picky there are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room and no electrical sockets by the bed. The bed itself was comfortable and I slept really well - maybe it was all the walking and fresh air! Breakfast is a continental buffet. I had to pay the €15 but you won’t go hungry. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially when checking in at 11:55pm! All in all a nice stay, thank you Vienna!

Limpa, quarto espaçoso. Cortinas não vedam bem a luminosidade, mas dormi com máscara. Perto de trem e metro, meio caminho entre o centro da cidade (áreas turísticas principais) e o centro de convenções onde fui p um congresso. Café da manhã muito bom.

Hotel confortável. Próximo à estação de metrô, excelente café da manhã. Atendimento muito cordial. Excelente relação custo/beneficio.

Zimmer war ok, (wie man es eigentlich auch erwarten darf), Service an der Reception war ausreichend, Frühstück war in Relation zu anderen Ibis-Hotels überteuert, bei schlechtem Angebot und sehr mäßigem Service (War in ibis Wien City preiswerter und besser)

Excelente estada. O quarto tem o tamanho adequado, café da manhã excelente, muito bom o atendimento de todos. Muito bem localizado, pois está quase do lado metrô que pode te levar pra todos os lugares da cidade.
