Stayed 3 nights

When booking, I specifically looked for a hotel with air conditioning, and it does have one - but it's rather weak, and it shuts off during the night. So on hot days it was not sufficient and I woke up every night at 3 AM because it got too warm to sleep. I was kinda lucky that I was here at the end of summer and nights cooled down to 20C be 3 AM, so I opened a window and could then sleep again, but only until 7-7:30 AM when the street noise got too loud. So definitely not a good hotel if you need a cool room to sleep, and I would definitely avoid it in summer and likely winter. Furthermore, I thought the location was fair enough since there are several tram and bus stops nearby, but due to how bad the public transportation works in Turin, it's a rather bad location, would not recommend. Facilities and room quality were okay, some fairly good things, some kinda bad things. I only spoke to staff at check in and they were friendly and they seemed helpful, but I later learned that they omitted some important information. Oh, and the map they gave me was utter crap.

There is a tram station next to the hotel. The staff were friendly. Breakfast is minimal but typical italian, mostly sweet pastires, cereals and just taost and one type of cheese and ham. But there is a gym.

As a VIP Access Hotel, the only perk was staying on the top floor. Unfortunately, they do not have parking. They did not upgrade us to free breakfast, and to top it all off, we had a negative experience with water and shower issues. We had no water for hours, could not flush the toilet or take a shower, and the shower head was broken. We hope these issues are addressed to improve future guest experiences.
