Hotel is clean and good location, the problem is that does not have a parking lot on site, you have to pay a valet service of $58 per night which I think is very overpriced and they take your car 2 blocks away to be park, very uncomfortable,

The hotel is very nice and within walking distance of Nats Stadium. Everything about the room was great however I paid for a city view because upon trying to get a regular room it’s sold out but when I got there, the city view was not exactly what you call a city view. She put me on the second floor, which again you could barely see anything let alone the city. I had to go back down and ask for another room, and then when I got put in another room, which was on the other side of the building but same 2nd floor I literally looked at the trash bin and workers sitting out in the back. Overall, the room was great. I went back to my other room, but they really should not charge for a city view because you are getting anything but a city view unless you were up on the top three floors. Another thing that was annoying is there was a private party on the rooftop so you could not even go up to enjoy that part of the hotel.

food options in the pantry were lacking in amount and variety. several empty shelves. rooftop bar closes way to early for your friday and saturday nite times, a major loss in revenue; we saw no less than six couples and groups of 4 or more get turned away in the last 20 minutes before closing! its the weekend! you post online pics of your (perch)rooftop yet its closed during the weekdays??

elevator not working my entire stay was inconvenient. key cards randomly not working so i had to go up and down in staircase just to get a new card. uber eats not allowed to drop off my order, no food, not even metal utensils. felt like a motel experience. for the price, never staying here again

Dead rats outside of the entrance. Valet took almost an hour to get to us. We had to sit outside in the traffic in our car for that long before someone even told us what to do. We were told we had to request the car through an app but then we still had to go request it from the valet stand after waiting for it for 20 after the app request we were told to send.

On the booking page parking is advertised as valet for a 50$ fee for onsite parking. When we checked into the hotel the valet told us there was no parking available. We were told we could try to park on the street but the hotel had no spots for staying guests. I drove around for about 20 minutes I noticed there was people dressed as parking attendants on street corners and in the streets near or in front of apartment complexes charging 30-200$. We found a spot on the street parked there and checked into the hotel. Went to the baseball game for about 2 hours came back to unpack the car and had a parking ticket with a tow check on the ticket. Moved the car went back to the valet asked again where I could park. Valet told us the same thing we could try to park on the street but the hotel had no parking. I told him about the ticket he told me to try and park in a different spot.There is zero legit overnight parking available any where near the hotel. We drove around for 2.5 hours and finally went to one of the street attendants. We paid 30$ and were ushered into a shady apartment complex to park. I felt uncomfortable in the spot but it was all that we found at the time. We ran into a police officer so I questioned her about the parking. She said the street attendants parking is not legit. With that information we got back in the car drove for another hour to finally find someone who gave us over night parking. We spent almost 4 hours of our trip trying to find a place to park.

Hotel was a good experience. Located in a very nice section of DC that is convenient to many tourist spots. Friendly staff. Couple downsides; the rooftop bar is highly represented in their advertising pics but has VERY limited hours. This was disappointing. Room didn’t quite cool down as much as desired and felt damp.

We stayed at the hotel for two nights. The entire first and half of the second day complained about the WIFI and how we kept getting kicked off. We were told to just keep trying. I needed to work and I had to use my HOTSPOT through my phone and used all of my data for the month. The second day we left in the morning and my daughter had bites on her legs. We didn't think anything about it. When we returned to the room later in the day, my husband told us to get off of the beds because he had a bed bug crawling on him. We looked at my daughters bed, there was a hole in the corner of the mattress and we saw several small bugs. The front desk moved us immediately from the 4thh floor to the 7th floor. We tried to do laundry, however there was no power in the laundry room and housekeeping did nothing to try to help us. We were given vouchers for the bar that we found out we could not use on alcohol after placing our order, only food. We were attending a soccer game that evening and did not have time to eat. On the 7th floor we now had internet. I called the hotel today to discuss some sort of compensations. We have had to wash our clothes repeatedly and our electronics have been in garbage bags in the garage. I was told by Alex the manger, that housekeeping found no bed bugs and they have rented the room and no one has complained. I explained I had pictures, which I did email. I was also told they are going to have an exterminator company come and they will send me the report

Air conditioning not working in our room on arrival and then not in the lobby. Bathroom door was warped so that it would not close. Floors were sandy. Restaurant nice but over priced. No decaf coffee in the hotel.

Decor is great. Booked a king bed for one night yet they did not have that when I arrived and given a double queen bed room. One of the beds had a nasty sex stain on the sheets. The AC air inlet whistled and the compressor was loud as hell. I literally was never able to sleep. Could not get the TV remote to open the guide. Overall pretty poor experience.

Very clean, modern, spacious, I enjoyed pretty much every aspect. Shower was nice, the bathroom was large, the corner suite had plenty of windows for sunlight and it was just very comfortable overall. Will stay again

Found hair on bathroom floor near trash can. Found a rag that maybe the housekeepers used. It was in a chair. Remote was sticky. The sheets had tears in them. Otherwise great for attending baseball game. Valet service was expensive but great.

The rooms are spacious, clean and modern. We did not eat at the restaurant, but their options looked good. This hotel is within walking distance of the Washington Nationals ball park and the Audi soccer field. It is also very close to grab the metro. The hotel staff was very friendly. We used the valet for the car.

I found multiple bedbugs in the bed. It completely ruined my stay being that it was my last night at the hotel. They didn’t do NOTHING about it even after I spoke to them and showed them a video!!

The hotel was nice and the staff were very nice and friendly. The food at the restaurant was also good (but a bit pricey) The main issue we had was that the whole hotel stunk of weed. Including our room. I don’t know how the management let that happen but it’s such a distracting smell through the whole building. The parking is also 55$ a night unless you can find a spot on the street.

Pros- Very close to Nats stadium, clean, has a bar/restaurant (although it closed early bc it was slow on Friday night…we had planned to come back after our excursion and eat there, so that was disappointing but we just used door dash). Cons-the doors slam in the hallways so loud and echo that it literally sounded like a gunshot all night and day. Also, I could hear the people in the next room so clearly I could follow their conversation. I would personally not stay again because of the noise.

Great hotel with wonderful staff! Yes if you read the reviews about the AC yes they are true. The rooms can't really get to the 68 you set them for, but again the humidity is horrible this year. We will definitely stay here again. It was super clean and walkable to everything.

Music is LOUD until 11PM EVERY NIGHT. You will not be able to sleep until past midnight with all the noise coming from top floor. Management claims that there is a disclaimer stating “quiet time zone” ? Is from 11pm to 7am and they can play the music as loud as they want at the bar on top floor until then. Had I known this, I would have NEVER booked this hotel.

The property is clean and convenient to so many things in DC. The staff are friendly and helpful. The one issue I had was the lack of lighting in the rooms. The room was so dark and there was no additional lamps to help with more light. When I asked about it, the staff just said that’s how the property was built. Even just adding floor lamps would be a huge help!

Location is good. I walked to the waterfront in the morning. Hotel rooms and exterior were cleans. Everything else? Trash. The WiFi was not working. I was accompanied by two other women, both also had poor service in the room. Housekeeping did not pick up our garbage for the entire stay. They only replenished towels and fixed the bed. We were there for 3 nights. The elevator was broken. On our first night there, someone got stuck. It’s just a no for me. Save your money.

Within the first few hours of staying here. We had extra towels and sheets sent up to the room. While they came we were out of the room someone had stolen my step mothers $400 Bose headphones from inside the bedroom. We went to the front desk every single day checking in with them about it they found etc. but nothing was done to correct what happened. Every single front desk worker including the manager had no recourse to help. Also we had to have the safe completely replaced because it wouldn’t work and the rug in our room was wet so that had to get replaced as well. All in all it was not a good experience. Because we had these issues on the arriving night we wouldn’t allow anyone in the room to clean it. Sucks to start a family vacation like that with no remedy.

Disappointed in the rooftop lounge being closed. One of the amenities claimed to be offered was free bike rental, that was a flat out lie. Staff was very pressuring about valet parking , gave me attitude about unloading in the front of the hotel because thats where valet stationed. I asked for an extra pillow , never got it. Staff lied to me about parking rules for street parking and locations.

The hotel was beautiful but at times we had to wait too long to get our car from valet. Was out there for about 10-15 minutes before someone was out there. Also, called down for some extra towels and they forget to bring them up. Had to recall and they were brought up quickly.

I’m disappointed that both of our rooms were not ready until after 3 and the lack of communication. The second shift was very nice but they could only do so much. One of our rooms was not available until after 7, and that took me checking in a lot for hours. The restaurant on-site was not serving food and that was not conveyed to us either. We were given two towels and one wash cloth in our room for three people. More were requested but we did not receive them until we located some ourselves.

Wonderful to walk everywhere, the staff were professional and personable. We enjoyed the bar and the Rowhouse for Breakfast. Chris was a joy! The room was effective, and clean. The Valet was excellent. Great stay! Hope your team wins!

Area around the hotel is grimy. There is a lot of construction of condos so this will be a thriving area in a few years but right now it feels unsafe. The walk to nationals stadium is short

The amount of locals that hang out in front of the hotel is not necessary. I have been twice a year apart and it was the same thing. There should be no loitering on the front area but they are hanging out. I did not feel safe.

There is construction directly across the street from the hotel. This makes it very noisy until the construction is finished. They did not tidy our room daily or provide towels without request. The area is re-gentrifying in a year or two from now will probably be very nice. The metro is about 5 to 7 minute walk away.

Less than five minutes walk from Washington Nationals stadium. Great hotel, dinner was great. Metro station less than 10 minutes away. Lots of dining options near the stadium. Would stay again.

The hotel was clean, the staff was helpful and friendly, the valet service was outstanding. The sliding door for the bathroom in room 305 gets stuck open and should be addressed. The neighborhood was sketchy AF tho.

Small, quaint hotel with nice downstairs dining room and lounge. Disappointed cuz the rooftop lounge was only open Saturday night and that is not clear on website where pics are taken from the rooftop views, but no access except Sat.

We went to rooftop bar for appetizers and drinks and got charged a large party (20%) gratuity even though there were only two of us. This added almost $12 to our bill. The restaurant had poor service as well. We ordered dinner and drinks but the drinks never came. The food was ok but our waitress seemed totally disinterested in being there. On Sunday night the rooftop bar blasts music until 11:00 pm which makes going to sleep a challenge. It’s a good hotel from which to go to ball games but they have work to do in terms of customer service.
