Stayed 3 nights

In Atlanta for Merchandise Mart with several other women. Booked this property because it gave us separate rooms and looked well maintained. We left after one night.Pros: 3-minute drive from MARTA, quick to get Downtown. Interior updated/ clean, good wifi, beds are fine. Kitchen fully equipped with large table for our meetings.Cons: Four entrances. Normal primary door with locking key pad – no issues. However, the largest, nicest bedroom had an odd industrial-style double door opening directly into the back parking area. None of us felt safe sleeping next to “loading dock door”, with overgrown back parking area shielding someone with bad intentions - perhaps from three boarded-up, abandoned houses close by? Door off the kitchen leads to upstairs apartment, but had a feeble sliding lock, like a public bathroom stall. The fourth door is to front porch, unusable with 10-foot overgrown bushes covered the whole thing. In summary, great interior was overshadowed by “creepy” feeling from the above. We did not feel safe. Property manager can address landscaping and lock to upstairs, but loading dock door is a deal-breaker. Maybe this property would be fine for guys but not for a female group. PS – reservation stated “non-refundable” when booking, so I did not call on above until I got home, unfortunately forfeiting any refund. 8(

This house was great for our group of family and friends. We stayed for a trip to Six Flags and it was only 10 minutes away. It has a large table for everyone to sit for meals as well as plenty of comfy beds. The neighborhood is historic and was quiet.
