I gave this property a 5 star rating because: (1) it is super clean, (2) it is well stocked with everything you'll need including toiletries and paper goods, (3) it is in a great neighborhood and is well maintained, (4) the landscaping is beautiful and the pictures and description in the listing are spot on accurate, (5) it is a very quiet and private setting with a beautiful pool and hot tub. (6) The beds are comfortable. Some of the things we were not so fond of include: (1) the envelope on the kitchen counter suggesting we leave a tip for the cleaning crew (after paying 5K for the week including a hefty cleaning fee, we were not inclined to do so), (2) the number of house rules, there are lots of them. Many threaten fines or penalties. (3) the cameras watching you in the pool and on the back patio were creepy, 4) the place is surrounded by majestic live oaks, you'll spend time skimming their leaves out of the pool (this is noted in the listing so it did not come as a surprise), (5) you will need to pay to heat the pool as we did in the off-season if you intend to use it, but it never really got beyond 82 degrees (this was disappointing but we were warned in advance)The positives far outweigh any negatives with respect to this property, just do a thorough review of the listing and rules prior to renting, everything you need to know is there.

The place was perfect for our friend’s little getaway. The host was super responsive, friendly and the house was so clean and roomy! The back cabana, pool and hot tub area was an oasis. Loved hearing all the birds! Thanks again!

We were in palm harbor for a family event, the was immaculate, nice quiet neighborhood but close enough to main road, supermarkets , restaurants etc. the backyard was huge! awesome, super peaceful , over looking lush trees and plants, the pool, hot tub, everything was great . Communication with owner was also easy, he responded right away to any questions we had. Would def recommend! Great if you have kids also, lots of games , books and floats for the pool and anything u may need for the beach as well.

We wanted a property that would be close to Dunedin as we were attending the Blue Jays Spring Training. The property appealed to use as there was a pool, hot tub, and fire pit, plus two bathrooms with the adequate number of bedrooms. The property exceeded our expectations and not one amenity was missing. The pool was heated to our liking. The hot tub was perfect. The grounds immaculate and absolutely beautiful. The trees above the fire pit were heaven. Michael was absolutely fantastic! Attentive, responsive and always willing to make our stay exceptional. We would highly recommend this property. This property was in tip top shape- clean and well appointed. The backyard space with the pool and hot tub was beautiful and private. All accoutrements were available in the outside area and inside too. I have been to many vrbo homes. Most were good, but this one stands out

Our favorite thing about this rental was the back yard which is an oasis. Its way bigger than it looks in the photos and all of the furniture, hot tub and firepit were great. The pool looks great but it was too cold during our stay to use it. Inside was super clean and they had everything you would possibly need. Also, the mattresses were very nice. Would definitely recommend.

Overall, place was as described. The backyard area was beautiful with well manicured lawn and shrubbery and plenty of seating to enjoy the patio and pool/hot tub area. Plenty of room inside for our group with 2 small families to hang out and have some space after long day in the sun, pool, and nearby beach.

To make this short and sweet! I came here with my brother and friends to celebrate a close childhood friends life event. With all the planning and travelling we missed the part where we're supposed to check-in at 3PM. We got there 3 hours early. Called Mike and he picked up right away. He let us drop our belongings off while we got food and soon after he called and let us know the house was ready. Great pool, beautiful backyard, clean, stocked and ready to go for any family occasion. Thank you Mike!

Just got back from a relaxing vacation in Palm Harbor. My husband and two teens travelled with my 87 year old mother in law, and sister in law. The house was exactly as described and yard was larger than I had expected. We paid for pool heating to 80 degrees and it was perfect (Pool toys, goggles were available) . Kitchen is stocked with basic spices, laundry and dishwasher detergent and previous guests left some bug spray and sunscreen. Bathrooms are well stocked with shampoo, conditioner and soap. Publix and Sprouts(organic and vegetarian options) are within 5 minutes away. We also spent a few days at Clearwater beach, and Honeymoon island and house was equipped with beach toys , towels and cooler bag and chairs. We had a few questions for Michael and he quickly responded by text. Thanks for a relaxing vacation!

We came to Tampa to visit the Phillies at Spring training. We have stayed in other VRBOS properties throughout our travels BUT this property was the first house that looked EXACTLY like the website. The friends we stayed with never used VRBOS before and were very nervous for this stay. They loved your house and property just as much as we did. You left no stone unturned. It was the little things that made such an impact on us just as much as your beautiful house. The towels in the bathrooms were set up beautifully and darker wash clothes left out for makeup removal. Who thinks of that ? The simple touches were noticed. The property was so clean and it made for a wonderful stay. The outside was an oasis’s. We wished we had more time to enjoy. The owners were very approachable if we needed anything or had questions. The owner let us know before arriving that there was pollen on the porch and how we could get rid of it. We would defiantly stay again and would recommend in a heart beat.

My fiancee, Melissa, and myself booked this home in Palm Harbor for 10 nights after quite a search process. We were in the area to be married on Clearwater Beach during our visit to to the area. Communication with the property owner was simple and we received very quick responses during the inquiry and booking process. This home was certainly the cleanest home the we have ever rented through VRBO. The location is in a cul de sac in a very quiet neighborhood. The home itself is amazingly quiet. Any time that we did spend at the home was so relaxing and enjoyable....we loved it. The pool and and hot tub were enjoyed on a daily basis and felt wonderful....morning and night. Furniture and beds were great as well. There really isn't anything that would could find an issue with or complain about. We were all very satisfied. Our vacation, from start to finish, was flawless. Having an enjoyable place to stay for those 10 days certainly added to pleasures experienced on our vacation.

My family and I had a wonderful time while staying in this home. The backyard was perfect for relaxing and entertaining our four kids (ages 7-16 years old. We did go to the nearby beaches however I could have been just as happy staying at the house all day. It has everything you need. It was immaculately cleaned and well maintained. The owner was easy to get a hold of and responded quickly to questions we had. The pool and hot tub were amazing. We would love to come back one day. It was the best house we have stayed at for a vacation.

The home is in a quiet neighborhood and the backyard is beautiful. The house is spacious, clean and has been updated. Checkin and Out was easy without any issues. Most attractions in Tampa seemed like a 45 minute drive so if you are sightseeing you may have some windshield time when going. I would definitely stay again.

The property is located close to several restaurants, pharmacy and not far from Tamps downtown or clearwater beach. The check in process was smooth. Michael was very quick is his responses. The home itself was beautiful. We requested to heat up the pool, and it was warm. The Infinity Jacuzzi was amazing as well. Also has a great back yard where my son and I played soccer. Inside the home, the rooms where very nice, bathrooms where clean, kitchen was fully equipped and it was very open. I watched the World Cup Finals in that home and my team won which will be an ever lasting memory. Overall, I would recommend this home for anyone visiting this area..

We rented this beautiful home for a family vacation (4 adults & 1 infant) and visit with my 91 year old Mom. It was absolutely perfect for us. The house is beautifully decorated, comfortable and amazingly well-appointed. We wanted for nothing. The outdoor space was incredible as well — beautiful pool & hot tub which we really enjoyed. Mom was able to navigate the home & outdoor space with no difficulty at all. Just perfect; we’ll definitely be back.

We came to Tampa to visit the Phillies at Spring training. We have stayed in other VRBOS properties throughout our travels BUT this property was the first house that looked EXACTLY like the website. The friends we stayed with never used VRBOS before and were very nervous for this stay. They loved your house and property just as much as we did. You left no stone unturned. It was the little things that made such an impact on us just as much as your beautiful house. The towels in the bathrooms were set up beautifully and darker wash clothes left out for makeup removal. Who thinks of that ? The simple touches were noticed. The property was so clean and it made for a wonderful stay. The outside was an oasis’s. We wished we had more time to enjoy. The owners were very approachable if we needed anything or had questions. The owner let us know before arriving that there was pollen on the porch and how we could get rid of it. We would defiantly stay again and would recommend in a heart beat.

The house was beautiful! Exactly as pictured in the listing. Spacious and beautifully furnished. Minutes from food and grocery stores. Not far from the beach. Anything that you need is probably already at the house. While we brought everything with us, they had containers full of pool and beach items that are there for guests to borrow. Large yard. My fiancee, Melissa, and myself booked this home in Palm Harbor for 10 nights after quite a search process. We were in the area to be married on Clearwater Beach during our visit to to the area. Communication with the property owner was simple and we received very quick responses during the inquiry and booking process. This home was certainly the cleanest home the we have ever rented through VRBO. The location is in a cul de sac in a very quiet neighborhood. The home itself is amazingly quiet. We were in palm harbor for a family event, the was immaculate, nice quiet neighborhood but close enough to main road, supermarkets , restaurants etc. the backyard was huge! awesome, super peaceful , over looking lush trees and plants, the pool, hot tub, everything was great . Communication with owner was also easy, he responded right away to any questions we had. Would def recommend! Great if you have kids also, lots of games , books and floats for the pool and anything u may need for the beach as well.

We wanted a property that would be close to Dunedin as we were attending the Blue Jays Spring Training. The property appealed to use as there was a pool, hot tub, and fire pit, plus two bathrooms with the adequate number of bedrooms. The property exceeded our expectations and not one amenity was missing. The pool was heated to our liking. The hot tub was perfect. The grounds immaculate and absolutely beautiful. To make this short and sweet! I came here with my brother and friends to celebrate a close childhood friends life event. With all the planning and travelling we missed the part where we're supposed to check-in at 3PM. We got there 3 hours early. Called Mike and he picked up right away. He let us drop our belongings off while we got food and soon after he called and let us know the house was ready. Great pool, beautiful backyard, clean, stocked and ready to go for any family occasion. Thank you Mike!

Just got back from a relaxing vacation in Palm Harbor. My husband and two teens travelled with my 87 year old mother in law, and sister in law. The house was exactly as described and yard was larger than I had expected. We paid for pool heating to 80 degrees and it was perfect (Pool toys, goggles were available) . Kitchen is stocked with basic spices, laundry and dishwasher detergent and previous guests left some bug spray and sunscreen. Bathrooms are well stocked with shampoo, conditioner and soap. Publix and Sprouts(organic and vegetarian options) are within 5 minutes away. We also spent a few days at Clearwater beach, and Honeymoon island and house was equipped with beach toys , towels and cooler bag and chairs. We had a few questions for Michael and he quickly responded by text. Thanks for a relaxing vacation!

We loved this house for our winter break! We always do a big variety of things in the Tampa area and this location worked well. We went to the Clearwater aquarium, Ft. DeSoto, Busch Gardens and the Crystal River to see the Manatees and take Air Boat rides. It was so nice to have this home to enjoy in the evenings after our adventures. The backyard is amazing and heated pool and hot tub were great! There was plenty of space and everything was very clean. This home has everything you might need. Nice quiet and safe neighborhood. This home is set up perfectly for a family stay and professionally managed by the owners. Check in/check out were very easy. We highly recommend!

We did go to the nearby beaches however I could have been just as happy staying at the house all day. It has everything you need. It was immaculately cleaned and well maintained. The owner was easy to get a hold of and responded quickly to questions we had. The pool and hot tub were amazing. We would love to come back one day. The property was amazingly well taken care of. Beautiful home. There was everything that we needed to swim, hangout in the hot tub, and grill. Had the home for a week with a toddler and a two eight year olds. That all had something to do the whole time. There were even supplies to make a trip to the beach. Awesome experience.

This home was spectacular in all aspects of comfort, convenience and enjoyment. I was especially impressed with the landscaping and outdoor entertainment areas. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all. The indoor facilities were immaculate and every appliance was spotless and easy to use. Every item imaginable was available for our use.The children loved the pool and all the accessible floats were used and our service animal enjoyed playing life guard for all of us! We will certainly recommend your home for our friends to enjoy like we did! Looking forward to some day revisiting or maybe you will see us in Pigeon Forge. Thank you for your pleasant hospitality!
