Still under construction when we visited; the pool, restaurant and bar were still being built. We travelled with a group of 12 and there wasn't any outside area to sit at. Hotel is new and clean. Room was nice. Had some issues with room keys that staff were very quick to resolve. We weren't a fan of the motion sensor thermostat. The room temp during the night was not consistent; had room temp set at 68 and at points during the night it went up to temps in the 70's. Temp went up to 74 when you left room.

A lovely new hotel, very clean and well-run. It's at the less busy end of The Dells, and right off the expressway, and a good quiet stop. The bar and restaurant are not open yet, but they look as if they will be pleasant.

Very Clean and super updated. We loved the pool/spa area. We were able to stream from our phones to the new tv's to watch what we wanted. Can't wait to stay again and try the new bar area when opened

We had an absolutely wonderful experience. The lobby and room were immaculate, and the desk staff were pleasant and friendly. Everything was so clean and you couldn’t hear anyone unless they were just outside your door. The amenities are still being built but it didn’t hinder our time there at all. Might just be my go-to stay for the Dells! I’d go back anytime.

Brand new, convenient, clean, nicely decorated with good vibes. It would have been nice to have a night light versus a bright motion sensor light at night. Pool area was great but maybe a little warmer on the outside? The water slide did scratch the kids a little, not sure if anything can be done to smooth it out? Would definitely come back, especially when it’s fully open! Highly recommend when visiting the dells.

Stayed here last week and loved it. Pool play area is perfect for toddlers. Everything was new and clean. Walked across the street to Buffalo Phils and Knuckleheads. Staff was friendly.

The smell in the room upon entry was horrible. A mixture of stale cigarettes and moldiness. There was a splatter of either blood or ketchup on the wall near one of the beds. And the most disturbing is that one bed the sheets were not clean. There was smashed (I hope food) stuck to the sheets. Had teo beds, but we shared one. And the other acter as a place to hold our suitcases. The pool area was decent for smaller children hiwever the outdoor hottub jets did not work. Staff was friendly.

The listing for this property probably mentioned that no maid service is provided, but I obviously missed it. Having COPD and paying for a three night stay just didn't work for us, so we left after two nights. The room was fine the first day but became very damp and musty, which affected my breathing. Lesson learned and I will know to check this in the future.

Would absolutely stay again! It was quiet, clean, tastefully decorated, and convenient with courteous and friendly staff. Loved that it had a sink in the bathroom and an additional sink with large countertop outside of the bathroom.

Nicely remodeled, very clean. Room stated it had a view but out our patio was a construction site. Maybe eventually it'll have a courtyard view. Just happy we didnt have to pay more for a view we didnt get.

Terrible. The information on this hotel said it had coffee makers in the rooms,continental breakfast. I asked the front desk how to get to a street for our dinner reservation and he said don't you have a cellphone he didn't have any maps or wasn't able to tell me.

We enjoyed our stay at The Wisconsin. It’s clear that they’ve remolded the hotel and it’s beautiful inside. We loved the extra thoughtful touches - automatic lights in the bathroom - and the beds and linens were top notch. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and the staff were kind and considerate. While it’s off the strip, it’s still close to plenty to do. I knocked off one star only because we were not prepared for the amount of construction taking place. It would have been nice to know ahead of time. Other than that, wonderful stay and would highly recommend.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were ready with dinner recommendations. They handled everyone quickly but with kindness, considering they were busy at the front desk with people checking in and people calling to make reservations. The room was gorgeous and the decor around the whole building was nice. The restaurant and pool were under construction. A free continental breakfast would have been nice while they are renovating the restaurant. My only complaints were 1) no laundry bags. We spent the day exploring and seeing wildlife it would have been nice 2) the pump lobby music through the hotel hallways...at night I thought we had a noisy neighbor but then found out it was a noisy hallway 3) they have cute shirts in the lobby and I would have loved to buy one but they were in kids sizes only except for the display shirt (the cow). Overall we loved our stay.

They had a wedding booked on Sunday night. Night two of our stay. Not only could we not access the pool without walking all the way around the outside of the hotel, unless we wanted to walk right thru the wedding, we could hear the music and partying all night long. The front desk staff was very rude on two occasions. I will never book another stay here again. We had found a couple coupons locally to use for breakfast there and they no longer accepted them because they are under new owners. None of this was communicated before hand. Had I known there was a wedding I wouldn’t have booked it for my family to stay in. I have 3 young children who were up extremely late due to the noise

We stayed for 4 nights and loved the location. We only had to drive to the water parks, but otherwise there was plenty of restaurants in the area as well as the outlet mall. The hotel was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. It was quiet and well maintained. Staff were all great!

The location of this hotel was very nice. We did not plan to go shopping at the outlet mall, but it was just so close that we decided to shop. The indoor pool and hot tub were very comfortable. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The staff was polite and helpful. The only drawback was the room was a bit musty. Not a big problem because the a/c worked perfectly. I wis we would have tried this place a few years earlier when our kids were younger and would have loved the indoor water park!

Very nice hotel since they are redoing everything. Very disappointed that it did not say anything about no pool access. No breakfast access. Construction until 11 at night and started at 6 in the morning. They moved us rooms for our last night with an hour notice. Very disappointed in this service. Wasnt offered anytbing for compensation for the inconvenience.

Newly renovated Hotel with a great location to restaurants and tourist attractions rooms were big and clean there was not an outlet on the desk for my laptop and the breakfast that was supposed to be included was not they did not have a breakfast otherwise the place was great beds were comfortable.
