Property is in a fantastic location, walking distance to all the central attractions of PV. Property is very clean and well maintained. Staff are generally pretty attentive to your needs. Shared working space and gym were well-equipped. If anything could be better, there was a lot of noise early in the morning. My room was right beside the breakfast area, which felt like it should perhaps be set up in the front or something so that there isn't ongoing chatter. I would also suggest that they leave coffee out later than 10am. Overall I would stay here again, but would likely request a different room.

I liked everything about it - the design, the location, my room looking right over the River Cuale, good restaurants in the neighbourhood and at the end of the day, a wonderful soak in the jacuzzi!

Over all it was nice and clean. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The jacuzzi temperature was not warm enough for my taste and the jets were not very strong.

La estancia muy bien, solo al momento de realizar el check inn la persona en turno en el mostrador le falta mejorar su servicio al huésped. La ubicación es buena, cerca de la playa y malecón Solo deberían poner en las políticas que el estacionamiento tiene un cobro por noche, ya que los clientes debemos estar al pendiente que se debe hacer un pago adicional que solo la habitación.

Great location. Friendly, helpful staff. Nice amenities - cafeteria, gym, spa. Comfortable co-working and relaxation spaces. However, the room is very small with a view of the river and the artisan market. The one issue was the WiFi would not connect in the room. It's a good choice for one person for a few days.

I loved staying at this property. Its has an artsy and minimalistic feel. Room and beddings were very clean. The hotel needs newer towels as some are old and torn and the bathroom has mold growing in some corners. Overall my stay was good and I would book again.

This is the second year I've stayed here solo. Very clean and in a great part of town. The wifi is super in this hotel and I was able to work easily in my room and the common areas. The staff is really friendly and accommodating. I would stay here again.

I booked a river view but didn't know it's only during the rain season. I had a dried up bank view. That information should have been posted during the booking process. When I checked the cleaniness of the room, I noticed the mattress pad was dirty. The staff member asked what made you look at it instead of being apologetic. I checked out the next day. Very dissatisfied.

For a place that calls itself a Co-Work center, I was surprised they did not have an encrypted wifi. They handed me a long code to enter into the wifi but neither my phone nor laptop could get the code accepted. It kept defaulting to totally 'Open.' We just ran our laptops hotspotted off our phones. But then we could do that anywhere. Plus the front desk staff was bewildered by the problem and had no new code to offer. The room itself had two temperatures: fridge and desert. The typical Mexican fan, ceiling AC run by remote is always tricky but I have usually been able to sort it out. Not this time. The cafe advertised was closed. The shower was filthy and backed up, slow draining, so the two showers we took overran the lip on the floor and flooded the bathroom floor, so use flip flops. The staff didnt care about this either. The upside? Only had to be here one night and the location is pretty central. But avoid if you can.

They would not change towels or service room because its supposed to be eco friendly; however, they wouldnt clean room even if requested. We stayed 4 nights and they would not take out bathroom trash, even after requesting it to the front desk 3 times. Room was very small with no windows. Jacuzzi was filthy, we could literally see the dirt all around the tub and the sand in the dirty water. Price advertised was deceiving, it was 2 twin beds (double occupancy/2people) yet, they charged $1000 pesos as a “guest” fee. On a good note, staff was friendly and the place is cute, small but decent and its within walking distance to “el malecon”. There are lots of stores and restaurants nearby. Be aware that the property is located in “la zona romantica” which is a gay area. So be mindful of that if you have an issue with this type of lifestyle. I would not stay there again, Im sure I could get a better place for the same price. Overall, I would not recommend this property!

it’s a perfect space for a « work-ation »: close to the city core and beach, has a shared floor or two suitable for office job, the internet connection was fast and reliable. Room is kinda small, but during my stay i did not have too much time stayed in my room. Their bed is very comfortable to sleep on and staff are very friendly and helpful.

The property is refreshingly modern. Lovely common riverside patio. Location is great…peaceful walk along the island to the Malecon. Area has plenty of eating options, feels safe and has transportation right across the street. The riverside rooms are extreme small though. With the king size bed, there is barely room to walk around the bed and no room for 2 suitcases. No counter space around the sink in the bathroom either.

I stayed there April 2022 and again February 2023. I like it because it\'s clean and "new" but I\'m not sure I\'d go back. They use an air conditioning system where they keep the hallways VERY cold and use fans above the doors to circulate the hot air out and draw cool air in from the halls. In theory it works, but practically it doesn\'t work that well. My room was always VERY warm. The best way to cool it off was to open the door all the way with the noisy fan on high. The noise and wind that the fan created wasn\'t sustainable for sleep. Also, the doors have vents in them so any noise in the halls can be heard very clearly. The shower was so weak that I felt a light rain outside would have gotten me wetter. I come from California where we have water flow restrictions. I can deal with the low flow in CA, but at this hotel it was very bad. The sink had great pressure though. The staff were friendly and very helpful if you needed anything. The location is good enough to get around the whole Zona Romantica easily. Despite the look and feel of this place being pleasant, there were enough little things that made me not like the place. I remember those to be irritating after my first stay as well. If you can find a comparably priced place with decent ratings, I\'d try that first.

Unless you reserve a suite, the rooms are impossibly tiny for a week stay. Smaller than a NYC hotel. Suite was perfect with the Upgrade. Omar was VERY helpful, thank you so much!

The room I requested wasn't provided. Construction noise was horrible. Needed to fix something regarding my A/C. I returned later to find my door completely wide open and not secure. I brought this to the attention of the staff. They didn't care and never attempted to correct the problem. Never would stay here or recommend it to anyone. Horrible experience,

I had an excellent stay at Joint Boutique Hotel. It was close to where the action is but surprisingly quiet at night. Special shout out to the front desk staff who were consistently helpful and receptive to all questions regarding the area.

Gracias en especial a los dos jovenes que se encuentran durabte el dia en escritorio de frente , siempre muy amables , con una sonrisa y muy serviciales para todas las necesidades de los huespedes , siempre que tengo algun requerimento lo resuelven de inmediato y de manera positiva. Por eso sigo regresando a este lugar, limpio , las instalaciones super comodas, en el corazon de la zona romantica y el precio es de los mejores en comparacion con otros hoteles que son mas caros y no ofrecen las mismas comodidades.

This hotel is modern, updated & in a great location. Extremely walkable to the Romantic Zone & 5 de Deciembre. Also, there is a direct path to the beach right across a bridge a block from the hotel. I was able to check in early. The room was a bit small & there were minor things in the room that could have been fixed, but honestly for the price & the location - they weren’t things that truly affected the stay. I would stay here again & I do recommend this hotel for anyone interested in staying here.

Great location in the Zona Romantica, beside the markets of Isla Cuale & only blocks to the beach. Lovely little cafe in the hotel & many other dining options nearby. We rented a fridge & used the shared water dispenser, coffee & microwave to prepare some of our breakfasts & lunches. The staff were always very helpful.

The best part of this hotel was the location! We were so close to the meeting points of many of our activities and the restaurants nearby were less touristy and very tasty. The neighborhood felt very safe at all hours of the day too. This hotel gives you exactly what you need. Bed, Shower, AC, security, and wifi.

It doesn't get any better than this for location in central PV! Positioned alongside the Rio Cuale and adjacent to the year round river island market, The Joint Boutique Hotel & CoWork literally straddles all the beach, dining and nightlife action of Zona Romantica to the south and the gorgeous historical architecture of Gringo Gulch, the galleries and fine dining venues of the Art District and of course the famous cathedral and town square immediately to the north. Other pluses: clean, simple rooms with comfortable beds, super fast internet, a lovely lobby lounge with balcony over the river and last but not least super friendly and helpful staff! Love it. Have stayed twice now.

This was a great place to stay to be in Zona Romantica and close to the beach and the Malecon. The rooms and bathrooms are not large, but the accommodations are comfortable, and the convenience and value are unbeatable.

The property is refreshingly modern. Lovely common riverside patio. Location is great…peaceful walk along the island to the Malecon. Area has plenty of eating options, feels safe and has transportation right across the street. The riverside rooms are extreme small though. With the king size bed, there is barely room to walk around the bed and no room for 2 suitcases. No counter space around the sink in the bathroom either.

This place is perfectly located in the Zona Romantica. It was lovely falling asleep by the sound of the river. It is a little removed from the craziness and touristy area on Malecon street, but still walkable which is a good thing. It's close to more authentic restaurants where the locals eat.

Excellent stay! The room was very comfortable and modern. It had all the amenities that I needed. The coffee and water in the inside lobby were added bonuses! The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean, and there were a lot of great spaces to work or just relax. I would definitely stay here again!

Overall a very clean property. The staff especially at the front desk were great and was willing to assist. My room was Standard but had a window close to the street that was very loud. The housekeepers did a great job but I think they were a little Ioud in the morning especially if someone is trying to sleep in. I asked for ear plugs but they did not have any. Expedia mentioned about free breakfast, but this hotel never offered free breakfast, so this is misinformation. I would definitely stay here again but not in a busy time when room prices are inflated and the property is too busy. Great hospitality service!

Place was awesome. Staff was friendly and the room was clean and A/C worked great which was especially nice being that PV was so hot and humid. I highly recommend. Conveniently located close to beach, great shopping, and many places to eat!

Fabulous well appointed suite, with cooking facility. Ac was wonderful after a hot day out. Staff was very accomodating. Access to filtered water and coffee in general area. Great restaurant, Whiskey Kitchen on site with yummy margaritas and great food. Definitely be back for another stay.
