Property was in an excellent location and had great amenities.

The AC was out the first day we arrived 9pm. We tried to give them a chance to fix it. Third night still no AC 92 degrees on the top floor. They tried moving us to a bad part of Atlanta. We ended up having to get a hotel at midnight. Turned my vacation into a nightmare.

Information about check in was not available until 30 minutes prior to check in. Information was not readily available about WiFi, TV, thermostat and checkout procedures. The upstairs didn’t have a cooling option on the thermostat so it was very warm upstairs. The kitchen chairs were falling apart. There were many dinner knives but hardly any spoons and forks. The cooking pans and pots left much to be desired as well. There was a broken couch in the master bedroom as well as broken rollaway bed frames. There is also not a full bathroom on the main floor. We have someone who has mobility issues so I had called before to make sure there was a bedroom on the main floor but I don’t think about asking about a full bathroom vs half. It was convenient and a really great price and with some adjustments it could be a great place to stay.

I received a call at 4:20 (check in is at 4) on the day of check in informing me that my stay was overbooked. They offered me a 3 bedroom condo for my stay which is a bedroom less than what I needed. Upon arrival the unit was absolutely disgusting. Smears, debris, hair etc was all over the floors. We saw/killed several roaches. Several holes in the walls. Just disgusting. My family and I left the following morning and made several attempts to contact the company to let them know of the conditions and that we would not be continuing. I did not receive a call back until Saturday afternoon where I was told a supervisor would be contacting me about a refund. I have still not heard anything else from Cire Homes.
