This house was beautiful. The pool and backyard was so relaxing and even tranquil early morning or late night. The property was clean and well manicured. We had a party of 12 girls and we all fit very comfortably! The home owners were great to work with and communicated quickly. This property’s pics do not do it justice!!! We had an amazing weekend here- thank you to the Martins!

We had the absolute best stay in Rockwall! This home is described modestly, it's got a great pool and pool area, lots of room for the kiddos to play, in the pool and the fenced back yard. The landscaping was very nice, pool was clean and well supplied with chairs all around. Truly our kids spent most of the afternoons outside playing and swimming. The kitchen was nicely laid out, great appliances and all the surfaces were clean and in good shape. The bedrooms were all very nicely decorated, well appointed bathrooms and all the towels and bedding we needed. The upstairs playroom / bedroom was a great place for the kids to go and hang out, there is a foosball table and board games for everyone to enjoy. There is also a game room with an xbox that worked great for our crew, along with a retro arcade machine that was a lot of fun too. Located in Rockwall, close to shops and restaurants downtown and just across the street from a nice walking trail, this house is on a quiet street easy access from Dallas but almost felt like it was in the country. I would recommend to anyone, it was the perfect oasis for our family to get some down time and enjoy each other.

Wonderful home, very spacious! It did have everything we needed! We enjoyed the pool everyday! The pool was cold as it is very shaded. We wish the hot tub would have came on a little earlier than 7:00pm, with having little ones we could have spent more time in there since the pool was cold. The little kids loved the space they had to play upstairs and downstairs. The yoga room was a big hit for their dancing while listening to their music on there Tones music box! While we adults played chess or foosball. Great Texas Vacation home for the Iowa Family!

Our family had a wonderful time at this property. All of us, from adults to children, loved the back yard area with the pool and hot tub. Some enjoyed playing ping pong, some walking the trails across the street and some watching football and since there were two large TV’s, everyone was able to view their favorite game. We made most meals at the house and appreciated that the kitchen was well stocked. The home is large and we had plenty of space. We actually brought an air mattress with us and used it in the yoga room to have another bedroom and that worked well. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this home!

This place is amazing. It's HUGE!! Wonderful neighborhood and very quiet. Plenty of room and the host have everything you need and more. Kitchen was stocked and they even provided coffee. Bed were comfy and the pool was incredible. The hosts were very nice and answered all questions promptly. I could have stayed a month. Will definitely stay next time I'm in town.

The house was large and perfect for our family stay and wedding. We were very pleasantly surprised that we could see the 4th of July fireworks display from the backyard deck. Great amenities…kitchen fully stocked, pool and spa, play room with games and toys for all ages, large great room area for our family to gather, beautiful view and walking path at the small lake directly across the street and a full service grocery store 1/3 of a mile away.

PROs: * clean and well maintained * beautiful home and pool * large kitchen, den & game room for family to gather * comfortable beds * well appointed kitchen & linens CONs: * could have used 1 more full bath downstairs - there was a beautiful en suite bathroom for the master bedroom, a full bath upstairs for the game room/bunk beds, a half bath by kitchen, but then the other 3 bedrooms had to share a full bath. It was workable, but not preferable. Overall, it was a fabulous trip. We plan to return. It gave us a wonderful opportunity to spend time with each other and lots of room to do it. Definitely recommend!

Such a beautiful home and you can tell they have taken the time to anticipate your every need! The house was spotless and there were extra blankets and towels. All the appliance were newer. It was in a great location in a beautiful neighborhood.

Went to Dallas on a couples trip and this house was perfect! Super clean and so much space and entertainment we really could have stayed in the house the whole time. Communication with the owner was great and we were unbothered the whole trip. The location is about 40 min from central Dallas but we were aware of this when we booked. The neighborhood was super nice and there's a beautiful lake nearby that you can actually see from the back yard. The only con we had was the hot tub is only open/on from 7pm-10pm but we reached out to the owner and he was able to turn it on for us outside of those hours which was perfect!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful home in Rockwall. The check-in process was very easy, the home was spotless on our arrival and the host was accessible and responsive. The house worked great for our group of five adults and one child and also easily accommodated our local family members when they came for dinner or to play. We look forward to returning to this house again.

I held a retreat for my remote team to all come together for a long weekend to connect and relax. This place was excellent! Everything was super clean and the place smelled good. It was so much larger than I imagined it would be and it was a great size for 8 of us. We could have easily had a couple more people comfortably as well. The backyard was beautiful and the pool and hot tub were awesome! Communication with the hosts leading up to our stay was great. They were super helpful and responded very quickly. Highly, highly recommend!!

This property is located away from the traffic and crowds of DFW. The home is within walking distance of many necessities (large Kroger, pharmacies, fast food, etc.). The home was beautiful. It was clean, well maintained, and large enough for our group of 6 adults, 4 teenagers, and a child. We would definitely use this home for another stay!

We visited Dallas for a family wedding. We had great communication with Ryan and Roxy before, during, and after our stay. The property was perfect for our family and the location was in great proximity for all of our events. The weather did not cooperate as much as we would have liked but we did get to use the pool one day and we took advantage of the walking trails right across the street each morning. The beds were comfortable and there was a lot of room for us to spread out and gather to spend time together. I highly recommend this property:)

This property did not disappoint. The location is perfect to everything. Location in neighborhood is perfect as well. Very spacious. All rooms have more than adequate room. All the beds were very comfortable. We did not get to utilize the pool or hot tub but seemed very well maintained. Definitely 10 out of 10

We had a wonderful stay at Ryan & Roxy's property. We came to town for our son's wedding at The White Sparrow Barn, Quinlan, TX. The home was very clean, and looked exactly like the listing noted. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and the game room. The open gathering area on the main floor was also great for our group! Ryan went above and beyond, he even helped with recommendations for where to host the rehearsal dinner for our son's wedding, which also turned out great. Very quick and responsive to all of our questions. Highly recommend this property and these hosts!

Went to Dallas on a couples trip and this house was perfect! Super clean and so much space and entertainment we really could have stayed in the house the whole time. Communication with the owner was great and we were unbothered the whole trip. The location is about 40 min from central Dallas but we were aware of this when we booked. The neighborhood was super nice and there's a beautiful lake nearby that you can actually see from the back yard. The only con we had was the hot tub is only open/on from 7pm-10pm but we reached out to the owner and he was able to turn it on for us outside of those hours which was perfect!

We stayed here for our annual ladies trip, and it was a great and clean home! The location was perfect. We are part of the boat club at Lake Rockwall, so this home was very convenient. Plenty of space for the four of us to spread out. The host was always very prompt and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. We spent an entire day in the gorgeous pool!

We had the absolute best stay in Rockwall! This home is described modestly, it's got a great pool and pool area, lots of room for the kiddos to play, in the pool and the fenced back yard. The landscaping was very nice, pool was clean and well supplied with chairs all around. Truly our kids spent most of the afternoons outside playing and swimming. The kitchen was nicely laid out, great appliances and all the surfaces were clean and in good shape. The bedrooms were all very nicely decorated, well appointed bathrooms and all the towels and bedding we needed. The upstairs playroom / bedroom was a great place for the kids to go and hang out, there is a foosball table and board games for everyone to enjoy. There is also a game room with an xbox that worked great for our crew, along with a retro arcade machine that was a lot of fun too. Located in Rockwall, close to shops and restaurants downtown and just across the street from a nice walking trail, this house is on a quiet street easy access from Dallas but almost felt like it was in the country. I would recommend to anyone, it was the perfect oasis for our family to get some down time and enjoy each other.

This property did not disappoint. The location is perfect to everything. Location in neighborhood is perfect as well. Very spacious. All rooms have more than adequate room. All the beds were very comfortable. We did not get to utilize the pool or hot tub but seemed very well maintained. Definitely 10 out of 10

This property is located away from the traffic and crowds of DFW. The home is within walking distance of many necessities (large Kroger, pharmacies, fast food, etc.). The home was beautiful. It was clean, well maintained, and large enough for our group of 6 adults, 4 teenagers, and a child. We would definitely use this home for another stay!

My family stayed here along with some family friends. We had a total of 9 people, 5 adults and 4 kids. There was plenty of room for us all. The pool and hot tub were great and the neighborhood was really quiet. The host was great and answered all of my questions promptly. It's super close to a Kroger that has a Starbucks as well as a deli inside which made it really easy to grab a snack without having to drive a long distance. If you are looking for a place to just hang out and relax this is a great place to do it.

Great Amenities - The house was perfect to relax, whether the game room, board games, pool or hot tub, it was a relaxing time. We can\'t say enough good things about the house an the owners. We live in Rockwall and needed a large space for family traveling in for our family Christmas celebration. There was more than enough room for sleeping as well as a large kitchen and living area for us all to gather. The “kids” had a great time with all the game tables and video games. The privacy of upstairs allowed them be a bit louder without bothering the adults downstairs. We will be using this property again for future family gatherings.

Our family had a wonderful time at this property. All of us, from adults to children, loved the back yard area with the pool and hot tub. Some enjoyed playing ping pong, some walking the trails across the street and some watching football and since there were two large TV’s, everyone was able to view their favorite game. We made most meals at the house and appreciated that the kitchen was well stocked. The home is large and we had plenty of space. We actually brought an air mattress with us and used it in the yoga room to have another bedroom and that worked well. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this home!

The house was large and perfect for our family stay and wedding. We were very pleasantly surprised that we could see the 4th of July fireworks display from the backyard deck. Great amenities…kitchen fully stocked, pool and spa, play room with games and toys for all ages, large great room area for our family to gather, beautiful view and walking path at the small lake directly across the street and a full service grocery store 1/3 of a mile away.

It was workable, but not preferable. Overall, it was a fabulous trip. We plan to return. It gave us a wonderful opportunity to spend time with each other and lots of room to do it. Definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! It was perfect for our family. The home was beautiful, comfortable, and had all the amenities needed to make our stay enjoyable and relaxing. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, yet close to everything. A few minor issues came up during our visit, but they were addressed and resolved promptly, which we really appreciated. Host were professional. respectful, responsive, customer service oriented. The only thing that would have made our stay even better would have been having the hot tub heated in the mornings and earlier in the evenings, especially during the cooler spring temperatures we experienced during our stay. Other than that, everything was fantastic, and we truly enjoyed our time here, making core family memories. If we are all back in the area a in the future we the would definitely stay again.
