Bad smell, poorly cleaned, low standard, bad maintenance. But OK for one night.

This hotel is amazing. The stuff was very nice and helpful. Helped me with my little son with the early check in. Great location, close to all main sightseeings of Vienna. Highly recommend

Stayed 2 nights

We had to wait awhile to check in but to be fair it was about 2.30pm when we arrived so just before check in began. The room card didn't work when we arrived at our room so I had to return to reception. There was a foisty smell in the bathroom which we didn't realise until late as we dropped our bags in the room and then went sight seeing. There wasn't a kettle or tea and coffee which would of been a nice addition
