$45 for parking, fire alarm went off at 11pm, the gym equipment (treadmills and peloton) run down, don't work properly. You can hear mice crawling in the walls of the gym. View are gorgeous. Room was good, shower was nice. Breakfast was boring. Bland everything. I know it's basic but even the sausage was bland. Waffles were ok, eggs... nothing special. Not for the price of this place. Save yourself the money, stay somewhere else. The amenities aren't worth it.

I had such a wonderful experience here! The most unique part about this hotel is that the lobby is located on the top floor. It has a beautiful rooftop deck. And I loved my view on the 12th floor. Conveniently located right by the Marta train.

We were going to an a event at the High Museum and this was na convenient and easy option as it is walkable. they have a nice roof top area but do yourself a favor and do NOT eat there. Absolutely inedible. But you cn at least get a drink and bag of chips.

Valet parking was full, Was told to park in the parking garage next door. It was very confusing, once I parked, It wasn’t clear what level I needed to exit from. By the time I walked the bottom floor of the parking garage and realized that I needed to have exited leve 7 (none of that was explained) As i drug my bags back to the hotel, I was a sweaty mess. It was very unpleasant. With a little clarity in the direction given by the valet, one would know what to expect when parking in the adjacent garage. By the tine I checked in I was a bit frustrated. Other than that It was fine

The breakfast was reasonable for a Hampton, but the view from the twentieth floor lounge was amazing. Be prepared to pay handsomely for vallet parking (the only option).

This hotel was amazing! We have traveled all over, and we were not expecting this Hampton Inn to be so boujee! The lobby/roof top bar was unexpected bonus. The valet parking was convenient. Breakfast was good, and round-the-clock coffee is always a win in my world! Great job Hampton Inn Midtown- For the win!!

Besides the customer service which was average, the hotel itself was nothing to wish for unfortunately. I had to change the initial room I stayed at because of the smelly carpet. The second room had an ac that was not functioning properly, and similar smelly carpet. I would not recommend this hotel.

very nice property. Clean and friendly staff. the complimentary breakfast was great and the rooftop view was beautiful. I did not like that we had to ask to get the room clean and freshen up, they dont do it unless you ask.

We spent 2 nights on Labor Day weekend the view was of a construction sight, the room smelled like wet dog, the elevators smelled like weed half the time, my car even smelled like weed after valet returned it to me. If you don’t mind paying 300 a night with that mandatory 45 valet fee then you will love it there. First time I have ever been disappointed by Hampton Inn

Peachtree St NW and 15th St NW — Peachtree is a major thoroughfare, with loud vehicular traffic at all hours. Avoid any rooms ending in 01, as these corner rooms rise directly above the the intersection. Neither the white noise of the air conditioning fan nor earplugs drowned it out.

The hotel needs an overhaul. We had to call several times to get the shampoo refilled. The lightbulb in the entry needed replaced and the room itself was very dark. The breakfast was motel quality. The cost for valet parking was ridiculous and then they expected a tip via text whenever you retrieved your car. We won't stay here again.

Very nice property conviently located. My 12th floor had a lovely skyline view. However, on Friday and Saturday nights the noise from the cars on the adjacent street was so loud as to make sleep impossible. I'm not sure what the innkeeper might do to ameliorate this disturbing situation.

Although we have always chosen hotels from this brand and, in particular, this property offers an extraordinary view, our experience this time was not ideal. From the very first moment, we had issues with the in-room appliances, which revealed the age of the hotel and a lack of proper maintenance. The refrigerator produced a constant loud humming noise, the air conditioner made repeated banging noises while operating, and the microwave presented a serious issue: its door got stuck and would not open until an engineer came a day later, just before we checked out. It is also important to note that the microwave would not stop heating and there was no way to turn it off, so we had to unplug it for safety reasons. This is the first time we have experienced issues like this at a hotel from this brand, which was especially disappointing given our previous positive experiences with Hampton Inn & Suites

Overall experience was great. My room had a pretty good view and was comfortable. I found the noise coming from the.outside louder than I expected. Black out curtain worked great but noise reduction would have been a big plus. Overall great experience, rooftop was a nice bonus, my room was very clean and comfortable. I found the dinner options to be very limited I thought it might have had a full restaurant menu , however there was a full breakfast buffet. Great location. Staff was great!

Our stay was nice. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and view from the top floor. Good area and felt safe. We walked to a local eatery. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only con was that our room was small. There were four of us staying for four nights. There were no drawers to unpack clothing and not much space for luggage. The bathroom door was a little awkward as it was a sliding door that shared with the closet. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Avoid at all costs. You simply won’t be able to sleep. You will hear the sound of heavy doors closing all night long. It’s a terribly noisy environment. Walls are paper think and doors are inadequate. Not only will you hear all the doors on your floor but the floors above as well. It is hard to believe the 4 star rating. The quality is low. Terrible experience at a high price.

I can’t really comment about the property. We arrived after an early evening flight from Seattle, drove to Midtown, only to hear that the hotel had oversold our room. I had only heard about airlines overselling but never have experienced it with hotels. It was Labor Day weekend, and we didn't get notified until we showed up at the front desk. The staff was apologetic--it's not their fault, it's Hampton's policy--so we weren't rude. They transferred us to a hotel in Dunwoody, kind of farther than we expected to be. But the hotel was nice (a Marriott property), new (8 months old), and it was comped due to the oversell of our original room. We had the choice to stay in the new property the next night or move back to Midtown. We stayed at the new hotel. It was cheaper than the original hotel, so overall it saved us money.

I never got an opportunity to stay at this property. Upon arrival, I was advised that the hotel had oversold, and there were no rooms available. Moving forward, please make sure that your systems are communicative across-the-board to ensure that availability is showing in real time. Thankfully, the front desk representatives were empathetic with the situation, this could have been combative if it were anyone else.

After back and forth they agreed to send us to a Hotel 10 miles from the original location in a part of city we did not even considered to stay and that too the room which was booked for us there did not had the amenities such as 2 separate beds that we originally requested. So now we had to figure out how to accommodate everyone on a single barely king size bed :(

The property was gorgeous, and everybody tells me out of all the hotels that were in the area that this is by far the better of the hotels which I do agree, I would have given the Hampton Inn five stars however, on my last day, which was my fifth day everything was going perfect the evening before I was supposed to check out I went down personally to the front desk, even tipped the young man across the counter And requested a wake up call for 6:30 AM so I would have plenty of time to come downstairs to eat breakfast And wait for my transportation to arrive. I never received a wake up call that morning. I would have overslept and that would’ve really been a bummer thank God I had a back up alarm clock with me, but when I requested a wake up call that I never received that kind of brought it down to four stars. That’s why I’m giving four stars instead of five. It was perfect up until that moment. Other than that everything was great every morning. They have a beautiful beautiful breakfast with a gorgeous view of the city the staff and the hotel was immaculate everything but that wake up call my name is Susan. The stay ok. They only have valet only parking and the service for valet is mediocre. The first night arriving, the valet guy sat in a vehicle never stated he was valet or asked if I needed help till after 15 mins of waiting.

I stayed 4 nights and it was excellent! All the staff were courteous and helpful; from the front desk to the valet. Everyone was very nice. The hotel was decorated for Christmas so it felt welcoming. It was clean and quiet. The location was perfect. The midtown neighborhood had a great vibe it felt like the heart of the city. I would definitely stay here again when I’m back in town.

I’ve stayed here multiple times within one year and never had such a poor experience with the staff. They were not approachable and the young gentlemen with the red hair upfront must’ve forgotten he was at work talking to paying customers. My room did not have a full ironing board but a table top board. The corner room wasn’t ready so we were only offered a downgrade. However the next morning the cleaning staff came and knocked on our door 3 times starting at 9:30AM!! How ironic.

They did not clean my room for 2 days straight eventhough I called and asked for housekeeping to do so. My room smelled like someone had urinated on the carpet and no one cleaned the carpet. I requested to be moved to another room, which they did and then charged me an additional stay....I;m fighting the charge of course. Parking is $45 a day for valet. If you don't valet then you can park next door at a pay lot that does not allow any in and out. So they have you hostage as far as parking and paying the $45 per night. Get to breakfast early or else you'll come down to a messy kitchen with warmers whose lids cannot stand up on their own; someone has to hold them up for you to get some food. Crazy!!! Never again!!! I thought mid-town would be nice...no street parking.

Overall the hotel was excellent. Convenient location across the street from a Marta location. Short uphill walk to some good options. Breakfast was very good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. If I were to list negatives it would be toilet paper is low quality and the barn doors on bathroom doors means anyone else in the room has the potential to see you. Neither are reasons not to stay at the location. Had a wonderful time.

Enjoyed the Hampton Inn and Suites Atlanta Midtown given its convenient location. It's near the Symphony Hall, restaurants and other interesting places, and is right off I-85. Valet parking is available, staff are very friendly, and rooms are well appointed and comfortable.

$45 for parking, fire alarm went off at 11pm, the gym equipment (treadmills and peloton) run down, don't work properly. You can hear mice crawling in the walls of the gym. View are gorgeous. Room was good, shower was nice. Breakfast was boring. Bland everything. I know it's basic but even the sausage was bland. Waffles were ok, eggs... nothing special. Not for the price of this place. Save yourself the money, stay somewhere else. The amenities aren't worth it.

Overall experience was great. My room had a pretty good view and was comfortable. I found the noise coming from the.outside louder than I expected. Black out curtain worked great but noise reduction would have been a big plus. Overall great experience, rooftop was a nice bonus, my room was very clean and comfortable. I found the dinner options to be very limited I thought it might have had a full restaurant menu , however there was a full breakfast buffet. Great location. Staff was great!

Pillows way too flat to rest well. Breakfast was probably the experience that gave a lower score. Both days there was not enough food and empty juice, milk, waffle batter, eggs, sausage, forks, cups. A quick one night stay. Went to check in and there was a private event going on in the bar/dining area with a DJ. I was forced to go somewhere else to get dinner and being in a business district it has very limited options for food after 5 pm.

My plane was delayed, so I didn't arrive until about 1am. The gentleman at the front desk was awake, alert, efficient, helpful and professional. The room was well appointed and clean. I got the rest I needed. Breakfast was nice, with a wonderful view. The location of this property is great. Will be staying here again when in town
