The apartment is exactly as described. Loved the space, three nice sized bedrooms and baths. Walkable and at the foot of old town. Next door the museum and near the water. Great communication. Parking a block a way. Elevator to get to our apartment. Rooftop balcony that was fun for some snacks and wine.

Excellent location and lovely amenities. The unit was very clean and the rooftop terrace was awesome. The only thing that was a bit of an issue was communication on the day of check-in was lacking as we were not sent the code needed to access the building or the unit. One other guest mentioned this had been an issue with several other people that week. We ended up phoning the management team to get it.

Fantastic space, loved having access to laundry facilities. The apartment space was cozy and quite large. Walkability was wonderful! The airport was the only car we took, everything we wanted to see was less than a 30 minute walk.

Laundry was convenient and free of charge. Well appointed kitchen. Large rooms and very clean. Wonderful stay!

This property is located by the wharf and affords access to many dining options. The only complaint that I have is that I paid for "reserved" parking prior to the trip but this was an open public lot so it was hit or miss whether I could get a spot. Several times we had to circle the lot which was stressful.

Comfortable rooms and we appreciated the elevator.

Excellent location with several restaurants nearby. Near to Place Royal, walkable to Ciditel and all areas of interest. Only issue was parking. Arrived in pouring rain and ended up in the wrong lot close by on the same street. Later after a trip out, returned to find the prepaid, correct, parking lot was completely full. So ended up paying twice for parking for the weekend.

It was quiet spacious , well equipped, good amenities, washing facility, central location. Parking walkable distance acroee the street.

I had prepaid for reserved parking as there was a festival occurring in the city. When I arrived I found out that the reserved parking was 4 blocks away and was just a public parking lot that was completely full at 10 pm at night. We had absolutely no space to park. We parked on the street outside the building and the police told us we could not keep the car there. At 11 pm we left and didn’t stay the night - we never unpacked. Also the air conditioning didn’t work in the 2 bedrooms - I want a refund as we had to drive to the next city.

We stayed in two different rooms on our four day visit to this beautiful old city. Both rooms were modern, clean, and quiet. Access to a washer & dryer was an added bonus. The set up of the units gave us everything we needed as a home away from home. Great location and very close to some amazing restaurants.

Everything was walkable. Great location. The floors weren't washed in the suite and paper towels weren't available. Otherwise it was well stocked with the essentials

Good Morning, Here's my review of my family's staying in your lotfs this past weekend: What we liked: We loved the location - right in the heart of Old Quebec The loft looked brand new with amazing potential to be one the best places to stay in Quebec What could have been better: The building and our loft/room wasn't fully finished. There were a lots of construction in the hallways and incomplete work in the room I connected with one of the staff to address our request on getting curtains for our windows and unfortunately we never heard back One of the rooms was very bright early in the morning due to missing curtains in the windows, which made it harder for our kids to sleep in. The loft was full of dust from the construction. Many of our clothes and accessories got dirty We had no place/closet to hang our stuff. One of the hangers came down the wall because it was not placed appropriate One of the kitchen chair came down apart due the screws not placed appropriate I hope that you could take in consideration our feedback and either give us credit for future stay or reimburse some of the fee that we paid for the (3) nights we stay there. Overall a great location. When we arrived there were dirty socks from the previous occupants hanging in the window. We were in unit BA300. We suggest the property owners install curtains as the three sets of windows face offices at the Museum of Civilization, so there is little sense of privacy, also it is full sun so even with the AC it was hot. Next, my wife and I have bruises on our shins as they have a King Size bed frame and a queen size mattress so the edges of the bed frame caught us a few times.

Very clean, amazing loft. Well situated, walkable distance from tourist attractions. However some of the beds were very uncomfortable and were making a loud noise to every move. Also the cleaning crew came 30 minutes before checkout. Overall it was a good stay for one night.

It was a great location and convenient to get around Old Quebec. Nice place and liked separate rooms. Could use a few throw blankets and pillows on the couch for comfort.

Pros: - Very clean - Spacious - Decent location - Generally very well-equipped kitchen - Bed & bedding's comfort is okay Cons: - Soundproofing is average; hearing a certain amount of clunks and thumps from surrounding units - More importantly, the 2 bedrooms only have curtains as doors, meaning you can hear everything going on anywhere in the loft almost as if you were in the same room - including any snoring or intimate activity going on in the other bedroom across the hallway... I can't understand how this was thought to be a good idea... - The 2-in-1 conditioning shampoo doesn't have any conditioning power; would've much preferred 2 separate bottles. - The soap bars last about 1.5 shower each, which isn't a bad thing in itself; however, since you get only 2 of these for the duration of your stay, that means a couple gets at most 2 days worth of soap... Too bad if you're staying for 3-4 days or more! - Finally, please invest $2/loft to buy a couple of regular-sized ice trays at Dollarama to replace the ridiculously tiny single ice tray provided.

Space was clean and functional. The beds and pillows were not very comfortable and could use an upgrade. One bed made noise any time someone moved in it. Bathrooms were very nice. It would have been nice to have dressers or at least luggage racks in each room.

The place was great. Had everything you needed. The only downside was the room got very hot as the air conditioning didn’t make it in. My fan would be required. Also, the mattress wasn’t the best. The place was well located. Everything was within walking distance.

Very nice place, clean, nice neighborhood. During the heatwave the AC is inadequate, it would have been nice to have fans in the bedrooms.

I reserved this on the same day through Expedia so not sure who to blame. I had a confirmation of the reservation but unbeknownst to me I needed a door code and room code to access property. There is no check in desk. Expedia did not provide my email to them send it so it was never sent. I got there and no access to my room. Even after calling repeatedly the email was not coming through. Their fault, email server fault? Who knows? It was a nightmare. The room was clean and comfortable as well as convenient location.

Poor communication. No reply to my question prior to trip. Last minute issues with deposit before they would give access code. No one on site to deal with a loud party in a unit on our floor until 2:30am. Our loft had no curtains or shades. Easy access to cruise pier.

Bed was not that comfortable. Absolutely no check in time before 4:00. We arrived at 3:30 with our code and room was not cleaned. Got cleaned by 4:00, on the dot. We waited in hallway. Poor instrucions for luggage storage. Location was great!

If you think traveling is stressful, try book a stay with a place where communication with the staff felt like taking years of your life. We need some help with changing our booking, end up to have a response saying that we should have plan better, no solution or alternative given.

This loft was in an excellent location perfectly situated for exploring old Quebec. However there are a few concerns that I must note. Communication with the property manager both prior to check in and during the stay is nearly impossible. I contacted about early check in multiple times and was continuously told to check back the next day. On the day of check in, I inquired again in the morning and they did not respond until we had arrived in Quebec in the late afternoon. Our request was not accommodated. Once we did check in, we found that the listing was misrepresented. We booked a loft with two bedrooms. Instead we had to open rooms facing each other that were separated by curtains. There was no privacy. This worked okay for a girls trip, but would have been unacceptable if traveling with couples or a family. On the last day, I inquired about checking out an hour late, because my sister was storing breast milk in the fridge. We did not want it to spoil in our luggage prior to leaving for the airport. The property manager assured me that they put in our request and would message us back. They never did. I called the phone number of the property manager the next morning and was immediately put on hold. After 45 minutes waiting, we needed to leave in order to make our check out time. This is a clean and well located property, but it’s not worth the frustration. Book elsewhere.

The property was very nice and clean and in a great location. Unfortunately I had to cut my trip short because I had a death in the family and the management would not allow me to reschedule our trip to another time. I understand their policy but it was a last minute event and some flexibility would have been appreciated. I would probably stay elsewhere if I ever go back to Quebec, and as a travel agent I would advise my clients of what I experienced.

Emplacement fabuleux a 3 min à pied de la place royale. Absolument confirme aux photos Appartement situé au 4eme étage, très lumineux, 2 belles chambres, literie très bonne. L’appartement est tout neuf bien décoré et vraiment rien ne manque y compris le sel, le poivre et les produits pour le lave vaisselle. Vraiment parfait! nous nous y sommes senti très bien, c’est au calme dans une petite rue. Je recommande les yeux fermés Les lofts de la Barricade

Overall great experience, and property is fantastic and in great location. We enjoyed the stay - everything was clean and nice. Only hiccup was with optional reserved parking - as we were travelling all day, did not see the email come in for parking confirmation by 9 am until we arrived at 6pm, so we missed that opportunity. Actually ended up working better as we parked at terminal parking which was closer and cheaper. We will be back next time we are in the area, we will definitely stay here again!

The property is situated in great location & also is easy walkable around the old city of Quebec & cruise port. Public transit rides across the street. Eateries are accessible to hotel apartment.

We absolutely loved our stay, there were great restaurants in tge area and very close to some of tge best shopping spots!

Very well located, clean, comfortable and spacious. Loved being in the old quarter right in the heart of it, but not right in the main tourist drag.

Kitchen was fully equipped although could use more condiments and a welcome coffee/tea kit. The location was perfect, close to everything with many dining options nearby. The only downside is parking, it was a bit of hassle: street parking is difficult and expensive, nearby paid parking get filled up too quickly. The only consistently available parking lot is about 8 min walk away, and you can pay only until 7 am.

Nice apartment close to restaurants in the Port area. It would’ve been nice to have supplies to make coffee. Also, there are no shops close by. Be prepared to walk a distance to purchase groceries. The check-in process was a little confusing because you must complete the online check in to get the access code. Our call was answered and we received the information necessary.

While the suite was clean and in a good location, the room amenities were lacking. The kitchen was stocked with most items but had a kettle, but no tea pot. The kitchen had a coffee pot but did not provide any coffee or tea to prepare. It's disappointing, considering these are standard in basic hotel rooms. The mattress in our suite needed to be replaced, and the television is difficult to connect to if you have an android device. There was an envelope left for tips, but it is not clear why. They do not service the suite while you are in it.

De loft was perfect en ben goed online door het personeel geholpen, maar het is wel jammer dan geen vast dingetjes had zoal koffie en thee ook vonden we het jammer dat we de ons hele verblijf geen schone handdoeken kregen of schoon beddengoed.

Amazing place to stay in Quebec City with the family Wish for the price their was a little more amenities like coffee , bottle of water or tea , salt , pepper there’s really nothing

Loved this place! Super convenient. Only complaint would be that on the wall in the living room, there is a nail poking out which was at my child's eye level. And the shampoo is so small, you will run out after 1 day. There is no conditioner. Wish they had just larger bottles in the bathrooms. Otherwise, very convenient to places. Also, providing some tide pods would be nice as well as coffee pods as I've seen in other type of Lofts in the area.

We were 3 adults and the space was 3 bedrooms & 3 baths. Everything was so clean & looked brand new. We loved it & the walkable location. Only suggestion is to please provide coffee.

Size was very comfortable and bright - could use a few things to warm it up and create a softer more inviting atmosphere - small things like dimmer switch on lighting and coffee with filters to make the space more lived in and homey without loosing it’s neat orderly vibe. Also some curtains to add warmth and personality
