Located in Hot Springs, this condo is in a rural area and on the waterfront. Bathhouse Row and Buckstaff Bathhouse are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Hot Springs National Park and Lake Ouachita State Park. Check out an event or a game at Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort, and consider making time for Magic Springs and Crystal Falls, a top attraction not to be missed. Great condo on the river front. We enjoyed our stay. Neighbors were friendly. River was great for floating and swimming. Location was a little bit out into the countryside - great for quiet evenings and star gazing. Many people fished from the river - we did not. Would definitely recommend to friends. Great price!

The unit was exceptional. Fully stocked kitchen. Beds slept great! Soo clean! Riverview beautiful. Great fishing off the dock just outside the unit. We will definitely be back.

Great location for a quiet getaway! The water is 20 feet from the back porch and a good spot for swimming and fishing. We found the games to be a great addition for family fun. Only thing that I would suggest for over the top is a small fire pit out back too for roasting marshmallows or hot dogs. Overall, a great spot to have a little getaway.

This place was beautiful! Out on the lake in a great gated community yet away from the fast paced city. Most stores, shops 20 minutes away but small town eatery near by.

The bedroom down stairs got a little hot at night but other than that, this is a great place to come check out! Everything was clean and tidy. Our purpose for being there was to find somewhere to paddle board. The board walk there along the river bank is well up kept and made for an easy transfer to and from the water. Fishing was also pretty decent from the board walk as well.

Where to begin?This unit is nestled in between 2 larger condos. The floor plan, however, allows privacy. You have your own special marked parking spot right in front of the door. So easy to unload and pack back up.Very nice and considerate people staying/iiving there.After 8 hours of driving, we walked in and there were snacks and waters.The unit has every single amenity you can think of. 2 coffee pots (one a Keurig).While it is on the small side, it was perfect for us. We are a retired couple. Because of snoring, we utilized both bedrooms.It is most tastefully decorated without being too much.There were plenty of paper products, bath and shower products.The open concept in the kitchen was my favorite. We don't have that at home, so it was nice being able to cook, watch TV and talk to each other all at the same time.OH and the back porch!!! Right on the Lake. We sat out back, grilled out one night, watched the boats and jet skis.It was one of our best stays.

Such a beautiful place! The view from the back patio was AWESOME. Had everything we needed and then some. Parking was great as there was always a spot for us right in front of the place. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay here. The condo is in a nice quiet area on the river and not too far from activites nearby. We had a fantastic trip to Garvan Woodland Gardens and enoyed fishing and swimming.

The place was great for us - beautiful view. Nice boardwalk style sidewalk around the property by the water. It was a little chilly during our stay but could really see the penitential for a great place in warmer weather. Four adults (2 couples) - plenty of space. Not a far drive from anything you needed or wanted to do, but a little away from everything, which was lovely.

It was a great experience staying at this condo. Super serene surroundings. Close to town, but felt like you were in your own little personal world at the condo. Would definitely recommend. It was the cleanest and most tastefully decorated VRBO we have ever stayed in!

My husband and I stayed two nights with two of our kids. The house was clean, comfortable and the location was perfect! The kids loved being right on the water. The mist rising from the river our first night was a pleasant surprise for all of us! Everyone we ran into was so friendly and helpful. We love Arkansas and can’t wait to come back again!

We enjoyed our stay, space worked well for my family. It’s feels a little remote so make sure you get what you need from the store before you settle in for the night. Loved that they had dish ware for little kids, we’ve stayed a few places and haven’t seen that before. Rooms were a little small. AC kept the place nice and cool. My kids grabbed the welcome snack as soon as we got there. So that was appreciated. Place was well stocked.

We need a bigger bed than a double to sleep comfortably. So ended up sleeping in different beds. Larger size beds would be appreciated. Loved the lake view and the vaulted ceilings. Having a dvd player was nice. Thank you!

The hosts were EXTREMELY responsive on calls, made the check- in process so smooth and even left snacks and water for us! That was a first and we stay with VRBO properties at least 5 times a year. My ONLY complaint is the HVAC situation doesn't cool the bathroom or main bedroom. We were a little warm in those rooms, but still a very pleasant stay.

The property was wonderful and well appointed for our family of four. The patio area has a great view to the lake. My family and i had a very busy 4th of July weekend. We did not spend much time in the home during the day. The only draw back for me, was that the home does not cool well. I sleep hot and have hot flashes. The only means to cool the home is the window unit, and ceiling fans. The guest in the loft bedroom said that they felt ok at night, because the unit was near. But the main bedroom was hot the entire time. And taking a hot shower with no air circulating was rough. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay and will recommend this condo. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

Very clean, plenty of amenities. Needs a better air conditioner, i recommend a mini split...the bedroom was too warm even with the door open. No central ac in the place. I would stay again if the price was lower, but not for what I paid this time, over 200 a night. Its right on the river but there is no privacy as it is a duplex style building....quadplex if thats a thing.

The home is incredibly clean, well appointed, and exceptionally comfortable.We appreciated the clear directions to the location, for entry, and for checkout.The water really is just steps from the property and provides the perfect spot for morning coffee, a bit of yoga, or just observing nature. We were en route to a different location and even looked for availability for our return trip becasue we enjoyed it so much.

Communication leading up to the day of rental could have been better, I reached out to "Lita" a week or two prior to check in about adding a night but never heard back, wasnt a big deal, ended up not needing the extra night after all so other than that small blip everything else was spot on

This place was precious! It is close enough to Hot Springs to do all the fun Hot Springs things and yet it feels as though you’re at a lake retreat. The condo was very comfy and clean. The owners were great to communicate with. The location is phenomenal! I would highly recommend!

Super cute & felt “homey” when you walked through the door! Very clean & everything you need for kitchen & bathroom. Loved the river view, very serene. Our host was very accessible and she responded immediately with a question we had. Easy & relaxing visit.

Great condo on the river front. We enjoyed our stay. Neighbors were friendly. River was great for floating and swimming. Location was a little bit out into the countryside - great for quiet evenings and star gazing. Many people fished from the river - we did not. Would definitely recommend to friends. Great price!

Very clean and well kept. We enjoyed peaceful mornings sitting on the lakeside patio. Good central location to Hot Springs and other parks in the area as well as a wide variety of restaurants.

We loved everything about our stay. The condo is in a perfect location, right outside of town. The backyard view is amazing. I would highly recommend it to anyone!

I loved staying here so much! Although it was only for 1 night, it was super cozy and peaceful! It was close enough to town, but also far away enough that it stayed quiet.

This place was beautiful! Out on the lake in a great gated community yet away from the fast paced city. Most stores, shops 20 minutes away but small town eatery near by.

We had a wonderful time. 10 min. drive to downtown Hot Springs and Oaklawn. Next time we'll be sure to bring our fishing poles.

We enjoyed our stay, space worked well for my family. It’s feels a little remote so make sure you get what you need from the store before you settle in for the night. Loved that they had dish ware for little kids, we’ve stayed a few places and haven’t seen that before. Rooms were a little small. AC kept the place nice and cool. My kids grabbed the welcome snack as soon as we got there. So that was appreciated. Place was well stocked.

The unit was exceptional. Fully stocked kitchen. Beds slept great! Soo clean! Riverview beautiful. Great fishing off the dock just outside the unit. We will definitely be back.

The hosts were EXTREMELY responsive on calls, made the check- in process so smooth and even left snacks and water for us! That was a first and we stay with VRBO properties at least 5 times a year. My ONLY complaint is the HVAC situation doesn't cool the bathroom or main bedroom. We were a little warm in those rooms, but still a very pleasant stay.

Our family stayed at the lake house for several days and found it so relaxing. The guys were at the lake first thing in the morning and every single evening trying to catch some fish, although they didn’t have as much lucky as they hoped. Lol.The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to cook dinner at the house a few times while we were there which was really nice. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again if we’re ever back in the area.

In town to connect with a schoolmate after 45 years. The property is very clean, comfortable and easily accessible. Love the view of the river and enjoyed the serenity of the peaceful surroundings. Enjoyed coffee each morning on the patio. The squirrels are friendly too.

We had a wonderful weekend stay. The condo exceeded our expectations. Very roomy, very clean, and a great location for a nature loving weekender! Being on the water was everything. We ate breakfast and watch the river come alive each morning. Thanks for a great break from the busyness of city life!

Where to begin?This unit is nestled in between 2 larger condos. The floor plan, however, allows privacy. You have your own special marked parking spot right in front of the door. So easy to unload and pack back up.Very nice and considerate people staying/iiving there.After 8 hours of driving, we walked in and there were snacks and waters.The unit has every single amenity you can think of. 2 coffee pots (one a Keurig).While it is on the small side, it was perfect for us. We are a retired couple. Because of snoring, we utilized both bedrooms.It is most tastefully decorated without being too much.There were plenty of paper products, bath and shower products.The open concept in the kitchen was my favorite. We don't have that at home, so it was nice being able to cook, watch TV and talk to each other all at the same time.OH and the back porch!!! Right on the Lake. We sat out back, grilled out one night, watched the boats and jet skis.It was one of our best stays.

Upon arrival, we noticed a few small things missing that were mentioned in the welcome message—there were no bottles of water in the refrigerator, and the sugar packet for coffee was old and hardened, which made our morning coffee a bit tricky. This was a last minute getaway for my daughter and I and it exceeded my expectations. The entire condo was clean and ready for much needed R&R before she becomes a first time mom. The window unit reminded me of my childhood home and was sufficient and complimented the weather perfectly. I definitely look forward to using this condo in the near future as an affordable option.

Our stay was awesome! After a week of road tripping through a new hotel every night…this gem was extremely clean and had all the little things our family needed. Our only complaint was that the towels were soo soft and new, that we got covered in blue fuzz from the towels. The hosts and property were great.
