Keys Waterfront Condo Pool, Beach and Views

Host provided clear instructions prior to getting to location. We had a rocky start with no internet but the host got the issue fixed immediately which was great since this was a working trip. The condo/apartment was very nice, clean and spacious for two adults. The temperature was extremely comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook (pots, pans, utensils, etc). The grocery store is about 6 miles away (Winn-Dixie) or 8 miles away ( Publix). The facilities have pool, small beach, lit pickleball and Tennis court. The host was nice to provide rackets, if needed. The main room bed was extremely comfortable king size bed. Easy to cast streaming services on the tvs. The facilities also provides various fun games to play under build one (corn hole, pool, ping pong, etc). The facility was over all quiet and extremely clean. They had bbq pits which you can use. We would definitely stay here again. .

Overall pleasant stay and location. Unit small but adequate for light cooking. No info on amenities WiFi etc at place upon arrival. “Beach” is a glorified boat ramp with rocky shallow wading area. Enjoyed pickleball and pool tho chairs were limited. Gave us a jumping off place to keys but property mainly serves for those with a boat using marina

We stayed for a week at Easter break. The condo is exceptionally clean and has everything that you need. Beds are very comfortable. We had no problems, and enjoyed every minute of our stay. The resort itself has a very nice pool and a nice little beach area. My son enjoyed hunting for tiny crabs and other creatures in the rocks. The beach café and the pool restaurant were not open at all while we were there. This was not a problem for us. There is a food truck by the pool, however, we did not eat at it while we were there. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice clean grounds, marina and small beach. Many restaurants in the area.

We loved this place! Our Condo was recently renovated and nicely done. Everything we needed was available. We hung out at both the beach and the pool areas and appreciated having both which were nicely kept. Bought drinks from the pool cabana which were very good and had dinner once at the bar located near the beach, which is offered Saturday and Sunday. Very good food! Very nice relaxing time!

We had a great stay. The rental is quiet, clean and the beds are very comfortable. Great view of the sunrise from the balcony with a cool conservation area in between the complex and ocean. We spent time at the pool, enjoyed the food at the food truck and visited the private beach twice. The owners got right back to us when we had questions. We would definitely stay here again!

The property is amazing and the condo is beautiful. Loved having pool and boat access on property. The condo has an ice machine which quickly fills up, making keeping your coolers iced down a big plus. The master bed has the most comfortable mattress I've ever slept on.the host is fabulous and super efficient in making sure all the details of your trip are relayed. The check in was not so fun, mainly because we only speak English. It took probably 20 min to get through the gate, our son and friends who stayed in a different room had same experience. They tagged our boat and trailer but not truck. Next day the guy waved us through, so i asked for a tag, he sais your good. The 3rd day they didnt want to let us in saying the truck they had marked for our room was black (we were in dark blue and sons was white). She finally gave us our tag and the remainder of stay was without incident. The bar, cafe, and poolside restaurant was all closed down which we were looking forward to having that accommodation. All in all, 5 star because the host and his condo were all five stars! Highly recommend, would definitely stay again. Thanks Sean!

We traveled for our son’s Spring Break, scheduled a bit earlier than most. This location was perfect -beautiful area and views, activities and restaurants were very close, our days were spent together quietly and without crowds. The condo was extremely clean and cared for regularly, super comfortable and cozy, had all we needed in the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms, and many pool and beach extras/toys - exactly as advertised. The check in was smooth and easy - they were ready for us! Staff was friendly and helpful with questions, and they kept the pool and private beach very clean. A bonus - we had sunny, warm days, and both the pool and beach water temp were perfect. There was even a food truck one day! The condo owner was responsive and available for questions, checking in to be sure we were settled. Other visitors were respectful and friendly as well. We highly recommend this rental! Great beach, very nice pool, convenient boat ramp

We stayed 7 nights, family of 5. Beautiful views from master bedroom & living area. You cannot access the beach behind unit. Small beach area, on the property near the marina. Large amounts of seaweed and trash, but the last day we were there, they were cleaning the beach area. There is a restaurant at the marina. The 7 days we were there, we tried eating there twice, but both times they were closed, despite their hours saying they were open. Pool area was nice & well cleaned. The property has 5 huge units, so the pool was crowded, but very clean & kept up well. Just get there early to get a table. Drinks at the pool bar were delicious. Unit somewhat clean. There was mold growing on both shower curtains in both bathrooms, dust & dirt on furniture, walls and floor. Couch had multiple stains, bathrooms had low water pressure during our stay. Balconies were small. Initially host was communicative. We arrived on a Sunday, & a few days before were given instructions on how to access the unit, great communication as far as how to access, and instructions for departure. A few days before arrival the host reached out and stated that elevator was down, and will not be fixed until that Monday. After 7 days of being there, Saturday night, our last night, it was working. No updates were given. Unit on the 3rd floor, so if you are traveling with young kids or elderly, it may not be the unit for you, due to elevator being down for so long. Honestly felt the property was overpriced.

Our original reservation with vrbo somehow did not sync with the calendar at the resort. I inquired about the reservation and it could not be found. We were forced to cut our stay short which forced us to find accommodations elsewhere. After numerous attempts to obtain a modified receipt, we were never provided with one. They did finally issue the promised credit, but it was through Venmo.The overall cleanliness was less than satisfactory. I washed the bedding upon our arrival as it was filthy. There was debris in my bed. The apartment was dated and needed a deep clean and fresh coat of paint. The pool and beach were almost too far to walk. The Ferrell cats and raccoons under the balcony were oppressing to witness each day, mangy and scrounging for food. Our last night there was a wild pig in the mangroves competing with the weak critters for stolen food!Our host was always responsive and did her best to accommodate our needs, but Vrbo would or could not follow through with promised requests. The fees Vrbo charged (cleaning and administrative) should have been refunded in addition to the reservation changes that were required of us.

Upon arrival to our condo, we inspected our beds and found MULTIPLE pieces of hair, on the sheets and the pillows, first strike, second strike was a previous guest medication left in the drawer of the nightstand, third strike was a wad of hair left in the bathroom shower, fourth strike, was the floor, hair in the kitchen, and then walking bare foot your feet became black, I shouldn’t have to walk around in a condo and have my feet turn black. I called the manager and addressed the issues with her she informed me the sheets had been changed, and that maybe the dryer didn’t get the hair off… like what? And when I addressed the issue with the floor, manager stated maybe she used a dirty mop.. umm… okay… So she sent the housekeeper back to our room to fix the issues, when the housekeeper arrived she had a horrible attitude and kept rolling her eyes, as I showed her the things we had concerns with, she did put new sheets on the beds, only because we stripped the beds and had all linens in the washer, and no the manager did not call back or check in after housekeeping left. Fifth strike was when we needed to use silverware they were dirty and still had previous guest food left on them… sixth strike was the dishwasher had a horrible rotten smell. Seventh strike was the smell of the condo, it smelled like rotten noodles the WHOLE time. Eighth strike was on the walls tons of spilled things, gross. Ninth strike, the pictures posted on the website of the condo and area are deceiving.

We had an incredible time at Ocean Point. Plenty for the kids to do both in and out of the sun: swimming, fishing, sun rises, outdoor games, tennis & pickle ball and grills. Great location, quiet place to stay but short rides for adventuring. Condo was clean and had initial complementary necessities. Thank you!! We hope to visit again!

This place was perfect. Clean and comfortable and had all the things we needed for the pool and beach. Nice community. The games below the building were a fun suprise. Check in was a breeze. We love coming to the keys to dive and will stay here again. Island grill is fun for happy hour (the food was meh) and you're a short drive to a bunch of great restaurants.

The condo was exceptionally clean and beautiful. The pool and hot tub were great as well. I was also very impressed with the communication regarding our stay. I would definitely return, and I recommend staying here!

Lovely apartment in a beautiful small complex for our family of five. Very well equipped and super clean. Pool area excellent. Felt very safe and chilled, perfect base to explore the Keys.

We love Ocean Pointe. The condo was perfect for the four of us. I would say the only issues we had was the condo could use come deep cleaning and new shower curtains( mold on the bottom) and the ice maker was broken. I give it 4 stars. The owners were very helpful.

Great communication with owner from the very beginning. Informative information of the area's activities and the condo itself; they even sent a list of restaurants that would be open Christmas Day while we were there. Clean and organized; had everything we'd need to cook ourselves if we wanted. Room enough for the 6 of us that stayed. It was a wonderful experience!

My husband and my month-long stay at Ocean Pointe was close to perfect. The unit was clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed. The view was even more beautiful than the photos show. The biggest drawback was the tiny balcony. There is barely room for two people to sit. Thankfully the railing is open, so we could dangle our legs through it. We did enjoy our time on the balcony, though. In addition to the beautiful view, it was private, and nice to see and hear birds and other creatures. The property’s cats are also enjoyable to watch. The unit itself is small, but great for the two of us. We had five adults in the unit for a weekend and it was rather cramped, mostly because the second BR closet was locked, so suitcase space was limited. The unit was updated, in excellent condition, and tastefully and comfortably furnished. We both worked from the unit and had no problem with the wi-fi. The smart TVs were a plus. Jennifer, the owner, was very responsive, and provided lots of helpful tips to make our stay the best it could be. The property had it all too – a lovely beach with gradual ocean access (easy to launch a paddleboard) and lounge chairs, a beach side café and bar, a large pool, a hot tub, a pool bar, chairs by the pool, and security so the beach and pool are private and don’t require a fob for access. We hope to stay at this unit again!

We were delighted to stay at Condo 3, residence 3303 because it was clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. We had a nice view of the ocean in the master bedroom and in the living room. The kitchen had everything that we needed. I loved the very soft king mattress that supported my bad back! The shower was large and updated. We couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay! Joyce

We had a great trip to Ocean Pointe again this year. The condo was just as described. The view was great from both the bedroom and living area. We enjoyed the pool everyday. There are lots of activities and restaurants in the area.We are hoping to come back again next year!

Loved the layout of the resort and the location. Pool was very nice. Get up and go out to the end of the pier to get a great view of sunrise. Our host was very responsive to a couple of questions. Only slight negative was the spotty WiFi at times. We would stay there again for sure!

This condo was in a great location, safe, clean, well furnished and has excellent amenities. I could tell they put a lot of thought and effort into the unit. I only wish they had more of a pantry for food. It was a great stay overall.

Clean. roomy. super comfy bed in master. Beautiful condo with fantastic view of water. Able to see dolphins jumping in the water. Small beach on property. Boat ramp and slips available. Plenty of parking. Just over 2 hours to key west. Would stay again.

Nice clean space. Could hear children playing upstairs and running toys across the floor. Quite a few slamming doors. Place was perfect for our needs. 24hr guarded gate made us feel a bit safer.

The host was responsive, the decor was nice. The big disappointment was that the property was listed as beachfront and it is not beachfront, there is only a minimal view of the ocean.

This place is so cute! Tastefully decorated and it would be a perfect location if you have a boat or are going diving. The balcony is really tight so it’s hard to utilize for relaxing and watching the view. It’s not rectangle but a wedge shape so narrow entrance makes it awkward and there are just barstools so not relaxing. The master tub is really awkward and deep built on a platform I think someone with mobility issues may have problems stepping out. Communication was great. When we arrived there was a bad smell and the ac helped circulate and diluted it a bit . Sean offered to send housekeeping over but we were so exhausted when we got there and were just there a few days for dive trip we just let him know so he can check on it later. He was very responsive. The beach is not sandy but more rocky. They had fishing and beach towels and cooler just about anything you could think of. The sofa bed mattress needs replacing it was stained snd did not have sheets to fit so don’t plan on using that for a bed. There is a 3 rd twin in the 2 nd room it’s a trundle so ok for a kid hard to make the bed and hard for an adult to get into because of space we had to move table to get to it. But a nice option for kids

This seemed like a “really good deal” so our expectations were not high. My husband and 18yo daughter -last vacay before college- seeking peace and quiet and ocean-those were are requisites. The home was spotless and homey. *Large rooms -lot of storage - it was really nice that both rooms had adjoining private bathrooms-beds were great-extra bedding and pillows-towels a plenty. Elevator -no stairs necessary- within walking of an awesome pool, tennis courts, pickle ball. We drove (health reasons) but could easily have walked to the private beach. Everything was SO quiet, and the people who were around, at the pool, or staff who were ALWAYS within eyesight walking the property, all friendly, accommodating. The pool was a great set up, high end food truck right there for a bite, two amazing bar/drink tenders-personable and fun. The beach, was so quiet and private, my daughter and I spent most of our time there- nobody around-it was exactly the quiet escape we needed to unwind. Really nice pier to stroll first thing in AM. Our balcony overlooked a conservatory -green foliage for miles. Perfect spot for a book or solace. Kitchen appliances new, with an island for eat/talk. Close to grocery, local restaurants, diving, public beaches everything. Living area was spacious w nice tv. Had to reach out to property manager for help and she was instant and personable, followed up to make sure of no other problems. If you’re looking for quiet and comfort and welcoming, highly recommend!

The unit was exactly as described and exceeded our expectations. It had everything we needed including many extras such as beach towels and coolers that one might not have if flying in. The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked several meals including our catch from a fishing charter. The location was great as it is about halfway between Islamorada and Key Largo for restaurants, breweries, Robbie’s to feed the Tarpon and more… It’s a quick trip to the grocery store and shopping area in Tavernier. We were able to take morning walks to a couple of coffee places. We would definitely stay here again!

The place was clean and nice location. The cafe was closed do to construction (that is Ok would have liked to have known since that was one of the reasons we picked the was place). Check out was 9am (that was started butall of our neighbors were 10) when i ask for a late checkout i was told no because they have other checking in. We were only there 3 nights check in is 5 thats 8 hours. At 8:48 we were almost ready suitcase at the door. The cleaning lady knocked, when told her we still had 10 minutes, she said the other people had a late check out, she wanted to get done.This is the 5th vacation rental I have had this year and I have never given anyone a bad review

Our stay was fantastic. The AC didn’t work when we arrived, but was promptly fixed. Everything you could want in a kitchen was there. Enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location and accommodations for our family of 4. Easy car ride to Key Largo and Islamorada. Communication with the owners was retuned quickly. Highly recommend!

This condo is very beautifully decorated and well equipped. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Since the bedrooms are situated at the back of the condo you just need to keep the blinds closed or else anyone walking past can look right into the rooms. Also don't have an ocean view because the trees have grown so tall between the building and the ocean but that did not bother us that much. Very short walk to the swimming pool and beach with pier although we did not use these. We used this condo as a base to explore the Keys, go scuba diving, kayaking and a number of other activities. There are also many fantastic restaurants nearby. Will definitely recommend this place to friends and will stay here if we come to Keys again.

The condo was on the second floor near stairs so no need to use elevator to arrive/depart each time. The only reason I took off 1 star is that there was trash in the wooded area off balcony- an eye sore. That’s on the Ocean Point property managers not condo owner. We loved sitting in the balcony and enjoying the beautiful water view. The condo was very clean and the beds were very comfortable! There were plenty of towels and supplies. One of the best features of this condo is its location off Hwy 1! There is a traffic light to assist getting on and off the hwy easily and safely. Plenty of parking close to the condo. The pool area was clean and the pool was nice. We ate at Yo-yo’s food truck one day for lunch. It was good. This is a great place to stay while visiting the upper keys!

Condo is located on quiet key and is close to everything; John Pennekamp SP, restaurants, snorkeling, boat/katak rentals, everything you need. Check in and communication with property owner was easy. View from the condo are beautiful. We watched the sun rise every morning from the balcony. There is a very nice pool and hot tub. The condo has everything you need. The washer and dryer is a plus! We would definitely stay here again.

She finally gave us our tag and the remainder of stay was without incident. The bar, cafe, and poolside restaurant was all closed down which we were looking forward to having that accommodation. All in all, 5 star because the host and his condo were all five stars! Highly recommend, would definitely stay again. Thanks Sean!

Beautiful condo We loved feeding the cats daily and watching the sunrise from the balcony Nice pool area but pricey drinks!

We traveled for our son’s Spring Break, scheduled a bit earlier than most. This location was perfect -beautiful area and views, activities and restaurants were very close, our days were spent together quietly and without crowds. The condo was extremely clean and cared for regularly, super comfortable and cozy, had all we needed in the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms, and many pool and beach extras/toys - exactly as advertised. The check in was smooth and easy - they were ready for us! Staff was friendly and helpful with questions, and they kept the pool and private beach very clean. A bonus - we had sunny, warm days, and both the pool and beach water temp were perfect. There was even a food truck one day! The condo owner was responsive and available for questions, checking in to be sure we were settled. Other visitors were respectful and friendly as well. We highly recommend this rental! We stayed 7 nights, family of 5. Beautiful views from master bedroom & living area. You cannot access the beach behind unit. Small beach area, on the property near the marina. Large amounts of seaweed and trash, but the last day we were there, they were cleaning the beach area. There is a restaurant at the marina. The 7 days we were there, we tried eating there twice, but both times they were closed, despite their hours saying they were open. Pool area was nice & well cleaned. The property has 5 huge units, so the pool was crowded, but very clean & kept up well. Just get there early to get a table. Drinks at the pool bar were delicious. Unit somewhat clean. There was mold growing on both shower curtains in both bathrooms, dust & dirt on furniture, walls and floor. Couch had multiple stains, bathrooms had low water pressure during our stay. Balconies were small. Initially host was communicative. We arrived on a Sunday, & a few days before were given instructions on how to access the unit, great communication as far as how to access, and instructions for departure. A few days before arrival the host reached out and stated that elevator was down, and will not be fixed until that Monday. After 7 days of being there, Saturday night, our last night, it was working. No updates were given. Unit on the 3rd floor, so if you are traveling with young kids or elderly, it may not be the unit for you, due to elevator being down for so long. Honestly felt the property was overpriced.
