Hotel was up to my expectation. Only concern is they gave me a one bedroom, even though I’ve booked for three people. I shared my comment with the hotel personnel, but nothing changed. Other than that, I had a great stay

Sensira is great for a family vacation. The kids love adventure club, trampolines, mini golf and the pools. The bartenders are good, and the service all around is great. The food is alright. The Mexican restaurant was unfortunately not great. The muzak in the lobby bar and the Pergola will drive you mildly insane. I cannot hear one more Beatles song played on Spanish guitar.

Only go if you bring your kids Complete kids resort Do not clean up seaweed If your a couple without kids avoid Or make sure you ask for a room not in front of the kids waterpark Kinda feels like a jail set up Where your viewing someone room across from you The places echoes loud because it’s an enclosed resort Just don’t book here unless you want slow service and a boring experience Only did 3 days and was happy to leave Much better resorts for your money

The food and drink service everywhere was terrible. Not enough staff for amount of people. Line ups at every restaurant and bar. There was never a bartender at the swim up bar and long lines for pool bar and pool snack bar. Unless you go down to get a cabana by 5am you will never get one and not enough lounge chairs for amount of people at the hotel. Only 1 restaurant takes reservations and there is a line starting at 8am to make the reservation. Staff were not friendly and were annoyed if you asked for anything at all. We stayed in the Amber room which was beautiful. Overall the whole experience was such a disappointment. I would never stay here again

Sensira Resort was a fine choice for my wife and two younger kids. The pools were good, and the beach front was also good; although a little on the small side. Our room had the two queen beds and were clean. The drain backed up and caused a flood but the staff fixed the problem really fast. The food was good too and had zero complaints with the quality. Sometimes the selection of the food at the buffet was lacking, that’s just me being knit picky though. Overall we had a great stay.
