Okay breakfast but not as many choises I’m used to and had barely any options for gluten and milk even though I’ve informed them when booking. No gluten free bread, milk in the egg (no bacon). Hotel was convenient for the airport. We had trouble finding the parking lot entrance when we arrived at night so had to circle the block a few times. We tried to call the hotel but couldn't get past the looped automated recording ("press 1 for English" on repeat. Would have appreciated clear directions on the website. Breakfast was OK. Fruit was rather sour and no black tea available. Helpful breakfast staff.

Great location - next to the train station: easy to get to airport or to take a train to a destination point. Also, not too far away from historical center. Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was also good. Blanket was a bit surprising - too small even for one. Staff on reception were nice and helpful. The only cons is that the hotel is cashless - one needs to report in the bank about each beer taken in the bar.

In short: the hotel is functional, being next to the train station and with easy access to public transport. The room is spacious, nothing special, but it doesn't have a refrigerator and, most importantly, a proper wardrobe. The shower in my room barely had any water, it seemed clogged; maintenance needs to keep an eye on this. A very negative point is the cleanliness; it seemed like they only changed the towels. I found the room dirty, including the bathroom, and the soap wasn't replenished. Another negative point is that they don't respond to messages, at least that's what happened to me. Otherwise, the reception staff is attentive when needed. There's no restaurant, and the breakfast is simple, without many options.

While the hotel is near the train station and the bed is comfortable and the room looks aesthetically pleasing. The housekeeping is far from ideal. I have reported my clogged sink and empty soap dispenser TWICE to the reception during my 3 night stay. But nobody eventually went to my room to fix it. I didnt bother after that. The hotel seems to be shorthanded in the reception too. Waiting time just to ask a simple matter is long. I stayed in room 232 if u would like to verify. No 5 star review for sure from me.

The location is convenient - close to the central train station and trams. Front desk staff were friendly. Breakfast was good - buffet - no separate omelet station. The rooms were comfortable, but had no safe to store valuables, no closet or drawers to store clothes, no iron in room, and rooms are cleaned every 3 days - we were there for 2 nights, so never had our room cleaned.

En 5 días no nos han realizado ningún tipo de limpieza,ni cambio de toallas, ni papel del lavabo, no hay vasos para beber ni tan solo jabón de manos , hay una jabonera que debe de servir para todo, manosz cuerpo y cabello. Las toallas son pequeñas y no vacían la papelera de la habitación. Decepcionante, no lo recomendaría.

Super basic hotel, budget, budget, budget. A good bed, warm and a TV if that's all you need then it's perfect. No extra in the room, no water, kettle, fridge etc no where to lock up belongings. Beautiful, modern but not practical. No closet, only two hooks on the wall for hanging clothes. Not even one in washroom so there is no place to hang your used towels or your clothes. No drinking water glass or cups in your room. You have to go down to reception and ask for everything such as clean towels, hot water, iron, etc. No phone in room to communicate with front desk. Room make up service is not regular too.

The hotel was a short walk to the train station which was a plus, the room very clean and modern but it had limited amenities and the streaming on the tv did not work so no English channels. The staff were nice but we had to ask for towels and pillows. The bed was comfy but it is a very modern funky vibe that wasnt what we were looking for in Vienna!

Im allen wesentlichen Punkten okay. Bett bequem, TV groß, Internet stabil, Dusche warm. Für ein, zwei Nächte würde ich wiederkommen. Für mehr als zwei Tage aber wenig Komfort: kein Schrank für die Klamotten, kein richtiger Arbeitsplatz im Zimmer, obwohl es groß genug wäre, nur eine Sitzgelegenheit im Zimmer, kein Fitnessraum, die Bar nicht gemütlich. Zur Lage: zwar direkt am Hauptbahnhof, aber dort weitestmöglich von der U1 entfernt. Dadurch ca. 20 Minuten zum Stephansplatz.

La habitación estaba en buenas condiciones y limpia. El hotel está bien ubicado cerca de la estación de trenes y camiones. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, 5 min zu Fuß vom Hauptbahnhof. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Restaurants und Cafés in der Nähe. Leider schaffen nicht alle Hotelgäste (zB wegen ihrem Alter ) das angebotene selbstständige Check-In Service zu bedienen. Das Hotelpersonal war in solchen Situationen nicht aufmerksam und nicht hilfsbereit.

First impression: I was in the check-in queue for almost 35 minutes, with only one receptionist working and 12 other guests ahead of me. The hotel itself is extremely simple and poorly equipped, so it does not match the price! The breakfast in my home is better assorted than the buffet at this hotel. Bottom line: Not bad at all, but I won't choose the same hotel next time I'm in Vienna.

Staff are very rude and defensive I book a room for 2 adults and my son 9 Years old ,one medium bed for 3 When I ask the staff for upgrade or extra bed . They said it is my problem , I can leave if I don’t want to stay . Ask to talk the supervisor . Forbidden . No cleaning for the room for 3 days . Lots of good points but also bad points about the hotel. Great location, nice and quiet, great bathroom with heated floor. No desk space, no kettle in the room, only one thin pillow and small duvet provided. Check in was fine but gave up after 20 minutes trying to order a drink from the bar one night as only one person was working the desk. Breakfast was basic and made me ill.

We arrived from Munich tired and with a hangover after attending Oktoberfest, we got in at 11 am hoping for an early check in and the staff was amazing and friendly. We were able to check in early and get some much needed rest and sleep. Thank you staff for accommodating us early, it was greatly appreciated.

Well located next to Hbf station and very close to tram stop on line D into the city centre in around 20 mins. While a little far out, the transport was regular and well connected to the city. Comfortable well thought out room design. Despite being right next to the railway line, I didn't find this bothered my sleep at night. You could hear trains on occasion, but not enough to wake you.

朝イチでザルツブルクに行くため、ウィーン中央駅近くで探していました。立地と治安が良くて安心しました。部屋は広くて快適でした。スタッフは必要最低限の会話だけですが、信頼できる回答をくれます。コスパ良いですが、オペラ座など中心部には路面電車D線で約20分かかるので中心部に徒歩圏内で行きたい方にはお勧めしません。
