We enjoyed the apartment and it really fit our needs for the weekend with two bedrooms and two baths. Everything was very clean and exactly as stated on-line. Our only complaint was the depth of the steps. They weren't very deep. It might also be helpful to list in the description that the apartment is on the 3rd floor and the main entrance to the complex is on the 2nd floor. We discovered this reading the reviews. All-in-all we enjoyed our stay and it was fairly close to the football stadium and easy to get around town!!

Property was clean and had plenty of space. Fully stocked kitchen. Faucets in bathrooms were broken and it was hard to tell which way was hot/cold with the handles able to spin in full circles. Kitchen and baths could use some updating and TLC. Beds were comfortable. Would have liked extra blankets to be available to use. Plenty of pillows and towels though. Easy check in and out process. Overall we were satisfied with our stay for the weekend.

We were so pleased with our stay here. Everything you need for the stay. Considering the price of hotels, this is the winner hands down. You get so much more for less. Very clean and comfortable. Our son is a music major at K-State. This was our first time staying in Manhattan to see him. We booked this property so that we could attend his weekend recitals and bring our dog. The key code on the door made checking in a breeze. The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed! Tara was very accommodating when we needed to change our check out time so that we could attend the last recital and pick up our dog afterwards. Would definitely stay at this property again and would highly recommend!!

This is our third stay at this particular unit and we love it. The communication and ease of check in is still amazing and they have added new black out curtains in the bedrooms since our last stay which made it even better. If you have a kid at K-State, this is a great place to rent to spend time with them. We will be back.

Very smooth check in as well as accuracy of unit as described. Notably spacious rooms and hallways. We discovered first morning that coffee maker was kaput. We were able to make a quick and easy exchange with the property manager on site within minutes. Thanks, Tara. With family to visit, we will return.
