Spacious Parkview Home 12 Mi to Denver, Game Room

This house is in a lovely suburb, about 11 miles north of Denver. It is the perfect place for 8 or more to spread out and sleep comfortably and safely. It was nice to find a house with enough bathrooms for everyone to get ready at the same time. The large game room in the basement made us not want to leave unless we really had to. And we discovered that since the house was so much fun, people we wanted to meet with would drive out to us instead of meeting at a restaurant. Thank you Harry!

The house was more than efficient, clean, well stocked with extras we weren’t expecting, and anything we needed Harry the manager got to us immediately. All of the games and the basement were fun, additive pool table, ping-pong, table, foosball, Etc. I would recommend this house, completely to any type of group family or friends.

They also responded very promptly to all questions and concerns we had during our stay. The house is well-stocked with spices and with all the toiletries that you need. It's also located right across from a park for little kids and not too far from Whole Foods, Costco, Top Golf, Thornton premium outlets, and Denver. Definitely a 5-star stay!

My siblings and I took my mom to CO to visit her brother that she hasn't seen in 16 years. The home was beautiful and spacious. The 9 of us 6 adults and 3 teenagers were very comfortable. The basement was spectacular and a wonderland for the teens with all of the games and activities. We enjoyed our time in Thornton. We would definitely stay here again!!

This house was a great place for my family of 8 adults and a 1.5 year old. I was born and raised in Denver though had moved out of town a few years ago. This house is near my folks who still live here and it’s a nice, convenient area! We even took the light rail into downtown that’s only a 5 minute drive away. Quiet neighborhood and the small playground was a great bonus for my child. The house had plenty of room for everyone and toys and games for people to enjoy. We even made some home cooked meals since we were staying for a week. Very pleasant experience, the host was responsive and got us everything we needed for our toddler. Thanks again!

This was by far the best rental we’ve ever booked. Very spacious house for a party of 10. The game room was a major hit!! Harry was a wonderful host! Great communication and provided early check in. We had no issues at the home. Quiet neighborhood! Easy check in process. Highly recommend.

Our family stayed her for college graduation. House was perfect for our large group. It was very spacious and has a nice kitchen. The game room downstairs had lots of games for us to play. House is in a great location.

Harry was very responsive. However, place not very clean. Hair in showers on arrival, crumbs in the couches, and boogers on the wall in the guest room downstairs. Robot vacuum would go off at 2/3 am for two nights until we just shut it off. Game room was nice. Felt it is overpriced for the rental.

The initial contact was made with me 3 weeks prior to arrival to ensure I had everything I needed for my stay. I would DEFENITELY stay in this home again on my next trip to the Denver area.

Our family was excited about staying in this home based upon all the great pictures on website. You cant imagine our disappointment when we arrived. Upon walking in the home we see the wall in front of the door with brown marks all over it...dirt and damaged walls. Walk into kutchen to find food on counters, water stains on counter by sink. Top of stove is awful and the oven has food all in it...doesnt look like it has it been cleaned in months. Sit down on leather couch and notice something sticking out between cushions.... it was a baggie with crumbs in it. Move the cushion and found used bandaids, food, toys and toothpicks. It was AWFUL. There was dust hanging from the ceiling fans. Dishwasher was full of rust and couldnt be used. DIRTIEST HOUSE I HAVE EVER RENTED IN VRBO! The entire house needed to be cleaned so we went out and got cleaning supplies and cleaned for almost 4 hours. Tried to find another place but because it was Memorial Day Weekend it was not possible. HERE IS THE CREEPY PART They have cameras and watch when you come and go. I would get text messages based upon us leaving the house. They control the lights and AC remotely. We would turn lights off abd set AC at 68 to go to bed. Wake ip and lights were on and AC moved ip to 72. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOUSE AT ALL * We did get a small discount but we still ended our vacation early because of the house*

Harry is the best host! Attentive, discreet, detail oriented, good source of information about the area, enjoyed interacting with him. Easy check-in Property pristine, luminous, quiet, lots of space, the game room(s) in the basement added to family fun. Neighborhood peaceful, close to shopping, groceries, gyms, restaurants. Nice house in a nice neighborhood very conveniently located. Property manager was easy to reach. The only problem we had was the uncleanliness. Dried contacts were on the master bathroom counter top. Boogers on the wall where they were in another post, still there for our visit. The house could use a serious deep clean.

Really enjoyed the stay. This property fit our family perfectly. Only had one minor concern which was addressed by the property manager immediately. We had someone leave a clothing item behind, the property manager shipped the item to us at no charge.

This house worked out great for our 3 families (4 adults and 7 kids). The basement area was great for the kids and the house had plenty of room for all. Location was pretty convenient to get to downtown Denver and Boulder. There are some restaurants nearby the house but the really good eats are in downtown and in Boulder which will take you 25-30 minutes to drive to. I would recommend that the house increases its stock of kitchenware as it was a little light on glasses and there is no wine opener or wine glasses. Still made it work though!

We had a wonderful time in this spacious home. There were 11 family members that gathered from TX, CA & MO, ages 13 to 80. This home accommodated us nicely and the hosts were very helpful and responsive. We think families with younger children would especially like the amenities that were provided. We went to Boulder and drove through the mountains, toured Red Rocks Amphitheatre and went to a Colorado Rockies game. The rest of the time we enjoyed dinners cooked in the large kitchen and visiting with each other!

This home was absolutely perfect! We hosted our sons rehearsal dinner for about 40 guests, prior to his destination wedding. It was large enough to have family & friends stay with us at different times during the week. The home is clean, spacious, nicely decorated. It has plenty of things to entertain. Ping Pong & Foosball we're a hit for our crew! The location is perfectly located. Close enough to Denver & close enough to make a day trip to Estes park. The host is very accommodating and easily accessible if anything is needed. We had a great time, we'll definitely return!
