Beachfront Studio-South Beach-Miami

It was exactly as advertised. Studio. One room and its a small room with the kitchen counter, small eating area and day bed. Took me a few minutes to figure out how to work the bed to make the bottom come out, but it was clean and neat. Pool area was nice. Owner was easy to communicate with and responded to my questions quickly and clearly. Just remember its a small room.

We had a great visit. The area around the property is really nice. The pool area is safe and the beach is very close. Loved walking down the path by the beach and nearby parks. We found a couple stores close by also and there are a lot of restaurants and bars really close.

Stayed here with my husband 2 nights before our cruise and we loved it. It's super clean and decorated so cute with a beach theme. AC is cold, bed is comfy, shower is big with great water pressure and it's super quiet. It's on the top floor so no one stomping around above you and we never heard people on either side of us.The TV has lots of different channels to watch. The location is fantastic. Very short walk to the beach. Walk through the pool area, over a walking/bike trail and down the path to the beach. The complimentary beach chairs and umbrella are a huge plus. They set everything up for you with a little table and the guys are really nice. We did give them a few bucks tip after they set it up for us. Watch for the iguanas around the pool and outside the gate. Some are huge and others are smaller and bright green. So cool! I was the dork taking pictures of them lol There is a place to wash your feet and shoes at the pool too when you come back from the beach. Definitely want to use that before going back to the room. There is a small market down the street and around the corner that has just about everything you would need. Even duct tape that we needed to repair a suitcase. And they make great sandwiches. There's also a beautiful park just steps away with a playground. Yes, it is small but it was just fine for my husband and I. For the price and location, this place can't be beat. We've already booked it again for next year.

This property is literally on the beach. Very neat and clean room with additional beach amenities like beach chairs, towels, complementary beach umbrella and chairs on the beach. Gary is super responsive and the discounted parking of $3.25 per day, is awesome to get in that area. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you Gary.

We have stayed here around six times and we always have a wonderful trip. The hosts are responsive, the unit is clean and has everything you need. The card for chairs and umbrella saves you a lot of money. It’s very conveniently located right next to the beach. We will keep coming back at least annually.

This is our second time staying at this location. It is very affordable, considering it has such quick access to the beach. The pool is nice and the outside areas are clean and safe. A close walk to many amenities and good restaurants. The internet wasn't working during our stay, which was just a minor inconvenience. But the owners were quick to reply when it was reported. We would definitely come back to stay here again.

Located near everything you would want: beach out the back door, good restaurants within blocks, CVS and Wallgreens couple blocks away, beach walkway up and down beach nice with biking allowed, beach lounges and umbrellas nicely managed.Studio apt. took a little time to get used to but after one day we were good. Apt. had all necessities and was clean. Wi-fi worked well, cable TV stations plentiful.Visitor parking available with owner visitor permit.

Everything was great except the lift does not work from time to time and being on the 3rd floor can be problematic for some. Do not eat at Montana’s, they rip visitors off on the bill. BIG NO NO for Montanas.

Checking in via lockbox was great, everything was well described and easy to find. The apartment was on the third floor in the back and very quiet at night, no neighbors directly next door to be heard. Parking as a visitor using the residents' permit went online and worked great. The highlight was the direct access to the beautiful beach and the free beach loungers. The apartment was very clean and well equipped with everything you need. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great place all around. Clean, accommodating, location is supreme, beds were comfy, no complaints. Very grateful for our stay here.

Perfect spot! Small studio that is VERY clean, has everything you need, great access. Bed was comfortable and accommodated my 6’2” husband easily. Communication with hosts was great. Highly recommend

Older building, but clean and had everything we needed

Logement et immeuble possèdent un fort taux d’humidité masqué par une peinture. Le bruit est permanent mais dans l’ensemble le séjour s’est bien passé.

They need some heavy renovations to the property before this could be considered worth the price. The walk up to the room smelled awful and it made its way into the room as well. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the place was even smaller than it looked in the photos. You could also hear all of the neighbors yelling at each other through the night, and you needed to provide your own supplies. If you plan to never stay in the room and only want a home base while you’re out seeing the sights it might work for a few days but I personally don’t recommend staying here until some updates are made.

Kleines aber völlig ausreichendes Zimmer mit kleiner Küchenzeile, Tisch, 2 Stühlen kleinem Bad und ausziehbarem bett. Ideale Lage zum Strand oder zum Nachtleben. Viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Sehr ruhige Lage. Es könnte etwas sauberer sein, das war etwas schade.

We had a great stay, check in and check out was super simple. the apartment was small but charming, clean and super well equipped. the hosts were always helpful by chat. would go completely again!

Também tem uma ventoinha no tecto que é silenciosa. Tem uma mini cozinha que serve para fazer umas refeições rápidas. Nós só fizemos pequeno almoço e lanches. O único senão que encontramos foi não conseguirmos abrir a janela para arejar um pouco o estúdio.a cama é confortável

The location was great. The building was old, but clean. The building was a little noisy at times just because the floors are not carpeted and you can hear people in the hallway. No fault to the host just a symptom of an older building access to the beach was great. Parking was an added perk

Very well localed in South beach. It’s a studio therefore not very big, but clean and everything needed is there. On the beach, and chairs and unbrella are Free. Linens and towels are new and good quality. Exchanges with Gary were easy and fast, and he was very helpful. Only thing we would have liked was a balcony, other than that it’s perfection for a short stay before a Cruise.

Honestly, I was a little skeptical that the neighborhood would be rowdy and that it was going to be a dump because the price was so reasonable but we were pleasantly surprised to be wrong. You can hear people in the hallway well but there wasn’t a lot of traffic so it was fine. The room was small but our was all we needed

The condo was just as pictured. Perfect studio for me and my wife for a few days after our cruise. Location was amazing. Beach was beautiful and right by lots to do. It's definitely a small space, but had everything we needed. Bed was easy to pull out to make it a king.

Place was a little smaller than I imagined but the location was really great and the beach access unbeatable. Pool was also nice. Hosts were very nice and responsive.

This property is very well situated for beach fun, walks to the southern part of the island and the Ocean Drive hotels and restaurants. It is very small but has all the kitchen amenities as well as a nice shower/bathroom. A couple things that irritated me a bit (hence, 3 stars): 1) there was constant noise from the neighbor's unit because their fire alarm was on low battery and no one could enter that property and fix the situation, 2) I couldn't get the bed to pull out and widen. Twin bed is OK but queen is much better - the instructions I was given I wasn't able to follow (maybe a YouTube video link can help for future guests unless I'm the only one unfamiliar with pull-out beds).

Location is excellent. Was a very, very small room, it did the job. Shower was good. Would have been nice to have creamer for coffee. Could use some updates. Bed was ok, took up entire room when pulled out.

Grrat place, so close to the beach and nice pool area. Not great communication from property manager, took a few calls to get a hold of him to get checked in

Booked thru VRBO which was straightforward. Immediate response accepting my booking. Closer to the time received email regarding checking in procedure. Arrived at property, found key box and went in. First impression was good. The apartment is a little small after pulling the bed out and having 2 suit cases. But dont let that put you off. Shame we never got to meet Gary. Ideal location for the beach. Straight out the back gate, and roughly 5 min walk to Ocean drive night life. I would recommend and definitely stay here again. THANKYOU had a great time

We arrived a few gours earlier than expected. Nit sure if the room was ready because we waited for the check-in time anyway. We were told that if we had a car to let them know at least a day ahead of time, which we did. There was a certain place you had to park. Unfortunately the hosts left town and didnt have internet access and were unable to respond to several messages we sent trying to figure out the parking situation. The phone number they gave us went unanswered, yet Vrbo hot through on an alternate number not provided to us. We ended up driving around for close to 5 hours before Vrbo got in touch with the hosts and had them call us to explain how and where to park. Im not even going to review the room because it's irrelevant. The parking and lack of communication with the hosts automatically gives this stay a 1 star for me. I woukd never stay here again and i doubt i will even use Vrbo again. Too much stress for the start of a vacation.

Host has been responsive to queries and requests. Instructions were clear upon check-in and check-out. Nice to have a free chair and umbrella at the beach. Perfect location if you want to swim every morning/afternoon, just few steps away. My husband and I had a good time, relaxing ocean breeze. Excellent getaway from northeast blizzards.

Short 2 day stay. Very nice small condo with all necessary amenities. Owners were very nice and helpful with the check in process

The hosts were great. My husband left a few items of clothing in a drawer and Maria washed and mailed them to us! Only downside was the construction in the building next door was loud and the pool was cold and not particularly clean so we didn't use the pool - but with the beach so close we ended up not needing the pool anyway. I would recommend this property.

Nice clean little studio condo with direct access to the beach, right on the ocean facing blvd for Miami Beach for easy access to all of the great restaurants and shops. Very reasonably priced and convenient.

This was the perfect spot for a quiet location on a beautiful beach! This was just the right amount of space for my daughter and I. We were able to walk to lots of things. The Art deco district is so beautiful and unique!

It was all about the location. Everything you want is within walking distance. The hosts were very responsive. Its a small place but right next to the beach (literally ⛱️) and the main strip.
